My real name is Nick V., this is the only Google account I have. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I made a call to Pronto about our AC not being as cool as it should be, and it's a new system Pronto installed five years ago. I found out that I had happened to call right at the end of the warranty, with less than a week left. They sent Logan out, he put some dye in the line to find a leak. A few weeks later in a follow up visit, he checked the line for leaks and found that the coil was defective and leaking. The coil is a principle part and very expensive. I was assuming that because the work was taking place after the warranty had expired, we'd have to pay. I WAS WRONG!!! Pronto took the high road and said that they'd order the part, send two employees to spend 3 to 4 hours replacing it, and it was ALL COVERED under our warranty!!! We are super grateful, because they could have charged us due to the time frame, but decided to honor that I contacted them before the warranty expired. This is no small thing, and anytime anyone asks about AC systems and work, I am immediately and adamantly recommending Pronto. Ten out of five stars! :) And Logan was super professional and friendly!!! Addendum: there was a final visit to reinstall a coil, and Robby was there. He was cool as well! Addendum: another visit, this time Keith, very nice and helpful!
