WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BOUGHT MY CAR ON MARCH 25TH. AND AS OF 05/05/16 I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT ON MY DRIVE WAY BECAUSE SALES MANAGERS CAN NOT FIND THE ORIGINAL RIMS FOR THE CAR.
here is how everything occurred.

March 10: i saw the car online and went to visit audi North Austin for a test drive. i notice that the car didnt have the original rims as they showed in the picture
March 24: i went back to Audi North Austin to have a second look at the car, after negotiating the price with sales person (Nelson Grant Garrett) over text. salesmen was not at dealer.
March 25: i went back to Audi North Austin to close the deal. after shaking hand, Grant and manager agreed to switch the rims of the car by Monday (March28)
March 28: i text and call Grant so i could go back to dealer to get the rims back. no respond whatsoever until March 31 to tell me that i need to make and appointment.
April 02: Grant told me that they will probably get the rims switched by Monday (April 04)
April 04: Grant texted me that i i need to make an appointment for Friday (April08)
April 08: i took my car thinking that they will switch the rims but they just told me to drop it off and gave me a loaner car.
April 11: i texted grant to ask him if my car will be ready because i needed my golf clubs that i left in the trunk. he told me that is not ready yet but i could stop by to get my clubs. when i went to get my clubs, i found that the car was in the same spot i left it on Friday.
April 13: i texted him to ask status on my car. Grant told me that they are working on it.
April 15: i asked grant if car will be ready. he said that they haven't returned the ticked.
April 18: i asked again about status with no response.
April 19: i asked again and grant responded that it will be ready Thursday (April 21)
April 21: car is not ready.
April 22: Grant texted me that the car is ready to pick up. i went to pick up my car, but when i saw the rims they putted, they were old scratched rims. tires had chunks of rubber missing. rims, looked like they were picked from a car accident because it looked like the rims were just fixed. i told Grant that i was not going to take my car with rims like that.
April 26: Grant told me to go back to dealer so i could pick other options of rims. i went there i picked a set.
April 29: Grant told me that managers didnt approve the swap of rims. i sent him a text of a of a different set of rims i saw in their web page from a different car.
May 02: Grant told me that they cannot swap the rims from that car because they would run into the same situation that i am going thru. so, he told me to go back to the dealer and pick up my car until they can find other rims to swap.

05/2019

When I initially called for an appt for a 30k oil change there was no mention of the two recalls I had on my vehicle and the fact that it will take two full days to do it. So when I got to the location the rep had asked me to drop off my car and come back two days later which I was not prepared for. So I went ahead and scheduled my oil change at a later week and also asked for a loaner which I was provided.

I picked up my car after returning the loaner and immediately noticed three things
1. There was no multi point inspection report. After I enquired the rep said the tech forgot to sign off and so went inside and got it signed off. He told me he will email me the report but I haven't received it yet.
2. The rep had pointed out a bulge on one of my tire before I dropped off my vehicle and mentioned they will take a look at it. Unfortunately it didn't show up on the report and when I enquired he said it's a shame they missed it and would get the dimensions of the tire and email me a quote. I didn't receive it yet. The last thing I would want it to have a tire go out on me while driving on the freeway.
3. Out of the two recalls, only one was done. The other had parts on backorder which is a shame since I will have to come back for it. More disappointing was the fact that I had to go through the report and find it and when I asked for it, the rep said he forgot to mention it to me and doesn't have a date when the parts will be available.

I had sent the above feedback via text to a rep who was asking for feedback but never heard back from him. I am truly disappointed that a brand like Audi has such poor serviceability.

Worst. Service. Ever.
Tried to get my car serviced at the Audi North Austin location. I religiously called every day, for a week, to see if they could schedule a service for my car. It took 3 days (of multiple calls per day) before I could talk to a service center personnel (went straight to a voicemail after the front desk lady transferred to the service depot) and he said he was booked out for 2 months and cannot schedule my car for a service. Tried leaving multiple voicemails on their service desk scheduler but no one returned my calls. After failing for a week, gave up and went to South Austin Audi. They answered my call, made my profile, scheduled my service, and the rest was as smooth as expected. Worth the additional 45 min. drive and 20 mile distance. Glad Audi at least got one service location right!

I am not rating five stars for several reasons. First, I never am offered a loaner here. My husband always gets a loaner with Mercedes-Benz. That s annoying. Also, I left my car at noon and around 3:30 I texted my guy and asked for an update. I received what seemed like an automatic reply saying that he would check and get back to me. I never heard anything that day from anyone. I picked my car up mid day the following day and on my way home I got an alarming dash message that my tire pressure was off. It wasn t just the tire signal, it was also a large exclamation point on my dash. I pulled over to check my tires and they appeared fine, so I continue driving and called the dealer, who told me they had forgotten to reset the sensor after rotating my tires. They walked me through how to do it and it was simple, but the oversight was annoying, particularly in light of how long they had my car.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I'm not one to write a negative experience unless I have to and I never experienced that pushy, grimy type of salesperson until now and I hope others find this review as a fair warning.

Worked with the Eon Thomas who was very pushy from the beginning. I Told him if I were to lease, I wanted the A4 with the gray oak trim and he said not to get that since it's ugly and to go for the aluminum trim. If you are trying to win my business, shouldn't you be trying to sell me what I want and not what you want me to buy?

I refused to show him pricing that I received from the South store and this agitated him. I told him to show m their pricing first to see if they'd be able beat them to keep them honest. He showed me his pricing which was higher and I showed him the other store's pricing and of course went to his manager to give me better pricing. He told me let's not play games and to tell him where we need to be. From the beginning I told him I wasn't going to pull the trigger that day and his whole attitude changed towards me.I told him I'd speak to my friend who is a General Sales Manager and my sister who's a finance director at another car dealership to see if it's a fair deal.

His manager then came and said to call my sister on the phone so he can talk to her, and break down numbers. Told him that I can't because she's at work and he had the audacity to tell me "Oh, you can't get in touch with your sister?" in such a demeaning tone. What a d-bag! I became agitated at this point and told them I'm going to leave, but that I couldn't leave with their quote. That makes no sense! As I left i made sure to thank them for their time and tried to shake Eon's hand who half-assed it ann didn't bother making eye contact with me.

Feedback: Don't be pushy and pressure potential clients to buy day of, it's a disgusting tactic which really leaves a bad taste in potential clients's mouths. Make a pleasant, customer-service experience your focus instead of the numbers. And to the managers, lead by example and be friendly to people, even if they may walk out!

Due to this unpleasant experience, I took my business to the South Austin store, where they were so much more friendly and were willing to work with me on numbers and on the vehicle I wanted. I'm looking forward to picking up my new Audi A4 on Monday!

So as an update to the review below I scheduled an appointment for this morning to complete the service required. Enrique met me as I came in the door and was very helpful. The service was preformed as requested and in a timely fashion. Upon completion Tyler the service drive manager met me at the counter and introduced himself. He had read my review and wanted to discuss it with me. He has evidently been charged with addressing this aspect of their dealership and acknowledged that they have had some challenges. We had a very candid and straight forward discussion on why I wrote what I wrote and what my expectations as a customer were. He was not defensive and listen to what I had to say and seemed sincere in addressing the issues. Time will tell however based on his handling of the situation we will most likely give their service department another opportunity.

Once again North Austin Audi's service did not fail to Disappoint. We've never owned a vehicle we liked so well that was so poorly serviced that we would not purchase another. One of the primary things we discussed when we purchased it was the importance of service. We were insured that they would take care of service needs in a timely fashion and if they couldn't a loaner car would be available. We prepaid for service through the first 3 years and 50,000 miles, we have been afforded a loaner carr twice, currently to get a simple oil change is a 4 week out schedule and even then that's if you are willing to wait the 1 1.2 hours. Recently we purchased new run flat tires as that's what is recommended and there is no spare. My wife had a flat that would not allow her to drive to the dealership. she was told it would be two to three days to get this service. after removing the tire and taking it to the location we still had to wait over a day to have a new tire mounted onto the rim, while our car sat on the side of the highway and my wife was without a car. Yesterday my wife called to schedule an oil change and was told they were very light this week and to just come by and it would be roughly 2 hours. I made arrangement with my schedule and took her car in to be told "they may be able to get to it in the morning". Once again no loaner no courtesy car no offer of a solution, simply we are really backed up.

I d been to two other dealerships looking fir a pre-owned vehicle, but must say my experience with your location & Eon was the best by far! The pressure was nonexistent & the car clean & beautifully presented when we closed. Very easy! Only critique is I had a heckuva time getting in touch because the phone # online did NOT work.

This place is doing something crooked. I went there to purchase a used car, I had inquired about the car online and they called me to make an appointment to come look at and test drive the vehicle. The next day my daughter and I showed up to the dealership and was not greeted, sales people walked by and did not acknowledge us and we were given a look and feeling as if we were not welcomed there. After 20 minute or so they finally had time to walk us to the lot that the car was supposedly parked and was told to look to see if we could find it while he got the keys. As we looked, the car was not there and 15 minutes later he came back out and began to make us think the car was being sold or "in the shop". We walk back and the salesman says "The owners (Of The Audi Dealership) son has taken the BMW for the holiday's to drive. My thought was why does the Owners son need to drive the car that my daughter and I have driven so far to come look at, test drive, and buy with all the other luxury cars on the lot. He proceeds to tell us that they can get the car back if we were seriously looking to purchase, "So, lets look at the numbers"! We walk back to his desk and they would not come down on the price and wanted me to buy the car that I had not physically seen and was being driven by someone else as we spoke! We were being told "fill out the paperwork and leave a deposit and we will get the car back Monday or after the holidays"! Mind you I had already had my credit run for this car prior to arriving at the dealership and been pre-approved by my own bank but they were trying to push me to let them run my credit! This dealership has poor business practice and lacking customer service. Giving Audi North a one star is way too much than they deserve, they are not a car dealership but more of a fraudulent, dishonest, incompetent, discriminating, waste of time! Because of this interact I would never recommend going to an Audi dealership for any Audi or other vehicle, new or use! Apparently, the car is still being posted or ran as if it is on the lot while it is being driven!

Service staff is exceptional! Very friendly and professional. I felt very well taken care of, and the repairs / work done on my car was explained in detail to me. They made sure all was to my satisfaction.
Only "bad" thing I can think of is the coffee isn't good... don't like Kuerig coffee. Taste stale.

What a disaster of a SERVICE department! After purchasing a $70k product, I expected to have a premium service experience. I was really wrong.

First, no one answers calls to the service dept. How silly of me to think I could actually talk to my assigned service associate. Instead, calls are forwarded to an impersonal reservation representative in some call center somewhere.

I was finally able to get a service appointment to fix a problem/safety concern on my car, but it was for a date over 2 WEEKS LATER. When I requested a loaner car, I was advised to request this from my service associate when I arrived to drop off my car.

Fast forward 2 weeks and I arrived on Friday for my scheduled appointment. No one was in the service garage when I pulled in (By comparison, Lexus practically runs out to meet you as you drive up in their garage.). Finally, someone walked up and took my name and key. I walked into the service area and no one was at any of the service desks. I waited a few minutes and a service associate walked in. He didn t look up but said Someone will be with you shortly . He grabbed some papers, straightened them, stapled them together, and walked away. That s right, straightening and stapling some papers was more important than attending to the customer in front of him.

I waited for about 15 minutes, watching TV and getting a coffee - still no one came. Then a customer who said that he had no appointment came in, just as the same service associate returned. Guess what? He was waited on immediately. I was appalled. I decided to walk up closer to the counter to visually remind the service associate that I was here first, but he did not acknowledge me - he just kept taking care of the walk-in guy that arrived after me.

Next, my assigned service associate walked in. I checked in my car and he noted a couple of routine items and a recall issue that needed to be handled. I explained the problem that I really needed service to address. I also reminded him that I had raised this same problem nearly a year ago, and I was told at that time: There s nothing wrong with that. Since then, the problem had worsened and had become a serious safety concern. I also inquired about a loaner car, as advised by the call center rep. I was told that none were available and that loaner cars had to be reserved ONE MONTH in advance. Are you serious??

That was Friday. By Monday morning, I had heard nothing, so I texted my service associate. He told me the car should be looked at soon but they were backed up in service. The car had been there 3 business days, I m taking Uber back and forth to work, and no one had even looked at my car yet! I complained about this, the lack of communication since Friday, and the expense I was incurring for Uber rides each day.

On Tuesday, I received an automated text with a link to a summary of services performed on the car. At the bottom was a quote to fix the problem that I had brought to their attention a year before, when they had told me there s nothing wrong with that. The cost? Over $1500. That s right: A problem that I brought to their attention nearly a year ago (and was totally brushed off then) will now cost more than double what it would have cost, had they fixed it when I brought in the car the first time. What incredible nerve this takes! Not only that, but who knows the risks of driving a car with a significant problem for the last year?

I don t blame my service associate, who is a nice guy. I blame the owners for not recognizing and fixing these obvious organizational problems. The owners/management have no idea how to build a service culture or a superior customer experience. The entire team needs training and a field trip (or several) to Lexus, BMW and Mercedes dealerships to learn how service should work for a luxury brand. Like many other people posting here and on Yelp, I will be purchasing my next car and obtaining service from another Audi dealership going forward.

Went in cause I needed a car to take to Germany cause of my Duty station and they said that I would be able to take it with me and the sales person confirmed it with his boss but turned out his boss just said a random yes and didn t know what he was talking about. Now I m days away from leaving to Germany and I might not be able to take a 35,000 car I m still paying for because they decided to be negligent and scam people. Worst people to work with, they really ruin the image for the brand after this I m never buying another Audi anything.

I will never visit this dealership again. I live an hour away. I made an appointment the week prior and stated I need my oil changed; one of wipers were clogged; and the armrest in the backseat would not go down as it was stuck. Upon arrival, I went over it all again. After 3 hours of waiting, I noticed my car sitting to the side. My service person was no where to be found. Finally, I went to a different person and asked if he would check if my car was ready. He confirmed that it s ready and I asked him about the 3 things I needed done. He said all was done. I specifically asked about the back arm rest, he looked down at the paper and said that was fixed. I got in my car and headed home only to find that they didn t fix the back arm rest. I attempted to call several times only to be sent from voicemail to voicemail.

Since purchasing my vehicle, it s been quite pleasurable to have it serviced, worked on, and maintained at Audi North Austin. Whitney has been more than helpful, courteous and completely professional. It s been a 5 star experience with her and the Audi North Austin crew.

Jeff Barnard is hands down the best SA I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He is a master and went above and beyond when I had an issue with my '16 A3.

I was getting dash lights for my ABS, ESC, Hill Hold Assist, etc. and through a process of elimination, we were able to determine that it was a failed wheel speed sensor. Jeff and his team replaced it under warranty, and my car has been flawless ever since!

I highly recommend the team at Audi North Austin for all of your Audi service and purchase needs!

I bought a used car from North Audi yesterday with the help of Christian Lopez. the process was so easy and everyone I worked with during the 1-2 hour process was wonderful. I highly recommend trying to connect with Christian if you are looking to buy a new or pre-owned car here.

Communication is not a strong point here. A client shouldn t have to continuously call to get updates with no follow up responses. The level of satisfaction I have received from bringing my vehicle for a routine service check has made me not want to purchase or lease an Audi ever again. The car itself has been great and functional but I don t find value in a brand that can t call me back and tell me if my vehicle is complete from a service appointment or not.

Darrel was the saving grace and is completely fine. Tommie is who needs improvement.

I was skeptical to go here at first due to the other reviews but when I got there was greeted warmly with the salesman named Eon. He answered all my questions throughly and made me feel as if he really wanted to give me the best deal rather than trying to sell what would make him the best profit. I highly recommend Eon. Once I chose my car and got all the paperwork done, the nicely dressed delivery specialist girl Tina made sure I knew everything about my car so that I didn't miss out on taking advantage of any features. Overall, I had an smooth and nice experience and will definitely come back to check out any new models that come out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only saving grace was the SA in this situation took pity on me and did his best to help me out.

Here's what happened - My car is modified and a mechanical part failed. Instead of considering the evidence - that this is known to fail regardless of any modification - the tech went over and beyond what was needed to 1) cover his rear, 2) create a toxic scenario where I was unable to have a winning outcome with this situation, & 3) effectively made warranty work nearly impossible for my car in the future.

When I tried talking with the GM it became clear his goal was not to really understand ... it was to re-enforce the policies he put into place. Initially he promised to investigate my complaint & get back to me. However, after listening to me vent my frustration & letting him know I'm not likely to come back the GM switched his position by telling me in not so many words to go pound sand.

As a result I had to pay out of pocket for something that either my warranty ought to have covered OR I could have replaced using my Indy shop, my car was reported to Audi for modification that have nothing to do with this issue, and this store now has a detractor who will tell everyone he knows to go to the South store.

AoA will be hearing from this unhappy person.

I recently bought a new Audi and the experience was first rate. My wife has been a devotee of Lexus if only because of the personal attention she receives. I think Audi North is going to give Lexus a run for their money in this department. Of course, purely from a vehicle standpoint, how can you go wrong with Audi?

Eon Thomas was exceptional. From the set up of the test drive till even after the purchase. I would describe Audi like the Apple Store of car dealerships. Especially the North Austin one. You re taken care of from the second you walk in. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. Eon kept it real with me and I appreciate that. When he calls you after the purchase for anything it feels personable not like a dealership calling you but an actual person who knows you. I had a Honda before this Audi and the level of service I got at Audi North Austin surpassed anything I had imagined because before Audi I dealt with regular dealerships. Audi North Austin is anything but a regular dealership. If you are in Austin looking to buy an Audi. At least give Eon Thomas a chance to take care of you and head over to Audi North Austin. I promise you they don t disappoint! Eon if you see this thanks for everything man. I ll be back for sure!

I brought my vehicle in for service and received poor customer service.
A part needed to be ordered and the process was not accurately described by the people in the service department when I agreed to order the part. This resulted in the part coming in later than I was initially told.
The service department did not call me to inform me of the delay and that they would need to keep my vehicle another day. I only learned of this when I called in the afternoon to check the status of my repair. I called about 3:30pm and received the return call at approximately 7:30pm advising of the status.
This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Audi North Austin and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
UPDATE: After I posted this review I was contacted by the service manager. He apologized for my experience and assured me that it was not how they want to treat their customers. He asked what he could do to address the situation and he offered me a discount on my repair. I accepted the offer and will give the service department a second chance to make a first impression.

I had an amazing experience with Audi North Austin! My salesman Christian went above and beyond to meet all my needs and ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and even went out of his way to deliver my car to my door step after some post purchase repairs were completed. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends in the area!

I don't usually go to dealerships for service due to past negative experiences My daughter was the precipitator to bringing my car in. That's when I discovered the incredible staff you have and I wish I knew all their names. That said, it's Mike 's (in the service depart) expertise, professionalism, going beyond the norm to help with my maintenance contract at Carmax is the main reason I bring my car in. I trust him which is so helpful for someone like me that is clueless with the makings of my car. Also Kudos to your HR department for bringing in an outstanding workforce!

Last December my car was in for service and not ready in time for me to drive to Denver to surprise my son for his 40th birthday. They loaned me a brand new A5 Audi to drive to Denver. Well that beautiful car got totaled when I discovered first hand, according to the Lampasas sheriff, that their deer population largely outnumbers the towns population. So I was towed back to Audi where they quickly put my car back together so I could immediately get back on the road. Mike called me after Christmas to get my car back in to finish repairs which I did and they then, without hesitation or a request from me, gave me the keys to a new A4 Audi which promptly went into my garage to stay there until mine was fixed. WHO DOES THAT??!!!

I have enjoyed being a customer of this Audi location for many years. Everyone from sales with Tony A. and John V. to service with Clint A. have all been professional and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership.

VERY RUDE SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE!.

I was trying to negotiate a $26k used car with a dealer named TRAVIS. He comes back to me saying - THanks but no thanks, you're not being realistic. After I ask for $2k off. And went saying other remarks. Needless to say, I felt insulted. Never have I encountered customer service this bad, especially with a car salesman. I was a serious buyer, ready to buy a scratched up MErc. But definitely not after being treated that way.

It took extra time to get tires. Once we got the car back within a few miles low tire light came on had to return to the dealership for correction. Meghan tried her best I suppose. The car runs fine.

Exceptional service and great overall knowledge on the car I was looking for.
Bryan Unger did an amazing job and sold me on the car of my dreams. Stacey in finance went above and beyond on describing everything correctly and letting me know exactly what I was getting as well as for the future information if I decided to trade in for a new one. definitely love my new Audi A4 Prestige.

Most recent experience was less than stellar. Service needed was a oil change, address tire issue and then inspection. Car was purchased certified from this dealer and had been driven less than 7k miles since purchase yet I was told the two front tires needed to be replaced. Total mileage on car overall was less than 14k....tires should not have been gone since most cars get 20k miles and upward on tires. Dealer kept car over a week bc I said tires were not good when it was sold as certified thus I shouldn t have to pay for 2 new tires. Resolution finally reached with me paying for one tire and they were able to get manufacturer to cover the other tire. Process took a week and son was without his car. Resolution was acceptable but amount of time and my having to force issue of why I shouldn t have to pay for both was not.

My sales person Eon was super friendly and patient especially when he had to explain the different financing options. He made sure all of my questions were answered and he had explained all of the details of the car. The delivery specialist Tina who went over the car was awesome and great at her job. She was very informative about the products. Amazing staffs! I would highly recommend this location.

I had a hard time looking for a vehicle that day. Another dealership promised me a vehicle. I traveled from Seguin to west San Antonio, about 50 miles. They already sold it within the time frame I was driving to their dealership.
Audi North Austin had one I liked and saved it for me to look at. Mr. Tanner Campbell was my salesman. He made sure the vehicle was there and ready. They gave me a fair deal and the best service. The drive was so worth it. They were very concerned about my needs and the day I just had. This is the best dealership I have ever been to. I highly suggest you buy your next ride here. Thanks guys!

Came here with my wife to help her make a decision between the Q5, Lexus RX and the Acura MDX. We walk into the showroom and hovered over the Q5 and Q3 for about 20minutes talking about the specs and so forth. Not one employee greeted us or asked how we can be helped. About 5 employees just stood around towards the center chatting amongst themselves! Totally difference in the treatment we got with Lexus and Acura. Very disappointed, they were clearly not interested in our business this Saturday afternoon smh! 6/3/17 Around 3:30. So off to Audi of San Antonio we go.

Bad experience using the pickup/dropoff service. I explained what I needed in the comments. The service rep acknowledged my requests. I had to initiate all correspondence regarding my vehicle.
I received my vehicle and my two request were not complete.
I followed up with the service manager via a long email with questions. He did call, was apologetic, and had two different people take care of my initial requests. And that was it. I did not hear back from him.
Audi came up short not once but twice. I have always had great experiences there but these two were very unfortunate. I have had my car serviced at Audi North Austin for 5 years and will not be returning.

My sales rep changed the way I used to view car salesman. I am super happy I did not have the normal anxiety of a bad experience but instead was pleasantly surprised. Additionally, the finance rep was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I look forward to doing it again soon with my wifes car:):)

I sent my car in to get repaired for MMI issues and they sat on my car for weeks without contacting me. I had to hound them constantly for what is happening to my car and finally they got around to fixing it. Unfortunately, they gave it back to me with what is best described as a smell of rancid coffee. They did take it back to try and remove the smell, but it seems they just covered over the smell with chemicals that still will not go away. At this rate I will never buy a car from them again or use them for service.

I had an intermittent issue with my Audi A4. Darrell Robles, my service advisor, researched the issue and was able to fix the issue. The best part was the issue was under warranty so it was free.

Ive been to this location twice and almost purchased an Audi R8 from here. Glad I didn't. The servicing department is absolutely an abomination, they are never available to talk to when you call and reception has zero idea of anything service related. They also will constantly mix up your paperwork with someone elses and forget to tell you your car is ready. As a customer I shouldn't have to call 100 times in a day to speak with someone I am paying thousands of dollars to. I will drive the extra distance to Audi South or anywhere else.

The worst experience ever. Leased a car 3 years ago, they said I didn t owe anything if I turned the car in for another Audi. When I did lease another, 3 months later they stuck me with another bill of a thousand dollars. They lie and cheat. Don t buy anything there and definitely not lease anything. Wrote a letter to the TX Attorney General on these cheats. Watch out for these smooth talkers. Disgusting.

The new e-Tron all electric Audi SUV is here! But that's all we could find out. I have been looking at the Tesla Model S and my wife has been looking at the Tesla Model X but wanted to wait until the Audi e-Tron was out to do a comparison for her and then we would buy 2 vehicles at once. Me an Audi R8 and her the e-Tron or me the Model S and her the Model X.
Today (March 5, 2019) was the day we have been waiting for to see it. Well, we saw it but that was it. Not one person talked to us the entire 20+ minutes we were there!!!!
Apparently the sales people aren't interested in taking orders.
We arrived at the dealership around 10:30 am and they had 2 of them on the showroom floor. The white one was locked with the windows down and the grey one was wide open. I reached in and opened the white one through the window which set the alarm off. It made a piercing sound for about 30 seconds before someone somewhere found the remote and turned it off. It reactivated about a minute later and they silenced it again. No one came over to ask us about needing help! We crawled in and out of both of them for literally 20 + minutes without a single person asking if we needed help. Surprised at the lack of response; I told my wife this place is a joke and can you imagine how the service would be once they have sold you something. Long story short, we left, went about 200 yards down the road to the Tesla dealership and ordered 2 new cars. I guess Tesla won today for $240k!
Good luck Audi North Houston with the e-Tron...I guess.

Bought a 17 Escalade used March 2020. Finance person rushed paperwork. We bought GAP and used car warranty. Warranty was funded. But dealer/finance person never purchased the GAP insurance on our behalf as of August 2020, and GAP protection company had no records of funds or vehicle info, so I m assuming dealer or finance person pocketed the entire GAP premium worth $572 (fraud).

Never let the sales team or finance talk you into GAP or warranty if you re rushed for time! And get EVERYTHING in writing.

Still waiting to see my money returned.

My experience at Audi North Austin was fantastic. Buying a new car was not in my plans this year but when my car was totaled I realized I had to quickly assess my options. I visited all the dealerships and almost didn t stop at Audi. Glad I did! Love the Q5 and the experience of working with Josh Boom! I would recommend Josh and Audi to anyone considering a new car.

I joined the Audi family of dealerships because my husband has enjoyed his A8 so much. Although my car is new, roadside nails and construction in the area have resulted in visits to the service department. Thus far, those events have been successful; as was my latest visit last week after my check engine light came on. I marched into the service area, incensed that my three month old vehicle needed service. No
one laughed when I was informed that I d failed to properly close my gas cap. My keys were returned to me and I drove quickly away with a clean, vacuumed car. Thanks North Austin Audi Service Departjent. Next time, check the gas cap before storming the dealership!

Just had a pleasant experience with the service department. The specialist, Mr. Ricardo, was patient, knowledgeable, and considerate. We worked out a plan to fit my needs. The work was up to the high standards of a premium-car dealership. The cost was not cheap but reasonable for a dealer. Icing on the cake, the (free) cleaning was so good that my Q5 looked new and even all well-worn-out tires looked new. The best feeling is to know there is a nearby place to go next time my Audi need to be taken care of.
