I don't usually go to dealerships for service due to past negative experiences My daughter was the precipitator to bringing my car in. That's when I discovered the incredible staff you have and I wish I knew all their names. That said, it's Mike 's (in the service depart) expertise, professionalism, going beyond the norm to help with my maintenance contract at Carmax is the main reason I bring my car in. I trust him which is so helpful for someone like me that is clueless with the makings of my car. Also Kudos to your HR department for bringing in an outstanding workforce!

Last December my car was in for service and not ready in time for me to drive to Denver to surprise my son for his 40th birthday. They loaned me a brand new A5 Audi to drive to Denver. Well that beautiful car got totaled when I discovered first hand, according to the Lampasas sheriff, that their deer population largely outnumbers the towns population. So I was towed back to Audi where they quickly put my car back together so I could immediately get back on the road. Mike called me after Christmas to get my car back in to finish repairs which I did and they then, without hesitation or a request from me, gave me the keys to a new A4 Audi which promptly went into my garage to stay there until mine was fixed. WHO DOES THAT??!!!
