Our furnace malfunctioned one day prior to us leaving on vacation. Pronto and Chris came out pronto. Chris discovered that the part, although 15 years old, had a service bulletin on it 14 years ago while it was under warranty. Although the warranty had expired he got the very expensive part covered by Bryant and then went to Plymouth from Eden Prairie to pick it up, bring it back, and get the work done in a 3 hour window before we left on vacation. I can t begin to thank him enough. Now no worries. The Cat and the cat sitter will be warm as toast. Thank you to Chris!!!

Darran and his team did an amazing job. The installation of the air conditioner I bought from Pronto was significant...a lot of work had be done and these guys were professional, efficient, clean and quiet. That last point is important because I work from home.

When shopping around make sure your comparisons are comparable because I got quotes from other dealers on other brands and the prices were all over the place. Pronto's quote seemed high but it was all inclusive...no hidden costs anywhere. After seeing how much work went into the installation of the AC unit I now think I got a good deal.

Both the sales/customer service rep Lynette and the service Tech Eric did an amazing job. I was able to get someone out to look at my malfunctioning AC unit within 24 hours and had it fixed that day. Eric explained everything that needed to be repaired, the cost and what I can do to make sure the problem doesn't happen again. 10/10 would recommend

Chris was able to find the solution and discussed it with my husband and I so that we understood. He was very nice and fixed our problem, which was a/c loosing freon. He instructed us to pay attention to a/c s coolness as possibly we have a leak. For now our house is cooling great!
When we made the appointment we d never used them before and all area services from other company s couldn t get to us for weeks! I just made the appointment yesterday, and they arrived here even earlier this morning than expected! Although there was an extra charge of $59 it was worth it!

Also the install team did an awesome job removing and installing the entire A/C system. This company is very professional and they take pride in their work!

Robby came to fix a problem with uneven air flow through the 2 zones in my house. He was thorough, professional, checked several areas of the furnace and heating vents in house. He made suggestions and adjustments and was overall very knowledgeable. Just as importantly, he had great interpersonal skills so his approach to customer service is warm and funny. He not only made the furnace better, he made the whole day better as we shared some laughs. Great tech. Great guy. Thank you for sending Robby - a real asset to Pronto!

Travis was running a little early and called to ask if would be ok to be here in 35 minutes. He arrived promptly in the time he said he would. Was very polite and fixed the plugged sink in no time at all. We only had to pay the price of the call and no add-ons. Definitely our new go to plumber!

Pronto has a tough job. A faulty furnace in my case sort of felt like going to the doctor - you don't really know what is wrong or understand it. Pronto is worth five stars because they know the difference is that a sick person doesn't necessarily need customer service, but an irritated person with a faulty mechanical system might. Pronto was at my house multiple times (like 3 or 4) and it wasn't clear what the issue was. They could tell I was getting a bit fed up. Even though my patience wasn't their problem, and they were doing what they could, they made sure I walked away happy. Two thumb's up for the team, very responsive and great customer service.

Service was quick to come out, appointment was available within 12 hours of calling. While the blower did die early for an A/C unit, we decided since it's in the attic it's under additional pressure. The part was ordered and installed as soon as possible, i.e. <3 days. While the cost was high, it's part of life locally to see high service company costs. Overall satisfied considering the speed of the repair.

Our overall experience with pronto was amazing. Our furnace went out in the evening on a Tuesday and we didn t realize it until about 9pm. After calling Centerpoint Energy and a few other HVAC companies (and being thoroughly disappointed and frustrated) We called Pronto. I m so glad we did! They didn t have a tech that could come out that night but we re so sympathetic to our situation and had someone out the next morning. The tech, Chris, spent a considerable amount of the day diagnosing the problem. After running to get two new parts, Chris explained th situation and costs in a very clear way we could understand. After some deliberation, we actually decided to go with a new furnace. They even offered to bring us space heaters in the mean time. The sales rep, Jack, was awesome to work with. No pressure and explained all the options available. The next day we had a new furnace installed by Shane and we couldn t be happier. The install was meticulous and every detail is perfect. They also protected our home from any sort of damage, dirt or snow. We will never use anyone else

Great Experience from quoting through the install to the finished product. Very receptive to some small items I requested and were the only company to survey my install fully to get the most out of my purchase. Jim and Eli were professional and efficient and did a great job with the install and cleanup. They were also a pleasure to talk too.
I hope I don't have to install another furnace or ac but I know who I will be calling.

Disappointed with our service. We had a tech come out that couldn't diagnosis the issue and suggestion a leak test. After talking through what could've cost us a few thousand dollars (or a new A/C) we decided on a second opinion. Come to find out the safety switch had been flipped and after a cleaning and $70 part we had fully functioning unit. I'm not sure whether it was a lack of knowledge on the tech's part or a scam to get us to buy a new unit. Regardless, it's hard to trust them going forward.

Eileen provided our annual furnace tuneup. When we asked her a specific question about how to solve the temperature differences on different levels of our four level home, Eileen took our her service manual to find the answer. Not finding it, she called a technician to ask about the situation. After several minutes on the phone with the technician and trying various settings, we believe the problem may be solved. Time will tell, but she was determined and went out of her way to find a solution for us.

Robby did a great job with our inspection today. He was on time, professional, and thorough. We use him for all of our inspections, both air conditioning and furnace and we are very happy with his service!

My furnace lost power at 10pm while it was below zero out. Pronto is the only company who had a professional and knowledgeable person answer the phone at night. I had previously used them and had all my details up front. Out of the other six companies I called, three didn't call me back, one required a credit card before they would even send a message to the on call person. The other called and was hard selling a service to bring over space heaters until they can get there 16 hours later!

Pronto set up an appointment for early the next day and they arrived on time. I received a text notification when the tech was on the way. The tech was very professional, kind, patient, and answered all my questions. They did have to come back because the first issue turned out to be a temporary fix. When I called them to report it, they were back over in less than an hour without any charges!

Pronto is now my go to and we'll be replacing our furnace in a year or so - they've earned my business.

Travis did a terrific job with multiple plumbing tasks very quickly. He replaced our old water softener, repaired two leaky faucets (had to replace one old one), and connected our new refrigerator to our water supply for the ice-maker and filtered water dispenser. After realizing that I needed a new furnace, Pronto provided a few extra space heaters to get us through the night, and then a team was out the next morning to install a new furnace. The Pronto team lives up to their name. The service was some of the best I've had in a long time. Robbie was great. Got here a little early in a 2 hour window. (Customer service called ahead to make sure it was okay) Put shoe covers on. Replaced our thermostat. Got us set up on WiFi. Walked me through the menu system and programing, and was on his way. He was very efficient. I wish the cable company was this good!

Pronto fixed a few issues with my new boiler today. I can't say enough how well they have taken care of me. Pronto also called the inspection people and set the appointments for me. They go up and above when it comes to service! Everyone I have dealt with at Pronto have been so nice.

Keith replaced our wi-fi thermostat today. He got the thermostat controlling the temperature, but couldn t set up the wi-fi interface due to maintenance being done on the Honeywell website. This will have to be done at a later date when the Honeywell website is running.

I have used Pronto for a tune up of my old furnace and to install a new furnace/AC. Great experience overall. They were very timely in their scheduling and responses, and extremely easy to work with in installing my new equipment. Logan serviced my old furnace and was great about walking me through his findings and recommendations. Jack took his time in assessing and sizing my house for new equipment, as well as making sure I understood my options. I never felt pressured to make one decision or another which I really appreciated. On the day of install, Jim and his team went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed and understood how my new equipment worked. I trusted these guys throughout and would definitely recommend them. Thanks Pronto!

The Pronto team was fantastic, courteous, and even great in preparing our home to have men and equipment going in and out all day while installing our furnace and air-conditioner.
We had a little glitch the day after instillation,; we called and Sam came out to our home and fixed the problem "Pronto" no pun intended. He was very helpful in furthering our education in learning more about the new technical equipment.
We are very pleased with our new equipment making our home function like a well oiled machine.
Thank you for everything; we have been purchasing furnaces and air-conditioners from (Segwick )and Pronto for many years and have never been disappointed.

If there was a lower star i would give them. I called them over the winter months for a heat pump diagnostic. The technician showed up at the door and informed me that they don't service heat pumps. I argued that Pronto should have informed me over the phone that heat pumps can't be serviced when its lower than 60 degrees. He forced me to pay $145 trip charge after calling his manager. I called Pronto customer service and the lady was extremely rude and loud over the phone. She kept on repeating that the technician did what he was supposed to do which was diagnose the issue. Basically he driving all the way to inform me that they can't service heat pumps when it's 40 degrees outside. Long story short i threatened to dispute my credit card charge and she responded in an extremely rude and racist way that she will refund the trip charge and moving forward they won't work with me and basically blacklist me.

Horrible experience! I will make sure that everybody i know never call pronto for any of their needs. There are much customer friendly companies out there. I'm never calling Pronto again!

Edit: The response from the owner is absolutely wrong. I did not refuse payment and can show proof on my credit card. The equipment is not broken and everything is working fine. An hour was not spent on diagnostics because heat pumps cannot be diagnosed or even serviced in winter. They should have never came out.

He was friendly, courteous and so helpful. He carefully explained everything he did along with some tips for what we can do in the future to help maintain our furnace system. I am impressed and very pleased. Pronto will definitely be a provider we look to again!
