Eon Thomas was exceptional. From the set up of the test drive till even after the purchase. I would describe Audi like the Apple Store of car dealerships. Especially the North Austin one. You re taken care of from the second you walk in. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. Eon kept it real with me and I appreciate that. When he calls you after the purchase for anything it feels personable not like a dealership calling you but an actual person who knows you. I had a Honda before this Audi and the level of service I got at Audi North Austin surpassed anything I had imagined because before Audi I dealt with regular dealerships. Audi North Austin is anything but a regular dealership. If you are in Austin looking to buy an Audi. At least give Eon Thomas a chance to take care of you and head over to Audi North Austin.
