I joined the Audi family of dealerships because my husband has enjoyed his A8 so much. Although my car is new, roadside nails and construction in the area have resulted in visits to the service department. Thus far, those events have been successful; as was my latest visit last week after my check engine light came on. I marched into the service area, incensed that my three month old vehicle needed service. No
one laughed when I was informed that I d failed to properly close my gas cap. My keys were returned to me and I drove quickly away with a clean, vacuumed car. Thanks North Austin Audi Service Departjent. Next time, check the gas cap before storming the dealership!
