On a 90 degree Friday, after 5PM, our AC stopped working. When I called Pronto, the representative immediately scheduled us for a Saturday morning service call. Not only did Peter arrive on time and fix the issue, but had stopped to pick up a capacitor on his way because he was out of that part and thought it might be the problem, which it was. His proactive approach saved us from what would have been a miserably hot weekend! Pronto Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations.
