I've been to this location before (Trinity Commons) and had a great experience. I was meeting the same friend for dinner and we thought we'd go to the same place as the last time. The food itself was fine. I had the chicken Caesar salad and she had the chicken tenders. But the service was ridiculous. There were more waitresses in the place than there were patrons. But none of them seemed to actually be doing anything. Our waitress was prompt at first - took our drink order, and our food order and brought the food out in a timely manner. then she came back to take our desert order. We ordered beverages and she brought those and then disappeared. We finished our coffee and tea and she did not come back to ask if we wanted anything else or more coffee, etc. after 15 minutes of waiting we asked another waitress to try to find her. She left to go in the back and came back out shrugging her shoulders. After another 15 minutes I went to the front and asked them to locate her again as we really needed to leave. She finally came out of the back and brought us the bill. She was slightly rude as if we had the audacity to have someone look for her and we have no plans to return to this location again in the future. If service means nothing to you, then you will be fine with Fionn MacCools. As I said the food itself was fine, but the service leaves something to be desired.

Was there Sept 22 for a special function, the service and food was fantastic.

READ IN FULL. I m really not one to give restaurants bad ratings but I was really disappointed coming back here. Had my first visit a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend. We both loved the food and service but the amazing drinks was the reason we came back. Came back last night to look forward to the same experience we got the first time. Very disappointed to come back to very water down drinks. Ordered a round of cocktails (a jug of sangria and a mule) and it was so watered down to the point that we could not taste the alcohol. So we thought maybe they made the drinks wrong and decided to just maybe try different things on the menu. Ordered a cosmo and one of their house cocktails. At that point it was confirmed that they did not put at least the right amount of ounces, so we addressed it with the server. She doubled down on the drinks having the right amount by telling us how many ounces come in a single or double serving... which we were explaining was not reflected in the drinks we ve ordered there before this time around. I ve been bartending myself for 3 years which is what prompted me to be sure of the under portioning of alcohol, in the same respect I did not want to cause further injury by taking it to the manager once she mishandled the situation. Instead of recognizing this as a slight to us as customers, apologizing and offering either a re-made drink or a refund she simply walked away after this unjustified excuse. Will not be returning.

Food and service was decent, deep fried cauliflower is good, fish and chips are average. But was literally the worst Guinness I've ever had.

Not the best food & took to long to get both served & food.

First time at this location, top notch service and management. The food was fantastic, didn't have to wait too long and the waitress made recommendations. Tried the bacon shrimp donuts for a starter. More of a sweeter taste, yet unique. As the main dish, I tried the Avocado and Bacon burger. Very delicious and fulfilling. Definitely recommend as they have a lot of selection of food, alcohol and dessert.

We went on a Friday night - the service was slow and food was bland. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the music was vibing!!

Had the guiness steak and mushroom pie. For the price it was a good sized portion. The sauce was dark and rich with deep flavors. It served as a good dipping sauce for the side of fries. The mushrooms and beef were tender and tasty. Only complaint is that there was not much beef. Probably around 80% mushrooms and 20% beef. The meal was well packaged and presented.

I orders no bacon on my sandwiches and guess what I had bacon on my sandwich:(

Friendly servers, timely service, and if they are backed up they are kind and generous.

Had fish and chip special. Good food for reasonable price. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Went there after a long time for Father's day meal. Honestly would probably not go there again as there is limited stuff on the menu and a bit pricey as well.

Worlds worst Veggie Burger! Hair in water glass... Other meals not bad for a chain and decent selection of taps.

Great pub atmosphere beer and food choice are limited but better then your typical standard restaruants

Nothing special, menu was okay, could be more varied, but usually these sort of places stick to the usual. Location is great being near a movie theater and lots of various shopping stores. Service was alright, but again nothing really exceptional. Montana's, which is very close to this location, has more of variety of menu options and even better prices. You also can get Scene points there.

The poutine was bland and there was hair in my salad and when I brought it to their attention, the owner said I could either get a new salad (who's to say I wouldn't get the same one back) or pay for another plate. So I think it's safe to say I won't be back. I highly recommend to spend your money somewhere else. (Trinity Commons location)

I used to be a regular when this place was Casey's. The food and drinks were good but not anymore, I ordered the beer bread and cheese dip and the cheese tasted like they warmed up cheese whiz. I had the chicken and waffles and the chicken looked like potato wedges but the waffles were ok. The sauce that was served with the chicken and waffles tasted like anal leakage. The layout is awful and a bored live dj. I will never return to this establishment.

I had ordered from Skip the dishes and unfortunately they forgot my dinner, it just happened to be my birthday dinner. I called Fiona McCool and spoke to the manager and all I can say is WOW. He was so incredibly thoughtful, took ownership and made it right. He didn't just make it right he went above and beyond with a bottle of wine and St Patricks Day swag. I was utterly blown away about how sweet he was to really consider my birthday and help make ot special. Amazing customer service and the food as always is incredible!!!!

Food tastes okay. I was expecting more flavour. Overall, an alright place to eat.

A bit on the pricey side for pub food, but what we had was good. The cheese sauce is super spicy (which it doesn't advertise). Friendly staff.

Aside from the annoying bees on the patio that wanted to share our food and the expensive meals it was good food and service.

Food was mediocre. Wait staff were nice. Manager was sleazy and argumentative when a member of our party had issues with her meal. My entire staff will not be back.

Always great service and great selection of delicious pub fare. Never disappoints.

Service was a little lacking but the same great food that's at all Fionn Maccool's. We went in for lunch and despite not being busy it took long to get our food and the waitress was not personable in any way. They are getting rid of straws which I am indifferent to but have replaced them with paper disposable straws that dissolve in your drink. Surely there is a better alternative there.

Always a pleasure coming here! The food is on point and the service always with a smile and great interaction! Michelle never let's us down!!!

Food is great, service is great. We had the Seafood Chowder, Sheppard's Pie, and a Beet Salad. The only comment I'd make was the pie was a bit on the bland side, but to be fair we weren't sure if that's just how it was traditionally supposed to taste. Surprised that I enjoyed the chowder there was actual seafood bits in there which was nice.

Terrible take out experience, ordered the spinach dip for $14 and literally got almost 1/2 cup filled with dip with handful of chips.

Great food with GF options. Good for brunch and Sunday lunch didn't seem too busy.

We just had dinner there. We had to deal with a lot of fruit flies. While we are waiting for our food we see one of the waitresses laying on a bench talking. Then she sits up and gets up her phone. Not our waitress. The food was terrible. We had to wait to get the bill. I kept looking for our waitress and she finally came in the front door. I guess it was break time. We will not be going back ever.

Took a while to get seated, even though 2 waitresses definitely saw us standing at the entrance patiently waiting. Table service was quick, waitress was pleasant. The food was delicious! Was our first visit to this chain and we'll definitely return.

I come here every weekend alone or with friends.. Girls here are proffessional and friendly. Environment is always clean. Great place

Good fish and chips. Great servers and like the 14 oz beer.

Went here for dinner with the boyfriend before seeing a movie. Food was awesome! Seriously best nachos I have ever had and the fish tacos and the rueben sandwich were also very tasty. The Barking Squirrel was on special that day and a pint was only $4 which was also nice. Service was fast and friendly and they have a little stage for some live music. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

This was just horrible. The server Sabrina was incompetent and was dealing with other customer s bills when we were asking for the bill for nearly half an hour. Infact when we looked around for her I had even seen her on her phone by the cashier. We could not even pay until we went right to the front of the pub and paid with another waitress. Such horrid service.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we passed a awesome evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for the strong celebration. The stuff collaborated in a sweet style, the cooking was delicious and my friends were extremely glad. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

This restaurant has steady business. Can usually be seated quickly. The pub grub is standard. Fish and Chips are a staple as well as chicken and lamb dishes. The selection of ales are adequate.

Convenient place for a drink after a movie. Beer selection could be better, but was very happy with Stiegl on tap. I'd like to see Caledon Hills or Cameron's lager on tap. Not very busy place, friendly staff, we joked about how safe it felt in there because nobody would ever pull anything since fleeing Trinity is impossible...lol

Food was actually good.

Had Shepherd's Pie (large serving) with the chips and guacamole, the Guinness steak and mushroom pie, and chicken tenders.

Couple of issues:
- the yellow/green lighting felt odd, almost gave me a headache

- had to stand at the front awaiting a greeter for nearly 5 minutes. Was about to leave when someone from the bar finally came over. She had been engaged in conversation the entire tinge we waited.

This Place Has Some Pretty Serious Issues. Aggressive Behaviour in the Weekends.

Awesome place, great ambiance and sweet music! Michelle is also awesome.

Friendly staff, delicious food and such a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time at a restaurant! If you have not been here I highly recommend you do so.

Stopped in after some shopping to enjoy the sunshine and was not disappointed. Staff were super friendly even as we entered and helped us find a seat on the patio. I had the lemonade drink which was an awesome thirst quencher on a hot day and the regular sized veggie nachos are perfect for 2 - I would definitely consider going back for just the nachos. The manager/owner also stopped by for a quick chat and ensured we had a great experience.

Food was just ok, not too flavourful. Music was regular DJ, nothing special. Ambience was also ok.

I walked in and no one was there to greet us or seat us. The food was just okay. I have gone to expensive places like the biermarkt and paid a few dollars less and was blown away by the taste in their vegan food options. This place's chickpea veggie burger made vegan was only "meh" And their French fries..... needed ketchup. That means they were tasteless. (That's a 1/10 or a 2/10 in my books for French fries) Costco fries are 10/10 and when fries are amazing.... I do not need the ketchup.

Great food, amazing drinks, and staff was incredible! Love this restaurant 10/10 would recommend!

Updated my review from 2 to 4 stars after trying it again. I had their fish and chips which was amazing and the wife had a cob salad that she thoroughly enjoyed. First time we went there it was super busy which may have impacted the quality of our food.

First time going to this franchise and wasn't too impressed - service was slow and can certainly be improved, also hit and miss with food, some was good and others not so good, luckily I didn't order any main dishes, stopped at appetizers and took off. Would be happy to update review if these issues can be addressed. Also stay away from wings if going in for beer in the evening, I wouldn't have served those wings to anyone...

Food was good. Service could have been a little faster, although it was a little busy tonight.

Amazing place, Great Service!!! Nisa at the bar hosted us really well. She was so friendly and made our day. Love this place. I can say this with conviction, it is the best bar in Brampton.

The food was just okay this time around.
Got the cauliflower to start(great!) And the white Sangria(more ice than the drink) got the lamb shank and it wasn't anything special in regards to taste.
Loved the brownie and ice creams and the DJ was fantastic on a Saturday night.

The service was good, friendly and paced very nicely. We weren't waiting too long and didn't feel rushed. The appetizers were very tasty but the 'Straight up Burger's that I chose was only ok.

I have been here a few times. Service is great as well as the staff. The waitresses that I have encountered are very nice and friendly. I had asked for hot water to mix with my babies food and she brought it very quickly. Loved the food and the drinks were good.

I had a fish and chip. Delicious sauce. But meal selection seems to be a bit short in comparison to other pubs.

It's a pub/ food restaurant, sports bar with lots of viewing screens.

Food was horrible. Fries & yorkie bites were very stale, dressing for salads were not mixed in and thank god because it had gone bad, almost no topping on sandwiches with little chicken. Not a good place to go to for food unless you like leaving upset and wasting money....
