Great service. Furnace went out on a Saturday morning when the high was 0F...because when else would a furnace break?

I called a few places and Pronto was the only one with actual staff that answered the phone and was available 24/7. There was a weekend surcharge, but Pronto was very transparent about that.

The service rep was able to come out the same day and recommended the parts that needed replacing and associates cost. He also told me the cost of other components likely to fail next, and also the cost of replacing the furnace altogether.

I opted to go with the new furnace, but it wasn t available until Monday which was fine. The installation took about 6-7 hours, but the crew was very professional and quiet throughout the process. I think they could normally do the job quicker, but my furnace is packed into the corner of a closet. I was pleased with the timing.

Recommendation for Pronto: Maybe consider offering customers a temporary space heater they can use if they have opted to purchase a furnace but have to wait a day or two for install. I don t know if this is feasible, just a thought.
