Great service with friendly, helpful, and knowledg...
Great service with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable technicians and staff.
Great service with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable technicians and staff.
I highly recommend using Audi North Austin. Professional staff, following social distance and knows their cars. Mike Dash was my salesman, he s your guy 100%.
Grant Garret is the best, nice and most honest car salesman we've ever met. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase. Management is awesome at Audi north Austin. If you're looking for a new Audi car then go to Audi North Austin and ask for Grant.
Really unprofessional went for and oil change and requested a state inspection didn't get done service adviser told as well is a charge to reset service light thats not a really good way to do business they have my car for a whole day and couldn't get done what i ask for unacceptable
Wish I could give no stars.... James was our so called "saleman". He was rude, disrespectful, and acted like he knew more than anyone else in the world. Turns out majority of his rambling was false. Can't believe this guy has a job in sales. We took our + $100,000 of business to San Antonio. Purchasing two vehicles there now. Highly recommend you do the same! I will not go back to N Austin for
anything for our new cars!
love the service and treatment I get at this dealership, whether it's for service or looking to upgrade from my current Audi.
Great service department. I was in and out in minutes.
parts department are lazy , dishonest and price how ever they want.... found the original part i needed for 70% cheaper including free shipping home on eBay do not support them they are taking advantage of good clients.
They weren't even willing to compare prices with other dealerships. Disappointing.
It started out rough and problems with service but they were very professional and didnt charge me for anything after it was all done. Megan in service was great. Would recommend this place for sure.
Great attentive service. Courteous personnel throughout the service department.
Great staff, especially Hanan who helped me buy a car, from here who also try to give me the best price. it was great experience.
We have been taking our car here from the very beginning. Our service advisor Tommy always seems to exceed our expectations!
The service is priceless! Thank you Audi!
Excellent service! I have been using Audi North Austin to service my A5 and my Q7. They always do outstanding work! Service department is very friendly and know your name. Serves great coffee and snacks for free. Treats customers with respect.
These guys know what they re doing. It s always fast service, friendly people, and a very comfortable waiting area.
Great customer service from both the representative and the technician.
Great service as always. I had two cars that needed inspections and Tommy got both cars serviced in under two hours. When s the last the time he got a raise? I m sure he s long overdue.
Very professional, kept me up to date with all the details dealing with my vehicle.
Tommie and the team helped schedule service around some very crazy travel - they were creative, flexible and very customer-centric.
I would never think to leave a review for a dealership as I ve never had any stand-out positive experiences. Working with Tanner was nothing short of amazing. From the start, his level of communication, professionalism, knowledge of the brand/product and warm personality was a MAJOR breath of fresh air. He made our entire experience with Audi North Austin effortless.
If you re looking to purchase/lease- ask for Tanner Campbell! He goes above and beyond and we can t thank him enough.
From last 1.5 months I've been dealing with the North Austin dealership. I just took the car in for a simple Oil change. They found some issues wrt front and rear bushings, oil leak and a vacuum pump leak. After my warranty company started working with them ( they did send an inspector to validate), the dealership just wanted to change the bushings. I was told there is no Oil leak. Surprisingly, how did the Oil leak stop after the inspector got there.. It's a mystery.
Secondly, the labor rate this dealership charges is approx $30 in addition to the comparable dealerships ( VW, BMW etc in the vicinity.
The rates are one part but then there is no justification to the total number of hrs required for the job to be completed. It's way bloated. I called up another dealership to check on the hrs taken for a specific job and it was at least 30% lesser
After we settled on fixing the above issues they delivered the car ( Yes they did deliver the car to my residence due to Covid 19 and hence the 1 star. I am totally awed by this customer friendly service). On delivery, I cleaned up and disinfected the car and let it sit out in the sun for few hrs. Later in the day, found out that my AC had stopped blowing. It wasn't blowing any air. I immediately called up the service advisor. He started ignoring and acknowledging that there was an issue.. On the contrary he specifically told me that the AC was working perfectly fine when the driver dropped it off:). Honestly, I can't imagine how could the driver be so specific to just know that the AC was working when it was 50 degrees. I only came to know because I let the car to sit out in sun for few hrs and it got to a point where I had to put the AC On realizing it's not working..
In addition, they had forgotten to reset the service light.
Finally, they took the car back after a week and gave me a bill of $1200 to fix a motor. Again warranty got involved and I had to shelve a big amount from my pocket as Warranty company said there is something fishy about this dealership and they won't pay the 100% coverage.
This is the second time, I have taken my car to this dealership and they gave it back with another issue. This has created a trust issue.
Today, the Service advisor calls me to confirm all the issues have been taken care of and the driver will drop off the car.. I requested if they can check if everything that was supposed to be fixed is fixed. He confirmed yes.. When the driver got to my place, Fortunately this time, I checked before making the payment while the driver was still here. He was instructed to took the car back to the shop.. lol..This is invite of the service advisor confirming that everything has been checked on the car.
I owned 2 Audi's. After I got an issue with my other car, I switched brands. The dealings with this dealership was one of the main factors. I'd not buy an Audi again in my life.
I called up the service manager in this location and provided him an input about customer satisfaction and the trust issues they are creating. He heard me and asked about suggestions to improve. At the end, I asked him about a link to submit feedback and he said Audi has stopped gathering feedbacks due to CoVoid-19:).. Really?
And that is why this review.. I hope people see it and take a right decision
Apologies for the length review but since last 1.5 months the time taken to resolve these issues with the dealership has taken far many hours. Hopefully someone reading this can save on the lengthy conversations and pick a dealership that is more trustworthy and customer friendly..
Great experience, the service rep was smart and knew exactly what was needed for my car and my situation. Thanks!
Very Professional service with attention to details. Technicians are very qualified and friendly.
Audi at north Austin would seem fine if Audi in the SOUTH Austin did not exist. I called to schedule a car maintenance on the same day and here is what I got from both sides.
Audi in North Austin: the moment they received my call, they started to complain they were overwhelmed by the work they are undertaking right now (I haven't even started to mention what the problems or service I need). It took me several times over the phone to politely ask them to confirm a date I can come in for service that they finally agree to put me down on their calendar, which, no surprise (by this point to me after their complains), is in a month. Also, they asked me to call their part department to figure out the part for my car service and asked me to make sure that their part department should have that part available on the day of my service. Otherwise, i would still have to wait till they get that part.
Audi in South Austin: the moment they received my call, they greeted me briefly and asked what service I need. Then they asked for the model of my car and insurance information. Then, they quickly checked with their part department to make sure the part was available. Luckily, they had that part. Then they checked with me about availability they had for me to come in for the service, which was in two days!
I had my car serviced in Audi South Austin within two days.
I live in the north of Austin, so I prefer to go to a nearby Audi service. However, based on the experiences i encountered with both Audi dealers, it is definitely worth 8 more minutes to drive through 130 to the Audi at South Austin to get my Audi serviced.
P.S. because of my work, I moved three times in the past four years and had my Audi serviced in DC, OMAHA, and now South Austin. Every time, I had a pleasant experience with the Audi dealers and they all placed great emphasis on customer's feedback (it looks like the headquarter of Audi is super strict about having their dealers 100% satisfy the customers). With these prior experiences, Audi in North Austin is the first Audi dealer I think that shows lack of competence at their work (at least in the way how service department deal with customers) and that they don't seem to live up to Audi's customer service level.
My Audi service was scheduled in advance. Upon my arrival I was greeted by my Advisor, Mike Laughlin, who made the check in process easy. I was offered a loaner car, but opted for the comfortable lounge with an array of complimentary beverages including premium coffee options along with snacks. My vehicle service was completed in a timely manner and delivered to me sparkling clean! I am a very pleased North Austin Audi customer!
I was willing to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. All I was asking for was a fair market value for the vehicle. Even though I show the sales person that their vehicle was overpriced and they insisted that it was the best deal they can give me and that I was being unreasonable. Unreasonable!? All I wanted was not to get ripped off for $2000 extra. Another time I tried to purchase a brand new vehicle. They tried to include all kinds of extra fees like nitrogen air fees for $249 and $499 for tiny fee. Same ole tactics from a second rate dealership.
Mike Laughlin is the best. Only problem I had with my car he kept me updated all the way through the process. Makes me actually look forward for the next Oil Change, which is a weird thing to say.
Called Parts Department for car racing emblem. They found the correct part quickly and made the billing process fast and easy.
I had unexpected electrical problems and called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment. Mike fit me in first thing that day and got me a loaner car on the spot, no waiting. The problems were fixed immediately and they squeezed in a much needed service all within a few hours. I had my car back early that afternoon. Phenomenal work and customer service!
Bought my very first car from here and could not be more pleased with the vehicle and with my car salesman Martin! He was so attentive and helpful throughout the process and made my first time buyer experience an easy one. The only con would be the short encounter we had with the new car manager there. She made it very clear that I was lucky to have been approved at all when we were trying to discuss some negotiations. Audi has a new graduate program that is amazing and is there for new graduates starting their career to help them get a car .. however it is not there for us to feel like we wouldn t be there without it. She did make me feel unworthy and that is the last thing you want buying your first car that you worked so hard to get into! Negotiating at a dealership is common and she was rude about it from the jump. Other than that it was a great experience and everyone else was so nice and helpful!
I originally took my vehicle to the south location in Austin and had a horrific experience. No rental car (like I was promised and waited 2 months for), Lyfts were sent to the wrong address to take me back to the dealership, etc. The staff was extremely unorganized and rude to the point where I wanted to switch to a Benz. Instead, I tried the North Austin location and was greeted by Enrique who made me feel welcome, like how a customer should feel. My car was even cleaned inside and out just for an oil change! 10/10 recommend!!
Louis was very attentive and knowledgeable.
He was not pushy but accessible.
He was patient as we changed our minds with the type of car we wanted and how we wanted it financed. After we bought our car he has been very helpful in answering our questions.
If your looking to buy a new or used Audi, this is the place to look. Great options, and the customer service staff is top notch. Well worth the drive.
I've been blessed to only bring my Audi in for scheduled maintenance, and Tommie Ellis always takes excellent care of me and my A4. Always on time, always professional, and always answers any questions I may have. I appreciate his patience and professionalism, and the talented techs that keep my car running smoothly. Thanks!
The team at Audi North Austin, specifically Art Morgan in the Sales Dept, were extremely easy to work with and completely accommodating throughout the buying process. They made what would normally be a stressful, and often times frustrating process, amazingly simple, pleasant, and straight forward. I would DEFINITELY recommend Art, and Audi North Austin, to anyone in the market for a new car.
We dropped of our Q7 on December 19,2019 and got it back January 26, 2020. Totally unacceptable. Communication was not very good. We had to prompt several times. David the parts manager should have been the responsible person to keep us updated. They fix the backing of the drivers side last February 2019 and they had to glue it again in January 2020. And they billed us for it. No apology from David or Audi. I DO NOT recommend Audi North.
Never an unpleasant moment when I bring my car in for service at this Audi location! Work is always performed in a timely professional manner.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with the Audi-north folks!!
The service is fantastic! Darrell is pretty professional and the service overall is quite good.
100% would NOT recommend this place. I never felt that I was a valued customer, almost as if my Audi was too old for them to respect my business. I took my Q7 in because it locked my 7 week old daughter in the car...not joking. I unlocked the door, put her in the back seat with the diaper bag and closed the door. The car locked with the keys inside. Let s just say the fire department, police, and pop-a-lock were involved. I was terrified and immediately drove to Audi North Austin to address the issue. Not only did they brush off the severity of the issue, they also made me wait 45 minutes to have a code ran. The diagnosis was that my back door lock was faulty. Okay, now we know the issue, let s get it fixed.
I made the appointment as early as I could get a loaner from them, as I live an hour and a half away. It took them 5 weeks to get me in. Since they already ran the code and determined the issue previously, I was supposed to drop off my vehicle and they would get it fixed. I arrived 5 weeks later with my 3 month old daughter and signed everything for my loaner car. They asked me if the issue happened again, I said no but I kept my keys in my hand because I was too scared it would happen again. Also, when I bought the car a year ago it only came with one key, so there was no way I could try it . 10 minutes after I arrived I was told they couldn t find an issue with my vehicle, and that it was probably a fluke. Since they could sense my frustration, they said they could order a new door handle and have it ready for me in a month (and charge me $600+). I told them last time it pulled a faulty lock code and they said the didn t register that code this time. They put me back in my car and sent me home. Nobody ever followed up with me, and I haven t heard back from the dealership. To them I was just a number. No one was sympathetic that their vehicle locked my child in the car. Having that terrifying situation take place, and no solution offered by the dealership, I knew I wasn t going to keep the vehicle. I only owned my Audi for a year before I traded it in for a different brand. When I purchased that vehicle, it was a large expense for me, but it was my dream car. I was sad the day I traded it in, but I cannot drive a vehicle I don t feel safe in, or one that is unpredictable. I will never recommend the North Austin location to anyone, they don t care about you, or your vehicle, they just care about their numbers.
mike is my service advisor and he rocks! very genuine and trustworthy. i wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
By far the worst dealership (of any brand) I've experienced. They do Audi a disservice and are a disgrace as a service business.
--SALES--
They've lied to me on what was available for order and pressured me to buy a car on their lot. I ended up dealing with the San Antonio Audi dealer over the phone just to get the car I wanted (which they ordered as it wasn't on their lot either)
--SERVICE--
Every time I've had my car serviced, they've:
- Lost some of my personal items from the car during cleaning
- Asked that I give them a 5-star rating to "help them out"
- Never asked how satisfied I was with the service (which is ironic given the above about ratings)
- Provided a phone number to call for updates that leads nowhere in their system
- Never provided an equivalent loaner to my car being serviced
- Taken an entire day to perform scheduled maintenance (which is basically a multi-point inspection and fluids change)
This last time, they didn't even have a loaner, so I was without a car for a full day.
Efficient, friendly service. Handled my 40K mile checkup - had a nice loaner and they were done in about a day.
Best car buying experience by far. It was easy, painless, and everyone was beyond helpful & friendly. I am extremely happy with my new Audi!
Best service I ve ever had!! I will be an Audi owner for life simply because of their amazing service.
I want to commend the service group at Audi North Austin for great work and great employees. Enrique is a great service rep. I experienced a minor coolant alarm on my vehicle and was lucky enough to find an open reservation slot that week. I was provided a loaner car while my car was serviced, was in & out of their office within 15 min. They kept sending me update texts on the status of my car and when it was ready to picked up. I brought my car in on a late afternoon, it was ready to go the following day. Dropping off the A4 loaner car was simple. I thought the staff was on top of everything, very nice and I will certainly use them again for Audi service.
Over the years I have come to love Audi North Austin! They always do a great job on my Audi's whether it is my 1995 S6 hoopty or my wife's new A6 they come through! My S4 just had new brakes put on and it was quick and easy! Tommy, Mike and Darrell have the customers interest at heart.
The sales people were fantastic, and our finance guy gave us some great tips on places to see in the city. We drove in from Lincoln Nebraska to get the SUV, and other than having to replace a dead battery in Oklahoma City the trip home was good.
Awesome experience buying my new car. Knowledgeable staff took care of me and helped me figure out the best fit for my needs. When it came down to talking price, there were no games, and I walked out with my dream car and joined the Audi family. Many thanks to Christian and the team!
Just had the best experience ever! I was greeted immediately by a very nice salesperson (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) He showed me the A6 and A7. He took the extra time to show me everything I wanted to see. I hadn't made a decision on which car just yet. But it looks like the A7 is a strong possibility. I'll certainly be visiting Audi North Austin in the very near future.
Super friendly everyone working there. Excelent follow up after our visit. Visit this dealership!
Easy and great service. Easy all the way around - making appointment, dropping off, and picking up. Service completed when promised and car looked great.
This place is awesome!
They are real professionals. Sales person Gary was best and most experienced.
He knows how to handle customers. My sister bought nice car from here and she loves their service
I always get timely quality service at this dealership
Alex at North Austin Audi and the team there are amazing!!! I have an A8 and every time I bring it in for service or anything else the car runs like a dream!! I've taken it to other shops and it's like every-time I do that, all of these error messages keep coming up and it doesn't feel as tight as a ride. Needless to say, I've learned my lesson and will always take it to the experts at Audi.
Poor service and customer focus ... at times it felt like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. Maybe its the people I was working with but having to wait for hours to take posession of a car from the time of the appointment... Poor, Bad service... the rep. kept on telling me how busy he was and the dealership was .... I really don't care , i am busy too... telling customers how busy your business is to get sympathy for bad service is far worse than apologizing honestly for having poor operations!! Avoid them... find a place that knows how to run an effective operation
Got the Audi q7, Roy was very helpful. The car had great reviews & safety features. Glad my mother took my advice, she is really enjoying the purchase.
They had me in and out in less than two hours with the car I came in to get. Fantastic customer service. Couldn t be happier
My SQ5 purchase experience was awesome. Tamara helped answer all my questions and was very detail oriented. I was very specific about what I wanted and Tamara delivered! The customer service is top notch and Audi North Austin will take care of you. Thank you Tamara!
the worst dealership service.
Don t buy a car here- promises one thing and under delivers. Really pushy and rude.
Would have preferred giving my business to someone else.
The time estimated for completion of a few recalls and mileage service was precise and prompt. Mike was hospitable and provided all needs while I waited.
Fantastic service, will see you through the process to the end and assist everywhere possible. In particular, Omar Dominguez is an excellent and honest salesman!
Doesn't feel as premium as an Audi dealership should aspire to be. I knew more about the car than the salesperson. Smelled like cigarettes. Slooooww...
I bought a 2021 A5 on not even a week ago: Saturday 4/3
1. I was told multiple times during the process that my car was being sent to tint and to be gassed up while i was completing the financing portion. I didnt find out that the tint guy DOESNT EVEN WORK ON SATURDAYS until i got into the car to drive off. Oh and also with NO GAS. I had to drive my salesman to the Gas Station ACROSS the street , to fill up my tank!!
2. Once i completed my finance documents I was told that they would be emailed to me right away. I had to call and threaten to leave this review im writing now in order to get them. I got my finance documents via email on TUESDAY 4/6.
3. I was charged 499 for tint that I did not receive. I had to call MULTIPLE times in which my salesman tried to initially offer me a 150 refund check for tint materials via text message. When i responded no, then he offered to give me my whole 499 back.
4. i spoke with the finance manager on Tuesday 4/6 and she informed me that she had gotten the 499 refund check approved but didnt know when it would go out due to the CEO having to sign "these types of checks." I called back this morning to follow up on the status. Left her the (finance manager) a voicemail and havent gotten a call back. I'm paying out of pocket right now for another audi dealership to tint my new car.
5. All in All , i should have read the reviews. People stating the CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor are not lying. People who come into this dealership to spend THOUSANDS of their hard earned money should be treated with the upmost respect and attentiveness. Not lied to and thrown to the side once the sale is complete. PERIOD.
I have a 2003 RS6 that was one of the best driving and smoothest machines I have ever owned. I made the mistake of letting Audi of North Austin perform a nation wide fuel tank recall due to fuel spillage. After 3 weeks they notified me the car was complete but is undriveable due to a severe vibration under acceleration. They suggested to bring a tow truck to bring the car back home 100 miles away. Upon picking up the car I noticed my exhaust was not mounted. In hopes this was the vibration issue I asked to have them look at it. The "tech" stated it has a cheap aftermarket exhaust and he didn't know how to slip two pipes together. I should point out it has a $6000 Miltek exhaust on it that other Audi dealers have removed and reinstalled several times during the cars previous $15,000 in services. The tech was very rude and instructed me to bring it to an exhaust shop. Upon getting the car home I put it in the air as I own a 5 star rated mechanic shop. I instantly noticed many issues. They bent and tore most of the exhaust heat shields, used a screw driver and scratched through the paint to mark the carrier bearings location, they did not index the driveshaft, left the new fuel tank straps unbolted by over 1/2", did not put the brake lines back in their anchors, broke the parking brake retainer clip and used a zip tie to fix it but the MAJOR issue is they had dropped the drive-shaft thus bending the forward CV joint now making it oval shaped. That is the cause of the vibration. They ruined a perfect driving car and refuse to take responsibility even though I have two ASE Master techs and one Audi tech all confirming the day Audi of North Austin received the car that the car was 100% smooth and drove to perfection. I implore you to never go to Audi of North Austin. The technician is incompetent and a liar. The service manager Morris Collier is not only rude but incompetent. He informed me he watched the car the entire time. If he spent 22 days watching my car then he has a strange job that he is overpaid for. There is no doubt the driveshaft was dropped and damaged. The impact mark is fresh, the damage is obvious.
So thank you Audi for ruining a very special car that I worked very hard for to afford. This is to be expected at Kia, not Audi. I am very disappointed.
I had plans of buying a new S5 in April but now have decided on a BMW 4 series instead.
I have spoke a lady who demo the technology package. She is very rude and I never had such a bad experience.
No pressure sales tactics. Straight forward process that didn t take up much time. Tanner was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Because these guys know what it means when you say customer service, these guys are outstanding and my service Rep. Tommie Ellis is among the best, if not the best in Austin, thank you Audi North.
Fabulous service! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!!
I literally am never this person but I am so disappointed in this dealership from start to finish. I have worked in customer service and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone we know.
Maybe its because we purchased a used vehicle and not brand new? Not sure but the service has been absolutely horrible.
My husband went and traded my Chevy Suburban for a Yukon Denali. He noticed there was a chip in the winshield as he drove off the lot. Called the Salesman that we bought it from. Salesman said "I don't think there is a chip but if there is we will take care of it." Husband sent in pictures and sure enough he was right, there was a chip. Salesman then said "We will take care of it but have to make an appt for you at a different time." -Great. We were fine with that.
Month goes by. Not only have we not been contacted about the window.. but now the air conditioner has issues. After calling our salesmsan numerous times, a month later and we finally get our car in on a Thursday, to be serviced for the winshield and now the ac issues. We get a call Friday morning saying it's ready to be picked up. - Great, so we think.
We ask our salesmen what was wrong with the air conditioner and he round about told us that it blew cold for him, so he never got it into service. -WHAT? We tell him we need it serviced. It is hot here in Texas and this is our family car that we just bought a month ago. It blows cold for 20 minutes then blows hot air.
He says he has to speak to his boss to try and get it serviced?
Day goes by... crickets. IT is now Saturday. No call still. We call in. Takes us about 5 times to get ahold of someone who can locate my car. My car still hasn't been put into service to be fixed 3 days later.
Few more days go by, no calls or messages. WE are the ones calling the dealership to find out whats happening with this car we just bought. We finally get ahold of a used car manager who was unaware of all of this.... even though our salesman said he was going to "talk to his boss" about it.
One week goes by, finally get a call saying the car has been serviced and needs to be checked one last time before it leaves. It is now Friday of the following week.
We live an hour away with three kids, and they are wanting their loaner car back NOW at their convienence. Apparently although the stickers on the loaner car say in multiple places "CAR NOT FOR SALE", there is someone who wants to purchase it. - Great.
A completely different salesman now from the dealership who we have never met or dealt with texts my husband rudely and says "I know it's not your business but I'm losing a deal." -(because they want to sell the loner car they gave us to drive.)
If this dealership would have been on top of my car from the get go, fixed the issues we brought in in for initially, we wouldn't have this problem, or have a loaner car for over a week.
If you "lose a deal", talk to your fellow co workers or management, do not text a customer rudely blaming us for your loss.
Whether it's our salesman or management -not sure where the lack of communication is. We have been treated terrible. The only positive thing I have to say, is that there is a really nice woman who answers the main customer service phone.
The service team, is first class! I highly recommend Darrell his customer service skills and knowledge are top notch !
Excellent service. Mike Laughlin is my service guy for years and over couple of Audi s and he is excellent. The only one I trust and why I continue buying Audi.
This place is great, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment the day before I wanted to come in and was in and out in one day. It was truly exceptional!
Update 4/26/2021
So i wanted to make an update and drop my review to 4 out of 5 stars.
On the one hand i still love the A6, the car is still so fun to drive, has had no issues (besides one recall) and really enjoying it.
Why drop my rating? I gotta say the Audi service department is where they are in desperate need. I think i would say they are about as good as a poorly run Toyota service department. I convinced my friend to get herself an Audi Q3 (she loves it) but has the same gripes, and knows others who have traded in from Audi to Mercedes because the service department just is not up to task. I have had to pass one guy up to management because he was so bad, and the other guy i work with hasn't been anything to write home about either. Scheduling is convenient online, but you rarely ever get your service person even when you schedule a week out they aren't there that day (I have been told that it was my fault and that "he never comes in on Wednesdays" like i had access to their schedules. It was online and available to book.)
They are in no rush to help you, you'll come in 5-10 min before your appointment time and you'll be helped about 10 minutes after your appointment time.
Courtesy cars are hard to come by, they never have enough and its always a long wait to get on the list for one.
So I would in a heart beat buy an Audi from Corbin again, but the service department has me considering jumping brands again to find a decent dealership. Maybe they will improve before it's time to decide on that.
Original Feb 2020: Its taken me a minute to get to writing my review for a few reasons which I will talk about later. I have been looking at cars for a while trying to replace my Cadillac XT5 that I am returning in a few months.
Corbin responded to my initial inquiry and texted me for a few days before I had a chance to drop by and look at this A6. I have looked at several different cars over the past few weeks (Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, Acura, Jaguar) and I bar far appreciate this Audi the best.
The process was relatively easy, I got there, looked at the numbers which were okay but not really making me want to move forward just then. He was able to get me a car payment I was really happy with, and also paid off the balance of my Cadillac which I just received the check today Feb 27, 2020.
The location is great, finance was so easy, Stacy was so pleasant and helpful, not pushy at all! Overall I spent maybe 3-4 hours on site, an hour looking at it, running home for a bit for more research, bringing my best friend out to give me a second opinion, and then filling out paperwork and driving away. So overall pretty quick considering how long I dragged my feet.
Corbin was very nice and easy going, definitely no pushing at all, just helpful information, a true brand ambassador. I definitely trust a guy who drives what he sells and believes in the product, and I really have enjoyed my car so far.
If you haven't heard of them, try Silvercar you can rent Audi's instead of typical rental cars and are usually the same price as a standard sedan. I was introduced and fell in love with Audi that way, and its a good way to really get an introduction to the brand before buying.
Definitely excited to be out of the Cadillac and into my new Audi.
Corbin is the best sales person I ve dealt with in buying a car. He mostly communicated via text which is the way that fits me best. However, he was also a good communicator in person. He wasn t annoying like I find most sales people to be. He stayed in touch with me just often enough to keep me interested and worked to overcome any issues that were standing between me and my new Audi. He s pleasant and helpful. I m happy he stayed in touch because otherwise as a busy person this car would have eventually fallen off my radar. I m anxious to see how the service department measures up. Time will tell.
The dealership was courteous and friendly; they took care of everything I needed and the car was ready the same day including recalls. However, the car wash leaves something to be desired. There was still bird waste on my sun roof between the racks when I picked it up. These are luxury cars so I would have expected it all to be gone. The only reason they are getting four stars.
I had a great experience recently with Audi North for a routine maintenance check. Dropped my Q8 off for a day and a half. No problems and no issues. It was quick, easy and efficient. I was very happy with the customer service provided. Great job by all, especially Chad!!
I waited until my lease ended with them before I wrote this out of fear of retaliation. I was lied to and then duped into receiving delivery of a car I didn t want. What an awful experience with terrible human beings.
Buyer beware!
Go to South Austin Audi where you will be treated with respect, professionalism, and honesty.
I leased a Audi A8L this past January
I had been driving a BMW 750LI for the past three years and I wanted to try the Audi experience. After driving the Audi A8L for the past few months, I am very impressed with the handling and the performance of the Audi A8L. This experience surpasses the BMW performance I had enjoyed previously.
I was very gratified with the attention of the sales team at Audi North Austin and appreciated their knowledge of the vehicles and their enthusiasm in seeing me drive off in a new Audi
I recommend the experience of meeting the sales team of Audi North Austin and enjoying the ride of a new Audi
Kyle was our salesman and he did a terrific job. He made the buying process easy and was really helpful. However, I can't say the same for the dealership itself. The financial person got the name on the registration wrong. We were told that since we already had Disabled Veteran plates that they could just transfer it to the new car. However, when they called to say our plates were ready I was told the plates were just regular plates and the woman I spoke to on the phone said we would have to go to the DMV to transfer it over ourselves and turn in the ones the dealership got for us. This meant paying another fee for transfering the DV plates to our new car. Then there's the delivery of our car. We had to order our car and the dealership said they would keep us updated, but the communication lacked. The person responsible for transport couldn't tell us where the car was coming from (other than "up north"), and the ETA was completely off. First saying mid-week, then saying Friday, then Saturday, then saying the car hadn't arrived and they didn't know when it would be there. I understand the trucks make different stops or that there may be hiccups during transport, but the transport person really seem unorganized. The sales team is great, but I think the dealership needs some work in the financial & transport area.
Horrible experience took my car to get something fixed and they gave me a dignostics saying it would be 500 to get the problem fixed turns out that wasn t the problem and they wanted me to pay 1000 more so I they wanted me to pay 500 for something they didn t do and then I argued they said their is nothing they can do and to try to make me happy give me a discount so I pay for my car to still be the same and then they say they gonna charge me 400 and as I m leaving I check my bank and they charge me the full amount so I have to go back to make them give me a refund for 100 dollars like they don t fix my car charge me and say they will discount but don t worst experience ever !!
Tommie Ellis is the only service advisor I ve ever used in Austin. I ve owned Audi for almost 15 years and I won t go to anyone else for these cars. Tommie is the best in the biz.
They had me in and out in less than two hours with the car I came in to get. Fantastic customer service. Couldn t be happier
Perfect experience! I was an out of state buyer, they worked with me to get the car that I wanted and paperwork done before I got there, so I was outta there in an hour once I arrived! Great experience, may do it again one day. :)
On May 17th, I went and test drove a 2007 Acura MDX. I was hesitant about even visiting this dealership after seeing a picture online of a tear in the drivers seat. Upon arriving, Gary, a salesman greeted us and showed us the Acura. I noticed that the tear was "fixed". After a test drive, Gary showed us the car fax- everything looked good. A few days later, we put an offer in and took it to David McDavid Acura to get the car checked out. The mechanic did a 180 point inspection, and afterwards spoke to us about the work that would need to be done. $3,000 worth of repairs was estimated by Acura for the car to be up to par. When we returned to Audi, we explained the concerns to Gary and the sales manager. They explained that the repairs weren't necessary. Such as, the power steering fluid was reported leaking, they said its "seeping and that is normal". The Bluetooth was broken and they didn't feel that it was necessary to fix. The only one horn was working, the high pitch horn- Audi didn't feel it was necessary to repair because it would still pass inspection. Overall, I was very disappointed that this dealership did not properly repair this car before we picked it up the day we planned on purchasing it.
They did a great job fixing items covered via warranty. Thanks!
Just moved to the area and took my A7 in for service. Very impressed with the facilities and more with the staff. Definitely on par with the quality experience I've always had with Audi. Looking forward to working with their sales staff when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.
Oil change notification came on in my car. It was easy to make an appointment. I requested a call back to let me know what would be done because of a recall, didn't receive a call. In the service area driveway, cars were parked in the wrong direction, so I couldn't pull in the covered area.
Had to wait without acknowledgement at the counter. Then I was told there weren't enough miles to warrant an oil change and maybe someone didn't reset the timer. Then I was told they did the oil change and misread something. All seat settings were messed up. I would prefer to go to another Audi dealership.
My car is brand new. Everything is electrical-they should know what can be fixed and what can t. But they had my car all day and they weren t sure if they could get my car back to me by the end of the day. They had no rental cars. They didn t complete the job. I absolutely hate Audi North.
