There is no question that our experience with Pronto, and Jesse in particular, rates six stars on a scale of 1 5. We lost our air-conditioning and were hoping to get someone just there to check it within 24 36 hours since one of the people in our household has problems with excess heat. None of the five companies that we contacted were willing or able to bend their schedule so that they could come within a 24 hour time period. However, The folks at Pronto were willing to go the extra mile and made it later that night. Jesse showed up after 8 PM, with his two children at home by the way, and was friendly, efficient, a great diagnostician, found an unexpected problem and corrected it and we were back to functioning on the same day as our call, when we thought that we would be looking at a week long process of having to buy and install a completely new air conditioner. We are astonished and delighted with Pronto s professional and friendly over the phone analysis, their willingness to help people even though it was an obvious stress on their schedule and workers, and Jesse who was a model of great worker being personable, well trained, knowledgeable, efficient but at the same time meticulously methodical, and in addition was respectful of us being older people with a small hardwood floor condo, and happily wore a mask and booties. Hooray for the Pronto team!
