My experience with Pronto was exceptional. Competitive pricing and outstanding customer service. Make sure you include them in your bid process.

My furnace and AC were about 27 years old, so it was time to get them replaced. I got estimates from several places, and even though Pronto was not the lowest bid, I decided to go with them. Ultimately, it was the little things that helped me choose. Pronto's salesman showed up exactly at the scheduled time and he provided me with the most detailed estimate that explained exactly what I would be getting and the exact work that would be done. Since some of the other company's that I received estimates from carried other brand's, I did a ton of research and had lots of follow up questions to the salesmen over a two week time period. I was impressed that Pronto was always responsive in a timely matter. At times, I felt the Pronto salesman did get a little pushy and bashed his competition a little (which is a bit of a put-off), but overall was always polite and responsive and any negatives I experienced were very minor.

When the installers came, they were prompt, polite, and worked very hard. It took maybe 3/4 of a day to have the systems installed, and I don't think I ever heard any small talk or idle chit-chat from the guys. Just hard work. I was pretty impressed.

Now that I've had the system installed for a few weeks, I've had it going on some humid and hot 90+ degree days. Everything has been working great! I haven't yet seen any utility bills to see what kind of operating savings I'll get, but considering my previous systems were so old and not efficient, I'm confident I'll see those savings.

Also, one final thing, Pronto filled out all the rebate forms for me and sent them to me to sign with pre-addressed and already stamped envelopes. All I had to do was fill in my utility company account numbers, sign the forms, and then throw them in the mail. Super easy!

I would use Pronto again and recommend them.

These guys were great. Very clean. Very professional. Darran specifically was a real good guy. Walked through everything with me at the end. I was even able to continue working during CoVid while they did everything. Everything looks great, clean and new!

On the hottest weekend of the year, Pronto was able to give same-day service when others couldn't. The service person arrived within the given time window and completed the job within the hour. Although their rates are a bit on the high side, I give them a 5 for prompt, courteous service.

Brian from Pronto did my AC Tune Up today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the detailed checklist that he used. It's comforting to know that everything was looked at and will work well this summer!

It sucks waking up to a dead furnace but it makes it easier to take when you get good customer service from the Rep.

Woke up to a house that wasn't cool after a cool night. I submitted a request for service on the web and had a call within an hour. A couple hours after that my service tech arrived at the beginning of my service window. There was constant updates alerting me to when the tech would arrive and what he looked like. My tech was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what his thought process was and why he suspected the various issues my system had. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Pronto.

Called Pronto later yesterday afternoon. Tech arrived at Noon today. Listened to history of issue, said likely a failed capacitor, checked and confirmed same, replaced with new part from his truck, restarted unit and check temperature drop in incoming and out going furnace air returns.
Tech Daniel D. was great. Arrived on time, clean, neat uniform, explained what his was doing and why, pleasant demeanor.

Technician was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the thorough inspection he did as well as the back brief. One thing I was very disappointed in was the cleaning aspect. One thing on your website stated that goes along with the 21 point inspection was the cleaning of the furnace case and all the components.

After the technician left, I opened up the furnace and noticed it wasn t cleaned at all. Looked like he just gave it a quick wipe and that was it. I ended up taking a shop vacuum down there and really cleaning all the dust and dirt out of the case. For $99, I expected a better job on the cleaning.

When your old and not into technology and your trying to reply to your Tech's performance, it is very difficult.....You need to at least in that message HOW ELSE to reply to your request. I'm using Email, I hope it works. I'm not into Google, FaceTime, etc, that's for my grandchildren to address but their not here.

We had service on our A/C & Heat Pump Friday the 24th. Service was as we always expect. He answered all my wife's questions so she understood. Before he left, she remembered service last fall and complaining about a noise. According to Her, he said he would turn something off (heat pump) and it would be corrected in spring tuneup. the Tech went thru all the notes of our History and could not find out what the issue was. Said he would add to notes so next Tech will address next Fall. We were totally satisfied.

We had two HVAC companies out to diagnose an issue with our mini split AC units, and both failed to help us, and one even make things worse. Pronto knows their stuff, diagnosed and corrected the issue within a few hours. The service was excellent and the tech was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Pronto!

Chris was outstanding and spend a lot of extra time going over our system, it s features, and making sure it was set up optimally. He also took extra time out of his day today to help us make sure our system was connected to the Internet properly. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and overall I was extremely happy with his work today. Pronto Heating and Cooling has been fantastic. Very happy we re with them.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. Pronto was very quick to respond and send someone out to fix our furnace. We were not upsold on anything we didn't need, the igniter was replaced for a reasonable price and our furnace is back up and running. I would definitely recommend Pronto to my close friends and family!

A few days ago during one of the hotter days this summer, one of our A/C units couldn t keep up and the temperature in the house started to rise.
I called Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning and scheduled an appointment for early the next day. Chris arrived right on time and began his diagnostic work, keeping me informed at every step. Within 15 minutes Chris determined that the A/C unit was low on refrigerant and gave me the price for repairs. He added the refrigerant and cleaned the coils, all in about an hour. It s now operating as good as new. From scheduling the appointment to the actual repair, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Chris even found a discount coupon to apply against the bill.
I wholeheartedly recommend Pronto for any A/C or heating problems.

Darran and Blaine were the main contributors to overall great experience with Pronto. The project was not simple, it was a replacement of the whole HVAC system with relocation from basement to the crawl space. They both have shown great understanding of customer needs and intentions and excelled in doing it on a highly professional way.

Pronto installed a copper pipe line into our kitchen for our stove. They were on time, friendly, great communication, and excellent service.

Then, we had an issue with our newly installed furnace. (Installed by a different company we would NEVER use again.) We had Pronto come out they were QUICK, NICE, INTELLIGENT, & I would highly recommend them!

They have employed seasoned workers who are experienced in their trade. Though they might be a little more expensive - you definitely get your moneys worth!

Dave SEEMED very knowledgable and worked hard to make me feel Very comfortable and to get my business!! Then he dissapeared?!
NOT to mention they installed 6" ductwork throughout the entire basement and left me with original 5" ductwork throughtout the entire upstairs. Consequently, almost NO air flow is going upstairs. I now have to have ALL my upstairs ductwork changed over to 6"!!!
I reccomend this company for installers, Haso was so persise, professional and over all INCREDIBLE!!!! Although did not do all the ductwork right either. The company did have someone come back at my request and fix what he was too lazy to do right the first time.

I do NOT know that I would reccomend them to anyone. Find a Mom and Pop heating company!!!

Jesse came to do an AC Tune up today...3 hours later and in the pouring rain he is done. He was determined to get my fan running the way it should. Something was miswired and he figured it out fixed it up and was pleasant the whole time. Thanks Jesse and Pronto.

Pronto was so responsive to our AC repair request and Peter was here within the hour. Unfortunately the repair is too expensive considering the age of our AC. Peter explained the problem and then offered us the opportunity to get an immediate replacement quote or schedule the free estimate at a later date.

Logan was helpful, professional, and worked hard to fix our thermostat issue. We needed to set up a second appointment to completely solve the issue, which had nothing to do with Logan's good service. We have always been very impressed with the Pronto service people who have been in our home. We would highly recommend Pronto.
