Car was towed in on a Thursday morning September 29, 2016. The service department didn't even look at it until the 4th of October . They called before closing on the 5th and said it will be ready on the 6th of October at 5 pm. Also called the morning of the 6th to say it will be done that day at 5pm. So we drove all the way there from Killeen for them to tell us, we didn't fix it yet because if we did it wouldn't be ready until next week if we started. They won't give us a loaner car unlike Lexus, Ranger Rover and Mercedes would. Audi always say they don't have loaner when it comes to the color of your skin. You're only good enough to buy the cars but not good enough to get good service! My opinion if you're any color besides white don't come to this store because you will get treated horribly , get the run around and lied to!

I had been searching for my new vehicle for a month, and I ran into Audi N. Austin. When looking for a dealership I look for, top quality, integrity, and a positive environment. I was promptly contacted by gentleman by the name of Andrew Hanania and I didn't have to look anymore. He kept in touch and on top of things as we passed, he hurdled over obstacles to make sure things were taken care, in fact, making sure I was taking care of along with my wife. His "extra mile" effort went on and on through out the deal without ever losing a smile or having a positive comment. . I got a quality product for a competitive price. But it didn't stop there. I took my Q7 in for service and had an awful experience. My vehicle was out of warranty so I was expecting to spend money on getting it fixed. Turned out the repair was covered, but they said the port that the reader went into was broken and had to fix it. I didnt believe them, but rather than argue I would pay the 400 plus for the repair. again I was expecting to spend money so I went along with it. We got the car back and went on a 4 day trip to Houston. On the way back I realized the right rear door was not working. No power to it at all. When I started looking at it I found that a fuse had been pulled and not replaced. I had a phone call with the service guy and in our less than 2 minute call, I told him that I didnt believe the work was necessary, he then told me that he would refund me the money and never come back there. I asked about the fuse and he basically said I was lying. So yesterday I opened my hood and found that the engine cover has been broken as well. I have yet to deal with that, but based on past experience I am willing to bet I am going to be out the couple of hundred for it as well.
With this being said I would buy a car from there any day. they have a great sales force, I would just not take it there sor service.

From the beginning I quickly received a phone call from sales personnel Cassandra Moore, about my inquiries on a vehicle. Although the vehicle I inquired was no longer available she was very understanding/knowledgeable as to what vehicle I was looking for. I was actually in the process of looking at many vehicles from other dealerships, and this salesperson understood that and always wished me the best of luck, even if it wasnt with them. Not pushy at all. She was quick to respond and even sent me video of the car. It was clear that this person was professional and cared. Now I'm happily driving my A3 s-line from AUDI NORTH AUSTIN. I have since been contacted by a Service manager (Marc Furrer) to assist with this service issue. He was extremely helpful in fully assessing all of the aspects of the situation, and coming to a reasonable and fair conclusion to this issue. Customer service is all about communication, and Mr. Furrer kept me informed at every step of his process. I'm giving this review only 3 stars because I feel that I should have been given the option to speak to a Service Manager in the first place, and not just arbitrarily told to call Audi Customer Service to file a claim.
Made a service appointment for 0930 on 2 Dec 20 to determine what was causing my battery to go dead. Upon arriving at the dealership I was told they wouldn't even look at my vehicle until the following day! Then why waste my time making an appointment?? So...I was then told there were no loaner vehicles available, and that they would schedule me a ride on the shuttle. Upon informing them of my address, I was then advised that my home was outside of their shuttle radius! So you're going park my car in your lot overnight before you even look at it, AND make me walk home!? My service rep. (Britney) did her best to accommodate me, and talked them into checking my vehicle that day. The result...they claim that I left my low beam headlights on for three days...and provided a print out as proof. The problem is, my headlights were NOT on for three days and I informed them of that. Upon which I was told that I must have bumped the headlight switch as I entered or exited my vehicle which in turn was enough to engage the battery as if the headlights were on. So if that's the case, how was I to know that the battery was being drained! The headlights were not on, and the warning tone on the door did not engage to inform me that something was on. Therefore now this service is not covered by my warranty (of course) and I'm out $341. To add insult to injury...they email me a service survey (which of course I'm going to complete), question #1 asks "how satisfied are you with your vehicle?" To which I answer "extremely satisfied" (which is 5 stars) because I DO like the vehicle. Click next...and am advised that the survey is completed. Way to go...manipulate the service survey to receive 5 stars! I filed a claim with Audi customer service to no avail, as they have to base their investigation on what the dealership tells them. So basically the story I was given of the light switch could NEVER be an Audi defect, only customer error with no way of knowing the error was even occurring.

We bought our 2014 Audi Q5 TDI at this location, and they were "not participating in the program" when we called to have the car modified as per the settlement with the US government. You might note that this diesel car was one of many involved in a lawsuit by the US government against Audi and Volkswagen who falsified emissions claims. We had to go to South Austin to get the car repaired and will continue to go there from now on. This dealership is substandard regarding service.

I found a used car (a Subaru) on Autotrader that we located here. My daughter and I drove up and found it parked between a Bentley and Rolls Royce. Anyway, James our salesperson, could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. The sales manager came over and introduced himself and the finance team was easy with absolutely no pressure or hassles. The dealership itself is extremely clean and they have a great selection of snacks and drinks while you wait. I had to wait while they prepped my Subaru so I looked at the Audis on the lot and in the showroom and they are nice and they had a huge inventory for a luxury dealer. Just an overall great experience!

I enjoyed having a rental while my vehicle was being serviced so that was perk BUT the communication from my assigned service manager was far from hospitable. They kept my vehicle for over the weekend when I dropped it off on a Thursday morning. There was no major work that needed to be done other than a diagnostic test to confirm what I already knew. I asked them to take a look at an additional technical thing (mirrors) and I was told they did but there was no proof that, that was ever looked at in the notes or on my receipt. If I can help it, I will not bring my vehicle here mainly bc of the distrust and lack of communication.

I made my appointment about a week before dropping the car for a regular service, but when I got to the dealership the Service Expert tells me that I have to leave my car overnight. I had my mind set already for a 5 to 6 hours service, but not for a day and a half. Which I wouldn't mind if they could've provided a loaner since I only own my Audi as of now, but that was not the case. I would recommend you guys to either contact customers after setting their appointments or having some sort of "timeline" table on your website to kinda explain customers what to expect on each service. For the amount of money we pay to get our loving cars the best treatment, I would expect a prestige service.

In January we had to get a state inspection for the first time, and the car failed the inspection because the tint was too dark. My first visit after to TX Audi after moving from SC. Will start by saying I will never return to get services at North Austin Audi again, even though it is closer. I have changed locations on my Audi app to South Austin. The treatment of my vehicle was adequate, a 8 of 10. My only real contact with staff was about 15 seconds when they took my key fob and pointed to the waiting area. No one told me there were recalls on my vehicle at all (which I imagine extended the length of the service visit). However; despite having a nice space for customers to lounge while waiting for vehicle services there was zero personal interaction from the staff to me ( no one told me when my car would be ready, responded to my text for updates, or interfaced with me) during my almost 2.5 hr visit. I saw other customers being personally updated and told their vehicle was nearly ready while my name was shouted out in the waiting area once my vehicle was ready. I am used to the clerk or a staff member explaining the work done on the vehicle during and after the service (which was not even attempted) and after responding to the open call in the lobby, I was simply asked to "sign here and here" by the check out clerk and was handed my key fob. No one even told me where my vehicle was parked, so I walk out looking for my vehicle and at this point I just wanted to exit and not look back. Customer service 3 of 10 not worthy of the Audi brand, worst I have experienced in over a decade. Staff not overtly rude, just oblivious.

My 2015 Audi Q3 was dropped off at Audi of North Austin located at 12971 Pond Springs Rd
Austin, TX 78729 and put under a Tommie Ellis and a Ken Fluhr who sent me a text saying we got your vehicle and told me they were going to handle it ASAP due to my vehicle being dropped off for damage to the underside. My insurance company USAA who always has great customer also told me that they were working with Audi of North Austin and were on the repairs as well. Now it is December 21st and my car is with Audi of South Austin! You may ask what happened it s plain and simple lying, fraud, horrible customer service, and some of the worst Audi specialists which clearly don t represent the brand. My car wasn t worked on for many weeks and was lied to about the work that was being done. I was lied to by both Ken and Tommie that USAA wasn t contacting them or letting them know what to do. USAA has the recorded conversations, emails, and write correspondents with staff at Audi of North Austin who denied them access to my vehicle and turned them away at every chance to work on my vehicle. I also was told by another manager that this service is taking longer than expected and is unacceptable so we ll get you a loaner which was a flat out lie. I reached out for several days to Ken and Manager of the loaner cars: Lyia Cantooner who wasn t reachable for several days because she either ignored or dodged my calls and other manager s messages. On December 20th I reached out to Audi of North America to help them get in contact with Lyia and Audi of North Austin to help with the horrible lack of communication .they got them to answer right away. The same day I was called at 6:05PM by Tommie Ellis, Ken Fluhr, and Lyia Cantooner who accused me of making false claims and causing them a hard time so they stated they didn t want to deal with me and said come get your vehicle tonight or we will charge you a large fee to keep in storage here each day I was viciously verbally attacked and belittled in this conversation but I still drove there at 6:30PM on December 20th and called Lyia who said we are closing and hung up on me, they close at 7:00PM. The next day I tried to get my car at 7:00AM when they opened and was told no one is in and your car is in pieces so you cannot get it .again I was lied to about picking it up the night prior. My Audi was finally picked up around 11AM and brought to a much better dealership: Audi of South Austin. I have never been so disrespected in my life and have taken to proper steps to ensure everyone hears about this and action is taken! Also on the invoice they lied and stated the customer denied repairs which is a lie, they told USAA they couldn t properly repair my car which is a lie, and lied to me about everything! USAA has the recorded conversations and I recorded all the conversations as well and my hope someone takes action immediately!!

They seem to be excessively behind schedule all the time in the service department and no one ever follows up with you. You have to call and call and call and leave messages and hope you'll just get lucky in getting a hold of someone. Even something very minor could take them 8 hours to complete. We just spentA WEEK trying to get someone to call us back about our car. We also bought new tires through Audi North Austin and there is something very wrong with them. We skid everywhere in the most mild conditions. Maybe wrong type of tire for the car or something. We took it in and explained how unsafe this is and we can barely take our car out anymore and they are saying there isn't anything they can do. What a rip off. We'll be taking it elsewhere from now on. Also there is NEVER a rental option for you like other Audi dealerships. You're just out a car for a lengthy process it will take them to service your car.

This was my first experience with Audi North and i was very displeased with their overall service. I came in with a drive train warranty and a single issue with my vehicle, i was also lead to believe that the vehicle would be checked after 24 hours (which i was fine with once they told me the timeline). After two days i went back in to check on the vehicle and it wasn't even looked at yet. I went to the service manager and he was apologetic and calm about the whole ordeal, but he asked to leave the vehicle with him longer and he would put it in as fast as he could ( I appreciate his willingness to get the job done) so i left it there longer. This was a huge mistake, a service provider called me with a list of things wrong the very next day ( The cost to replace/fix the parts was $9084). Most of these things weren't even true as i have already been to other shops and mechanics before hand that said the same parts were fine. The real problem i have is even though the car was checked, they didn't even look at the actual issue i went in for, also when i went in to pick my car up is was still in pieces, and not even ready for me. Needless to say i will not ever recommend this dealership to anyone and i will never be returning.

Major lack of communication with my flat tire / rim replacement. Had my car for a week waiting on a part when I was told it would be ready on Friday (dropped it off on Wednesday) I'm understanding to freak incidents and having to wait on parts but the lack of communication and multiple calls to no avail is absolutely unacceptable ( left voice mails to service manager and the service representative I worked with. They did repairs and didn't effectively communicate with USAA so when my car was available on monday 4 days after I was verbally told when it would be done I got to pay $$$$ out of pocket and to this moment am having trouble getting them to be responsive to USAA for my reimbursement .. Major let down on Audi service department.

Dropped the car off at 9:45 for a 10:45 appointment. He told me it would not take long it was just a simple recall. I told him that's fine because I'll be at work anyways. Didn't receive a call until 5:45 informing me they couldn't get to my car. Now either they skipped over me or they completely forgot about my car. If you come to this dealership for service i recommend staying there and making sure they follow through with your appointment. Sometimes they might not be able to get to your car but an early appointment should not be informed when they are closing that they could not get to your car.

Horrible. Audi North Austin replaced the timing chain at 93000 in my Audi and 33000 later it went out again. They basically said that is not their problem and wanted me to pay another $4,000 to replace it. I found out there is a class action suit against Audi due to timing chain malfunction in several vehicles and they settled last year. I offered to buy another car from them and trade my Audi A4 and they offered me $500 as trading value. That was an insult after how much money I have spent with them. Basically, two weeks ago I bought a brand new alternator for $850 so that part alone was worth more than their trade-in offer. I ll never buy a car from them again.

My service rep Mike gives me the type of service that I expect from a luxury brand. Lexus can keep their muffins and espresso plus their hour-long wait for a loner (with an appointment). My time is valuable and Audi understands that.

It looks like Audi North Austin used to be Roger Beasley Audi, but I guess it's not anymore. That's probably a good thing, because the Roger Beasley Audi listing has really bad reviews. I haven't been using Audi North Austin for very long, but I'm pleased so far. They've been good about drop-ins and appointments, and it was very easy to borrow a loaner when I needed it.

However, his manager Jason Lynch brought out numbers that were WAY DIFFERENT than the online advertised specials. After the entire thing was said and done, I do not feel like I received a good value for a 36 month lease. My advise is to go to South Austin Audi. Regardless of where you go, hold their feet to the fire to make sure they honor what they are advertising online. Don't let them do a bait and switch with high pressure sales tactics. Typical Car Sales slimy behavior. Sad that some things never change!

We went into Audi north austin store on blackfriday to shop for Q3 and also to look at other options. As we entered we were approached by a sales person named Roy Anthony and when we mentioned our interest in Q3 models he said Q3 is not worth it and insisted us to go with either Q5 or Q7 to get some 5k to 7k BFriday discount. It clearly seemed that he was interested in getting his numbers rather than helping us get the right car. When we asked him about lease vs. financing options, he kept on repeating the discount they have for Q5 and Q7; and the lease deal for Audi is not as good as compared to Mercedes or BMW. This is how he concluded our 10 mins meeting and did not even bother to take our information for follow up; but instead he rushed us out of the store. I was told I would always be put in a loaner for all service appointments but they have never lived up to this promise. They did not fix my car. I had three sensors go out. First they said they could not reproduce the customers complaint, so they had the service manager ride with me. Immediately all the failed sensors showed. Unpaid $1100 and then after one week, one sensor is still not working. I called and was out on hold or asked to leave a message 4 times. No response. When I finally got a hold of my service advisor, he said he would check and call me back. No response. Then today I left a message with the Service Manager. Again no response. If your just needing and oil change or maintenance, they work great. But if you really need a repair, don t waste your time. Also, it takes 6-8 weeks for an appointment if you need a loner, which I always do because I live an hour away.

I see Alex to get my vehicle regularly serviced and he is very professional, kind, and helpful. He adapts to my needs; for example, I live an hour out of town, and he makes sure my car is finished as quickly as possible for that reason. The whole interaction is very smooth and easy. He gives me a rental and I go shop at the Domain while it s being serviced. I have been several times and never had a problem. They have snacks, coffee, water. Plenty of seating. Really recommend this place, especially Alex!

My car was serviced beautifully for its 20,000 mile service - all work completed and then returned to me detailed and fresh. The service guys were friendly and professional, as were the service managers inside. For these 2 things, I d give 5 stars.
Here s what bumped it down a few stars: First, I booked the reservation about 3 weeks out, and was told it would take about 2 hours to complete. I was asked if I d like to drop it off or if I d need a courtesy shuttle somewhere. I said I d bring my computer and just work from there, but the scheduler said I wouldn t be allowed to do that - that there wouldn t be any room for me to stay.
Secondly, when I arrived and checked in, the service manager said they d try to have my car completed that day, but it may have to stay overnight. I wasn t prepared for that because I was told in the beginning that it would be a 2-hour service.
She asked the guys to bump me through the line so I could get my son from school, so I was grateful for that - But then, fast forward 3.5 hours, and I still didn't get a call or text to say my car was ready, so I made emergency arrangements to get my son picked up, and headed back to the dealership, where I was told my car had been ready for over an hour.
Thirdly, the service guy pulled my car around and was walking away from it as I was walking toward it. He didn t acknowledge me at all, which normally wouldn't give me a second thought, but Cadillac spoiled me.
My previous 2 cars were Cadillacs and I ve got to tell you: they make their customers feel like celebrities. You don t open any door yourself, you re communicated with frequently, and they basically roll out the red carpet for you.
Audi has a beautiful car, but they have a long way to go in the customer service department. Cadillac has them beat by a hundred miles.

Been coming here for years, never will again. Bought a certified pre owned 2013 q5 and lost a cylinder head. Of course it s out of warranty. Dealer has no idea how that could have happened. But feel in the end zero ownership in dealing with a lemon car. Charged me almost 5000, with well over half of it labor and did absolutely nothing. It s a disgrace and I will never go this dealership again and likely do e with Audi as well.

I ve purchased many used cars but this was the first one fully online without seeing the car until it was delivered. Everything was as advertised and the salesperson was responsive and helpful. Once it was delivered I had it inspected the next morning and the car was clean. A minor detail was resolved immediately and even though I always recommend a full personal review of any used car prior to purchase, Audi North Austin delivered. I would trust them again.
