Hotel room & service were fantastic. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Really enjoyed the chef making fresh omelets and waffles every morning for breakfast. The pool is also very nice and well taken care of. Great place to stay.

I could say that I love it although there are always details, things to improve, but the attention, location and service do not complain.

TERRIBLE, I suffered an accident during my stay, the elevator fell into the basement from the Lobby hitting several guests including myself. The worst thing was the indifference of the staff and their lack of reaction to the emergency. An ambulance arrived at 3 o'clock. The hotel manager never showed up, only a saleswoman and the accountant. They did not want to acknowledge a guest's medical expenses and for the inconvenience they offered a 50% discount on one night.

The hotel is great the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The restaurant has high food quality and variety. The only bad thing is the internet connection the wireless is very unstable and keeps you logging in and out.

No doubt the service at this hotel is the best, the facilities are very nice, cozy and quite clean. The restaurant's food is delicious, in addition to its varied menu and excellent service. For pleasure or business trip highly recommended for its location and security.

Within the moment of difficulty that we are going through, the Hotel is making an enormous effort. Both the pool and the gym are open and very clean. There are gel dispensers (70% alcohol) everywhere and the restaurant is also still open, although for breakfast it does not have the "Buffet". The friendliness of the staff that works here should be noted.
In short, highly recommended.

They have a special service for all the clients. And the free breakfast service is great! The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable and they have a small fridge in some rooms.

The hotel is new and well cared for, it lacks certain details to be excellent like other hotels in the chain, improve the quality of the food a little, especially the meats and the room service that is delayed or never arrives.
On the other hand, it could have a permanent and free shuttle service to the airport that is close by and with the price of the room, this service so necessary to access the hotel in a comfortable and safe way is more than justified.

Uff is spectacular ... It is, allusive ... The best.

This is the best place to stay when traveling to San Pedro Sula. It's located conveniently close to office buildings and malls, so you can hand out after work and do some shopping. The hotel is quite nice, with a bar at the lobby and a nice restaurant. As usual with other Hilton hotels, the staff is friendly and quick to get you to your room. The rooms are modern looking, clean and cozy. I only stayed for a night, but I'll be definitely be checking in on my next trip to San Pedro Sula.
