This place is full of crocks, lies and back stab from supervisor & managers & it s an untrustworthy work environment..
Unprofessional manager & skills lacking supervisor; from top down.
No leadership period..!!!!
Hostility environment & shady structure...never ever share your good idea with this place or with any supervisor....it will hunt you down..
Slick and shady structure and narrow minded operational controllers...most team lead has no academic requirements,..thugs & drop out employees...
Any clients whose is trying work or do business with Taylor cooperation; please beware of their privacy s documents; it s not privacy s..,
Stay away; the place is dirty & disorganized & very unprofessionally environment....way behind technology & poor blue print...
Go somewhere else;

I like my job because I am a people person and I keep others happy and in good moods. And yes it's good money. Just keep to the job and treat people like you want to be treated.

Looks like Africans are being tolorated to work over there, instead of being appreciated especially second shift. It is use and dump for Africans. The company maybe be genuinely looking for people to work for it regardless of ethnic background, but the people entrusted to manage employees over there, have unfortunately misdirected the company compass to the direction of there own choosing.

This place requires you to work 7 days a week. Slave labor/Sweat shop. Low spirited people, McDonald's would be better to work at then come back here. Randstad failed at finding this job for me..... Please don't work here if you have a family or a life in general.

Horrible place to work, i was working here thru Ranstad staffing agency for a week and one day. First day everything was fine but the second day i got yelled at for being in the restroom longer than 6 min, the Mgmt that yelled at me his name was Tony. When he told me i cannot be in the restroom longer than 15 min or i will be fired, he even told me how many ppl quit and i felt like he was displaying his dominance and it felt very uncomfortable, he also embarrassed me saying this in a group of Four employees. During the next few days i had no training for the role i was doing, half the time i was wondering because i had no clue what i was doing, i asked many times can you show me what i need to do, i was told only employees get more training. Now i ride my bike 6 miles to get to work and have to change into pants becuase i am required too i got yelled at for being in the bathroom longer than Five min and told start time is 945pm, now my temp agency said in email it starts at 10, it felt like this guy tony targeted me, and i have seen him walk around and spy on me. It felt very uncomfortable and i am blaming tony the night mgmt for the horrible conditions and i dont recomend this as employment.

They have over night truck parking. Woke me up at 5am to give me a dock door and get ready for the receiving to come in and unload me at 7am when they arrive.

For those of you truckers that are going to deliver here receiving dock is 13 if you don t have a seal open the trailer up and back up.. the dock is kind of at a blind side. But if I can do it in a stretched frame w900 you can do it in your Volvo or t680 lol.

Over all experience I was out and unloaded in 15 minutes. Reading all the other reviews I got worried I was going to make it to my other appointment.. I was wrong. Thanks receiving dep.

I'm not saying this this a great place to work...but it put food on the table.
FYI. Employees are not here to babysit nor tolerate those who can't work or lack common sense. Not everyone here perfect, which is what makes us humans.

If you are a smoker this place is for you. apparently you get away with an extra 15min break if you smoke.

So I got to an car accident and I got my doctor notes, but it looks like my supervisor Randol we misunderstanding the notes before he handed over to the HR lady Wendy. I contacted her and she said that I was responsible for coming back to work she doesn't care if it was a misunderstanding doctor noted that I handed over to my supervisor Randol. They should have call me and let know from the supervisor or the HR if she knew because I ask my doctor for a couple days off because due to my pregnancy, but it look like the company or the lady HR Wendy and the supervisor doesn't care about their employees health problems and they only care about their work and the company only plus they don't care about you they can't even manage the operater job. HR put a strict policy on everything and on everyone but as I can see not a lot of companies are strict. I guess this is how you guess losses good workers I can find a job that pays me better for doing easy work like this. Who wants to get paid @ $12 buck for working so hard and getting trained on different machines plus overtime all the time. I'm disappointed for working for this dumbass as company.
