Dan came out to perform a diagnostic on my furnace that wouldn t start. He was very respectful and friendly. He answered all my questions without any hesitation and welcomed any other questions from other family members. By the time the service was complete, my daughter who is 6 was inviting him to come back any time he wants. Dan was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. It was a delightful experience and I highly recommend Dan! Great job!
