I called our 'well known' company today because our furnace went out this afternoon. The soonest available appointment was to be NEXT Wednesday.
So much for paying extra every month to get quick service...
I then called Pronto. Three hours later they were here. Fixed our furnace and checked everything over really good.

We had a great overall experience using Pronto! We had issues with our air conditioning system working intermittently, had another company come out to help diagnose the issues (they had done work previously), and weren't 100% satisfied with the work they performed or the way our AC system was continuing to work. This led us to start to think about replacing our unit, rather than repairing it. Pronto was one of a few quotes we got based on a friend's recommendation, and while they were not the cheapest option, they were the one we felt most comfortable with due to the warranty, the knowledge of their techs, their service hours, etc. As part of the job we had our exterior unit, coil, thermostat, and water heater (unrelated) replaced, and since the work was performed we've had no major issues. In fact, since we upgraded our exterior unit and our thermostat, we've seen major improvements in the humidity of our home upstairs, as well as vastly improved and balanced cooling across both levels of our split-level home. I'd recommend Pronto in a heartbeat, and am looking forward to utilizing them in the future for work performed!

Chris was fabulous, very professional. He was on time very polite and took his shoes off. He also cought a issue with our thermostat. He hooked the wire we needed to keep it charged. I was very grateful for Chris's experience with the our furnace and the wise thermostat.

A representative showed up late for a scheduled estimate, spent 1.5 hours of my time, and never produced a bid or contacted me again. Total waste of my time. This was a high dollar residential remodel project so I would have expected much more.

I was very clear that I was NOT looking for a cheap furnace but rather a multi-stage top of the line Bryant model with 3 levels of zoning. Pricing was never discussed. Bottom line is that Jack totally wasted my time. I had Pronto come out because I thought they were "top of the line" and that is what I was looking for.

They were prompt and efficient. Jesse did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it. Definitely recommend! 5 stars

Our fan had broken and we were getting no air pushed through the system resulting in our house temperature to drop 10 degrees overnight. They were able to schedule us the same day.

The team from Pronto did a great job replacing our AC. They showed up on-time and completed the job quickly. They were very professional and took great care with tarps and shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Of course, AC's die when it's hottest, and the team from Pronto worked hard outside in hot/humid conditions. The guys are great, and I highly recommend Pronto.

Jesse did a great job resolving the issue we had with our outdoor AC unit overheating. He was honest and started trouble-shooting with the most inexpensive solutions first. He was professional and kind. Best of all, his company sent him out the same day we called, when other companies were scheduling at least a week away. I would definitely use Pronto HVAC again.

We used Pronto for the third time now and were very pleased again. Chris came out and fixed our problem with our heat, got it working again the same day, and was honest about the most inexpensive option for the repair. Travis provided incredible service. I called 4 large companies to address a floor heating problem without success. Pronto Service (Travis) came and identified the problem within 15 minutes. Their work was performed with honesty beyond expectations. The estimate I approved was for $900 and the actual invoice was for $750 because he realized he included a part that was working and did not need to be replaced.

Our furnace was on its last leg. I contacted many companies, and Pronto responded to my inquiry extremely fast, and had someone out the same day to go over potential replacements and bundles so we could upgrade our AC as well. Prices were reasonable, but we loved the idea that it was one flat fee that included permits, taxes, and all other costs involved. They made the whole process streamlined. Even better, they could have a crew out to my house the following day to replace the system. The crew that came in was extremely professional and they did an incredible job. The system is amazing, and they left the work area cleaner than it was prior to arrival. Would recommend Pronto to anyone looking for a furnace/AC replacement.

Chris was professional and knowledgeable and replaced a solenoid on our humidifier. Unfortunately, the part failed as they sometimes do. Pronto was back out pronto to replace the faulty part. We were very pleased with the service we received and would definitely use them again.

Of course the AC crapped out the day before a 93 degree weekend was coming! This company is AMAZING! I got a text with a photo of my technician before he arrived, and he was gracious to me and diligent in the repair as he sat in the hot summer sun. PRONTO Rocks! I don t know why people would call anyone else!

Called to request service for my furnace. Tech took about an hour to identify and fix the problem and that included him having to run out to a local distributor to get the part At 5pm on a Friday. Tech was great, very straight forward, polite and professional.

The appointment was for 4-6PM. Chad called and said he could be there earlier, in 20 minutes. Our furnace wasn't working at all, so very happy to see him early. Chad got to the house, did the diagnostic testing, determined what was wrong. He had the part in the van, and installed in no time. The hardest thing to do was getting the van out of the driveway. Very satisfied in your service.

Peter represented Pronto today. He provided outstanding service. Peter identified the problem, homeowner-operator error. He clearly explained proper operation of the humidifier which is part of the system.

They came to do a service last year and look at a issue. The repair quote was $1500-$1800. But they insisted it's not worth it because this model, of one of the best heating brands, had a problematic design year and I should replace the whole thing for $8000. I just fixed the issue myself for $5 in parts!!! And it works perfect. So if you hear "this is a great brand but this one model had problems" get a second or third opinion. There must be some honest service providers out there. BTW, they'll reply "we have no record of this customer" the name here is an alias.

Robby did an outstanding job of not only cleaning and thoroughly checking my furnace, but also explained why certain parts were important, and offered solutions to my concerns. He also sealed up some air leaks and let me know how well my furnace was performing. He checked it from end to end. He asked great questions, to be sure to address all my concerns. Very knowledgeable and easy to visit with. Great job!
This was my review from last fall, but appears to not have been published. I had Robby back today to look over the AC unit, and he was as good with that as the Furnace. My AC unit looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Very meticulous and wants to be sure I am happy with the work. He also installed an Ionizer to address some of my air quality concerns. Looks great and he checked everything over to be sure it was all working before he left. Super technician to work with!

Prompt and excellent service. Technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. Installation went very smoothly with no surprises. Our furnace had quit working and the temperature in the house was 60 deg and dropping. They were able to install a new furnace the next day.

Travis and Pronto Heating will be my go to heating and a/c company. They stand behind all there work and are committed to providing good quality service and warranty.

Jesse, our Pronto Tech, was very proficient and knowledgeable in his job and informed us of each phase of the work being done on our air conditioner. He actually told me I had my air filter in backwards. It was going to be one of my questions to ask, and Jesse beat me to it. Every technician we ever had from Pronto has been first rate, and Jesse is no exception.

Good investigative process to determine the problem with my furnace. Looks like it is house electrical problem.

Update 06/29/2020 - DON'T HIRE PRONTO!! THESE GUYS WASN'T EVEN WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES WHEN THEY COME INTO THE HOUSE FOR GIVING ESTIMATE. The most critical was how Keith , the guy who came to give the estimates, came in. He wasn't wearing a mask. what kind of freaking company doesn't follow social distancing and not wearing a mask when coming to someone's house??? Every other vendor who will even wearing gloves and mask when they came to the house for estimation.

I wanted to give them one more chances and ask for code for new AC installation. Out of six beads that I got, there were the highest!!!! That is also with builder quality AC unit.

OLDER POSTED REVIEW: More than understanding issue of my HVAC, they kept on suggesting me how things are not set up correctly and needed to have complete redo on my zoning. All they did just manually opened one of the open vents and $149 charge. And a quote for redoing the zone again with almost double of what others offer. U guys should be service driven, not sales driven.

Jeff came to check out my furnace today, and I do not regret spending the money to have a professional come check it out. He gave me the 30 minute heads-up I requested before he arrived. He patiently explained the work he was doing as he checked on everything, and even took a look at my humidifier, which he revealed desperately needs a new filter. He was a good dude, and I respect the patience he put into explaining things to me, and checking every important piece of my furnace.

I've had a very good experience with Pronto Heating & A/C. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. Everyone from their office staff, installers and service techs were friendly and pleasant to deal with, answering any questions that I had or provided information that I needed in a timely manner and were on time for all appointments. I highly recommend this company.

I got a new Central Air unit installed. Not a fun purchase to have to make but our Pronto Rep Sam was very helpful in explaining the issue & laying out the options without it sounding like a salespitch. The install guys were courteous, introduced themselves, periodically asked if I had any questions and were mindful of my property. Their attention to detail ensured a quality install.

Really convenient, quick checkup of the furnace before work.

Had a schedule appointment that was set up 10 days previous. My appointment was set for 7:30 am.They blew me off for another appointment. . They called 45 min after my appointment to tell me.That they would be late. I won't do business with people who do treat customers that way.

My AC unit stopped running, likely was from painter's covering it in plastic while in operation. I tried most obvious things, no luck.
Eric brought his A game and it fired up when he arrived, gave the system a once over as long as he was here.

Recently had my yearly inspection of my heating system. The Pronto tech, Jessica, did a very complete inspection and discovered a motherboard problem. She ordered the part, came back the following week, and completed the service call. This was in in-warranty replacement part.
Since I had Pronto install and service my furnace and air conditioning units, I've been very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. The techs are all very professional and knowledgeable, and Jessica is no exception. I highly recommend Pronto if you are looking to replace or repair the heart of your home.
