Cool. Interesting experiments. Staff was awesome! Excited to show the new stuff.

The bathroom was messy. I asked for a receipt and the employee did not hand it to me. Customer service could of been better. I purchased apple juice.

No issues. I was very annoyed to walk to the other one and find out it was drive thru only, so I'm glad I discovered this one. There's a bit of seating and a large parking lot, and mobile ordering

Stay away from the one on Southern artery and Washington STR in Quincy Massachusetts. Its a cluster-fyck.

Supposed to be a fast drive thru: nope.
Got the wrong coffee & had to wait. Not a long line but ended up being a 10 minute stop!
Also, surprise! They don't honor the AARP free donut w a large coffee.
Won't be back!

I got three small iced coffee collates and they clearly didn t know how to make them, I am not a fan of strong coffee and I regret buying them I highly prefer Starbucks even with their prices I am now highly inclined to go to some locally owned business instead of wasting my money and time on garbage coffee.

Horrible experience. No one at first window and aftet waiting 2 mins went to second window. Waited 5 mins before some greeted us. They sounded irritated that we went to second window. Then took a long time to get our iced coffee and strawberry coolata. They forgot the whip cream on my coolata and it took 3 more mins for them to bring it back. It tatsed horrible, not like a coolata I've ever had before. The iced coffee was supposed to have melted sugar and they did not melt it.

Love this Dunkin donuts everyone is always happy and they have never messed up order. I'm a brittle diabetic and other places with put in sugar when I ask or Splenda or arrival sweetener. Never at this place!

Manager and 2 of the 3 people making food and drinks were not wearing masks while making customers food. Two people walked out because of it. This is the 3rd time this week employees were not wearing masks while making orders. Had to report them.

I came to this D&D location at about 10:15am on 2/17/2020 and ordered a Beyond Sausage Sandwich (vegetarian), but received a regular sausage sandwich (non-vegetarian) instead.

The scary thing is that the sticker on the sandwich wrapper said it was a Beyond sandwich, so if I never had one before, I would not have known not to eat it. The only reason I knew is that I've had them before, and knew that the shape/consistency of the patty wasn't right.

I had to drive back (>10 minutes each way) to inform them of the situation. I told them that I wanted my meal refunded, and the manager agreed, but actually took back the coffee in my hands... just to throw in the trash. So aside from attempting to feed a vegetarian meat, they also made no attempt to make things right.

I'll definitely never return to this D&D location.

Dunkin is always good all the way to Chattanooga, Tennessee

Its okay. Price fluctuates for same item by a few dollars when a girl rings me up.

It s now called Dunkin, they dropped the donuts from the name. Funny because that s what greets you when you walk in the door, a whole glass case of . Staff is very friendly and nice. Store layout is great. Some flavors not offered at other shops. The way they pour the ice coffee is cool, like a bar tap.

They have a mobile ordering only drive up lane, but it just merges into the regular lane and window.

The best crew you ll ever see! Always positive and upbeat and quick to help anyone out! Love this place! I practically lived there and enjoyed the staff!

Large cold brew french vanilla swirl, turbo, cream no sugar

I come there every morning and they don't have corn muffins and or choc chip. It really messes my day up but I come there this morning and the woman over the speaker made me repeat my coffee 3 times and kept asking if I wanted skim milk. I said no whole milk then she proceed with the bagel I said cream cheese on the side... At that point they even forgot the knife so here I am at work breaking my bagel apart and dipping it in the cream cheese this is the 4th time this has happened I will drive to Marylou's going forward because they always get it right .. 3 strike's your out and I even gave you and extra.

Drink the drink of Casey Affleck dot-dot. If it's not Dunkin get out of New England

Employees must be high just paid 6$ for a coffee i didn't order and then had to wait ten minutes for my dads coffee that was sitting on yhe counter in front of them and was late for work because they we're to oblivious to hand him his coffee

Nitro brew is good. The coffee taps are kind of a neat novelty. Also like that the donuts are in display cases closer to consumer.

A lot of wasted space. Not enough seating. Owner always taking up one of three tables. Front door is annoying. Display of donuts that are shipped in from a confused rental truck driver come in at 3am and sit all day. Nice display. Coffee cups are paper and useless as hot coffee is cold quickly. So much wasted space that they should be making donuts on site. If they did, business would triple. Clean. Too cold. Staff are okay. The numb ones are weeded out quickly. Mr. Owner, please do your dating app in your car. Focus on interior layout and make donuts fresh. Bar seating should be added along window, at least.

First, the Caramel latte was wonderful.
However, I not a fan of the new concept. I understand the object was to increase customer experience, which I think is code for faster service times, but the I received my latte no faster than I would at any other Dunkin. I should note I was the only one in line inside.
The hot coffee is all made in urns holding 1.5 gallons each. Ice coffee is served from what resembles beer taps. The seats are all wooden with no padded seating available. There are only 3 tables: 1 group table seating 7 and 2 smaller tables seating 4 each. No 2 seat tables. There is no drop ceiling and the noise level was high.
Though I did not try it out, there is one amenity that could be a major improvement. There is a drive thru lane dedicated to On The Go orders.
All in all I have to say that this re-design is not an improvement.

Feel sorry for the employee it's not coffee they work like bartender a shot of this, skim milk, melt sugar for ice coffee some many flavor have to to wait for a regular coffee, person comes in order 5 different gourmet coffee wait 5 minutes for a simple regular coffee.

Coffee tastes like burnt toast every day I went there on vacation. Absolutely disgusting!

They made this a model store and i can see why.....very nice atmosphere and all brews are on tap.....very cool!

EVERY single time I order a coolata here, they always say the machine isn t working. I try to order one almost everyday and every single time, no matter the time of the day they say it doesn t work. For that, you should just take them off the menu since they are never available. The wait times are long even with no customers in line, they never pay attention and the coffees come out horrible and taste stale. Management needs to revisit the problems in this store and address it ASAP.

Nice, bright, clean, new. Everything is on point at this one. I have only been to this one at night. It's never crowded. Gianormous parking lot. Handicapped parking heaven!

Local neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. Literally go there on the daily. Super friendly staff. Drive thru can get a little overwhelming so I always order on my phone app and walk in to pick up. They know me by name and face now so it s always nice to get a friendly hello in the morning.

This DD disappoints regularly. Order at the window and wait at the second window indefinitely.

This DD location absolutely needs a new manager. He personally screws up completely basic orders himself and will stand there socializing with young female employees, laughing and joking with their backs to you at the register while letting cars pile up in the drive-thru and you sitting right there in front of them just waiting for your order.

The seating area inside is FILTHY and smells like a homeless shelter...and this is at 5:00am when they open! I used to pass the other DDs nearby just because this location had MUCH better quality when it first opened as a corporate franchise but it has gone downhill FAST!

FYI Starbucks just opened up inside the nearby Star Market, plenty of easy parking!

This seems to be the only DD on the south shore that started using all cardboard cups. Not just for the environment; there is no such thing as a food-safe polystyrene foam cup when containing hot liquids in them. Carcinogens leak out of polystyrene foam cups when hot liquids are placed in them, thus adding more exposure to cancer-causing agents.

They had to remake my coffee 3times, not because I complained, kid kept getting it wrong. After the second times I saw him dump coffee and move sticker to a third cup I talked him through it, he didn't like that.

This is one of the cleanest and nicest Dunkin Donuts you will ever see. It seems that the owner really does take pride in the taste of their donuts and bakery items. This is a new location. Every mile or so you will find another Dunkin Donuts but this one truly hold something different in the quality of their food. Just like a bakery shop, you ll find specialty bakery goods on white plates on tiers on their counters. Plus, Friendly. Great parking, and a dual drive thru line for regular and mobile orders.

These guys work hard and are polite. Still, you need to check your bag because it's so busy and workers are only human and forget items sometimes.

This is DD s new concept store, and I love it! The interior was well kept and brightly lit. There is a bar with several varieties of coffee on tap. The donut display case evokes a more bakery feel. There is a central island with various extras such as beef jerky, altoids, and cooler beverages

The service is horrid and the food I ordered was cold. All the staff cared about was his timer...not the way to conduct a business. Completely dissatisfied

I bought a cup of coffee this afternoon, and suddenly I found something in the coffee that blocked the straw. I pour the coffee away and there is a label of clothes in my coffee. Make me sick I won't buy his coffee again

I miss that they used to make fresh donuts in each location I miss chocolate sticks

Gotta get the flow down. I wait double usual time for a coffee. Also they have a hard time distinguishing from in house and drive thru orders. My first coffee went to drive thru.

Very hip, new, space-ship style Dunkin with nitro cold-brew on tap, along with other caffeinated kegs.

Dunkin' aficionado- I love the fact that DD is improving itself. However,I think it should change the name to Dunkin' coffee(with coffee in small italics).The decor should be grown up & attractive.(now it looks very juvenile with basic colors of bright pink & orange). I LOVE Dunkin coffee

Asked for toasted bagel w cream cheese got a untoasted bagel with not creme cheese

Not going back to this location ever again. I go to Dunkin Donuts every single day unfortunately this location is one I will not be going to again. bad experience not friendly employees had to have my coffee remade three times had to return my hard donuts and get new ones.

Employees freely dropped the F Bomb on a constant basis, coffee was too strong. Needs immediate attention

Well the food is amazing but I went in with my aunt and she asked for a Wake-Up Wrap with cheese and sausage but she only got a piece of cheese in the wrap other than that I love Dunkin Donuts but that was something

The customer service is nice but the times that I have gone they always get orders incorrect or charge me for the wrong item.

Surprisingly I didn't care for it and I literally run off of dunks ice coffee, they have paper cups for hot coffees if I had gotten a hot coffee from here I would return it ASAP I love the styrofoam cups they feel so much better than a hot paper cup. The way it's set up to get to the drive-thru is ridiculous there is never anyone here. You often will catch people just cutting through Lanes because there are so many Lanes to go throw!!!

I'm all done with over priced, paper coffee cups that are not anywhere close to size they sell! Lids don't fit right and kids are not trained enough to know!
