Claims to leave it showroom shine. Left it with no shine at all. Seem super rushed. It was done here at Audi in the back. A gas station car wash coulda done a better job. We have high end vehicles and expected a high end detail. Took it super early so he can work on it with plenty of time. I didnt want to pay him but he insisted. They said they would finish detailing it since they had other cars already waiting. 2 WEEKS LATER AND HAS IGNORED MY CALLS AND NEVER FINISHED..Paid $180 cash. They only accepted cash. BIG MISTAKE!!!

Worst dealership i have ever visited.

I made an appointment through phone couple of weeks ago(lady who assisted me was even unable to answer questions)before i took my Q8 to the service. Arrived at the dealership and then a guy comes out to me and asks me for details etc.(provided) I mentioned him i have an appointment @12:00PM and the guys say you don t have any appointment on your name and we don t accept direct walk in s but I m considering you, i was surprised with his response when he says I don t have an appointment, I didn t want to argue with him as he was taking my car for service and when i asked him for loaner s vehicle he say s you even don t have an appointment and we don t have loaners vehicle.( i made sure to get a loaners vehicle while making appointment for service and the lady confirmed to provide one).

Got frustrated with his response and i want to be clear that i have an appointment on my name and then he argues with me saying I m considering you here even with out an appointment. When started arguing with the service person he sates he s new to the dealership and he doesn t know about the the dealership works. I was running out of time and didn t want to argue with the person and left the dealership after giving my Q8

Audi Being a premium luxury automakers in the market and providing poor customer service is really surprising me.

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a Range Rover from them 2 months back and from the moment of sale closure, I had to follow up with them multiple multiple times for every single thing. My temporary registration is expiring in 2 days and am still following up with them to get my license plate. Tanner who was the sales rep was responding in less than 1 min before the sale was done and now he doesn't even care to respond. Stacy from their finance team is another night mare to deal with as she is always busy. Looks like the Store manager needs to take these reviews seriously.

I have been in the market looking for a vehicle, I called many dealerships but when I came across Audi North Austin dealership, I knew it was the perfect place because the customer service was magnificent. The process was very easy and they catered to my needs in purchasing my vehicle. I bought one of my luxury dream cars from them. My sales representative name was Eon. Eon took care of every need for my purchasing experience. He was accessible through the process, he has a great spirit, and very knowledgeable about cars. Everyone needs a Eon at their dealership. Also Stacy the finance manager was amazing too. I enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from them. I will be back in the future to purchase another luxury dream car.

The air conditioning in my car was not working during record high temperatures. My service manager, Mr. Robles, quickly provided a car for me to drive while mine was being serviced.

When I picked up my car the air was working and the car was spotless inside and out.

I am not happy with the sales department. I do not recommend buying used cars from this place. I bought a used Audi A6 in December 2019.The Salesman told me that car was in a very good condition. I took my car to their own service department for a check up after 3 weeks to check the condition of the brakes.The service department gave me a list of things I need to fix immediately. The List of things include Thermostat Housing replacement - $1144.42,Brake Job -- $1269.01,intake hose from inter cooler damage - $182.50,Tire rotation - $69.95. I was very much disappointed when the salesman said that they won't even fix the front license plate which is a must in Texas. The car was definitely not in a good condition. they sold me saying it is in a very good condition.The car was over priced by around $3000. I would recommend buyers to be careful when you are buying the used cars here.

Our sales person, Corbin was great to work with. He made us very comfortable throughout the process. Once we got to the finance person to finish the sale, it was very awkward. She wanted us to pay for Audi Care, which was at first going to add about $80 a month. When we passed on the offer, her response was that you guys are crazy if you don t do this. Her tone was not a joking tone, in fact it was slightly rude and agitated. She then lowered the cost, and we passed again, which made her even more frustrated. I understand it s her job to sell us Audi Care, but rather than take her time to explain the benefits in a way that we clearly understood, she just kept saying literally everyone does this, it s just completely crazy not too. Ultimately, she lowered the price of Audi Care again (to only $3 more per month) and so we decided to do it.

Again, GREAT sales experience, but a rather awkward back end experience.

I'm a new Audi owner, so didn't know what too expect from them, but Mike in the service Dept. treated me right. Brought in my A6 & was able too fit me in that same day! I got my car the next day, & he was very punctual about letting me know that next morning it was ready. Then when I picked it up, Roy greeted me as if we were friends & he brought my vehicle around quickly & cracked some quick jokes & sent me on my way happy.
Great Experience & Great Customer Service! Thank you too the guys in Service Dept!!

I am a new owner of a used Audi. This was my firs...

I am a new owner of a used Audi. This was my first visit to this dealer, or to any Audi dealer for service (I came in for the 45K mile service, included with Audi Care). I made an appointment online, had to move it, and that was no issue. When I showed up for the appointment, I was greeted like I had just bought a $200K R8 (although I was just getting an oil change for a 5-year old S4, which by the way I LOVE). My service adviser assigned was Andrea, and she couldn't have possibly been nicer or more accommodating. I was told the wait would be 2 - 3 hours (oil change and a few other things), which seemed lengthy, but they had great wifi and a small private desk area that I could work from, so the time flew by (and it wound up only taking 2 hours total). Coffee and goodies were plentiful, by the way. Now I am not one to normally be wowed by that kind of stuff (I'm an older guy, former law enforcement), but it was nice. But the best part was that they did not attempt to sell me a single thing I didn't need; they changed the oil, changed the brake fluid, and I walked out a happy man. Note the last time I wrote a review about a car dealer I started a small war (with Austin Subaru, who lied to me, and then literally banned me from doing business with them because I just stated exactly what my experience was). I have seen bad reviews about this dealer, and I know that there are going to be some "bad apples" in any organization, but I honestly believe that everyone I encountered at the dealer was working hard to provide a good (and honest) customer experience. Whether I need an oil change (done right), or if I win the lotto and am ready to snag a new R8, I will plan on doing future business with this dealer.

Without a doubt Audi North Austin is the best car dealership we have ever done business with to and we both highly recommend everyone to come in and ask for Louis.

Service department is abysmal. It will take you multiple calls over several hours to finally get in touch with someone. Leaving messages for them to call you back has no effect. Very long delays when scheduling service (my last one was almost two weeks out from when I called).

My son took his car here to get his maintenance service. He got his car back with his oil measurement reading too much oil!! He didn't know it and drove it out of town for the weekend and now his car isnt driving the same. I feel really bad because I was the one that refince him to go to this Audi dealership. VERY POOR SERVICE and y'all made me look bad!!!!!!!! ***VERY BAD BUSINESS***

If a customer walks through the door and no one speaks to them, do they count as a customer?

I honestly can't give these guys more than 1 star.

This weekend I went to test drive cars as the lease was almost up on my infiniti G37. I wanted to make sure I looked at my options. I was thinking an A4 or an A5 would be similar. I spent 20 minutes walking through the parking lot looking at what was available then went inside. I wasn't greeted by the receptionist and no one ever came over to assist. My husband and I sat in the car in the show room and then reviewed the options/features on that were listed and compared them to the other cars we were looking at. We spent at least 15 minutes in the car looking through everything. No one ever came to check on us or anything else. I didn't see anyone else being helped either and never saw a salesman. Busy? If they were, they were in the back.
I don't know what the deal is, but I didn't feel at all welcome. I decided that the base model was a bit pricey considering many of the standard features the Q50 offered were not included. We got up and left. No one said a word. And yes I ended up getting a new fully loaded Q50 3.0 :D

This was one of the best car shop experiences I have ever had. The service advisor, Tommie, who I worked with was professional and kept me updated with the status of my car maintenance. After dropping my car off, other staff members showed me the amenities of the dealership so I could have coffee, a snack, and WiFi to do some work. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, Tommie went over items that may need attention but were not urgent. He was very up front and knowledgeable. The shop washed and vacuumed my vehicle and even went the extra mile to empty a trash bag I had in the car. Great job Audi North!

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Michael was abrupt and seemed more concerned with his phone and leaving on time then helping us. We went interested in used Mercedes but open to Audi s. Long story short our visit ended with him pointing to an exit and disappearing. It was odd to say the least, I d never return to this location or suggest anyone else who values their time does, either.

And Come back when you re ready to buy when you ve just repeated 2x that you are looking to buy is the least strategic closing to a sales conversation. Bizarre.

Takes forever to get a hold of anyone in the service department to schedule a service. Just got a call from a salesperson (Elias) trying to get me to sign another lease for my car that's up next month. I told him I already purchased a different car (not an Audi) and he said "that's weird....". I didn't ask for his opinion regarding my choice for my next car and I found it very unprofessional and obnoxious. Even if I go back to Audi I'd never want to deal with this particular dealership again.

I am uncertain what this dealership did to get the Magna award they so boldly boast about but I've had underwhelming experiences on the service side of things. Apparently, when they service vehicles there is no quality control. A simple oil change was done inaccurately as the oil was overfilled. Wished they had some indicator on the dash to alert someone to that....WAIT, they do. Then, to get that fixed...please hurry up and set another appointment. You then have to inquire as to the status of your car as they are slow on the roll to give you updates. I've dealt with 4 different service departments in TX and FL and this one by far is in need of a pulse check. Go elsewhere.

Long story short, a lot of things that a dealer usually gives you, like selling you a clean working car, was not given to me. I was having a horrible experience until I met Ricardo in service. He fixed everything that was wrong with the car and more than made up for all the prior mistakes the salesman made. For your service and maintenance needs on your Audi, please go see Ricardo.

I recently bought my daughter a brand new Audi Q3 ...

I recently bought my daughter a brand new Audi Q3 for her birthday from Audi North Austin. Unfortunately, after only a few months and limited usage, the vehicle begin vibrating and the infamous Check Engine light was displayed. We were obviously very frustrated, as a new car shouldn t present with these issues so early in the game. However, I was understanding that issues do arise in technology, and in turn reached out to the service department at Audi North Austin. Mark Furrer, the head of the service department at Audi North Austin was my point of contact on this issue. In situations like this, communication and attentiveness is really all it takes to calm down an angry customer. Unfortunately, this simple act is so overlooked. Mark went far above any dealership service lead that I have worked with to see this service through from start to finish. He actually picked up AND delivered my daughter s car back to my house. I m sure that this is not the normal practice for service calls here, but I think he recognized how frustrated I was over a new car behaving like this, and wanted to make things right. He texted me updates, was prompt in service, and alerted me when there was a change in the scheduling. We all want things to roll just as planned , but this doesn t always happen. I wish that every head of a service department was as thorough and communicative as Mark. Anyone can sell you a car, but the true test of a dealership is it s service department...what happens once you drive that car off the lot. Thanks again Mark for all of your help in getting my daughter back on the road. Your service warrants an unconditional recommendation from me for Audi North Austin to any of my family and friends.

Such a great team of friendly, helpful, and informed sales and service people! Haley was completely helpful and courteous from the second she answered the phone to showing me the differences and even helping me to compare. She was a big factor in my decision to buy the 2018 S5 Sportback. The financing process was easy and the service dept followed up immediately to help me get acclimated to the car. Best vehicle I have ever owned and this dealership is a tremendous representative of the Audi brand of excellence! Thank you all!

Do not buy a car from them. I bought a 2017 Q7 from them recently. The transaction was painless and the dealer was initially very accommodating. The had to repair rear tail light so I did not pick up the car til a week later. I showed up to take the car home and was given one key. The dealer I was working with was off that day so I was told they would mail it to me. The story changed to we can not find the key and are trying to contact the previous owner. WTF? That was 3 weeks ago. I have reached out the dealer, the pre-owned manager and general manager. No response. I was told that sometimes the cars are turned in with one key. Which is there subtle way of saying you only get one key. Really? For 50k I would expect at least 2 keys. I just can't believe it. I am a Surgical Critical Care physician and if I treated my patients like that I would be hearing from an attorney. I did not have the time to deal with this nonsense. I made one call to Audi of South Austin and I should have a new key from the factory by next week. I will never go back there. Go to Audi of South Austin.

I bought a pre-owned A5 from Audi North Austin. The sales experience was smooth and pleasant without any problems. The sales person was very nice and professional. Audi even fixed an issue I found with the car a couple of weeks later without a hassle and the sales person followed up to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. My pre-owned Audi already had a 50,000 mile Audi Care service warranty purchased by the original owner and it transferred to me. Like clock work, I took it in to Audi North Austin for regular service when my car would notify me it was due. They have always been nice and professional and either offered me a loaner or a ride to where I needed to go if I did not have one. The first time they serviced it for me, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been hand washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. After moving to the Dallas area a couple of months ago, I now realize even more how top-notch their service was.

This is based on a (July 2020) routine service visit [in the age of COVID].

Call in advance from the service consultant to confirm things & time was good. And he met me at the appointed time - mask on - and got things underway. Though oddly he seemed to disappear afterward. When I inquired about him and my car and when it'd be done... he was gone. Surprised me. But, someone else eventually helped.

Inquiring on status of my car (I was waiting) took more time than I imagined it would take. (Things were not that busy and perhaps this was because the service consultant was no longer around.)

Service staff generally wearing masks appropriate to the time & pandemic. Though some masks not over nose and some in the sales area with no mask.

Ample room to wait indoors and things 'distant' in a reasonably decent way... though I opted to wait outdoors. No place to sit outdoors at the dealership / service area though. So I walked a few blocks to a neighborhood park.

Service was excellent. There are definite areas for improvement. I brought car in at 7:30am for scheduled maintenance on one day and got it back 30 hrs later. Not sure why I needed to make appointment for that. Another area for improvement; it would be great if the service department knew EXACTLY what our prepaid service covered; they didn t and I had to go to the finance department to advise them. Even though I bought this car at this dealer. Lastly; I thought my service plan included a loaner car but I was given a Lyft ride home. Not VER convenient. The positives; our service manager was excellent and so was the service.

Service staff is exceptional! Very friendly and professional. I felt very well taken care of, and the repairs / work done on my car was explained in detail to me. They made sure all was to my satisfaction.
Only "bad" thing I can think of is the coffee isn't good... don't like Kuerig coffee. Taste stale.

Well I don't know where to start as i called to inquire/Purchase extended warranty on 09/25/2019 as i just purchased an Audi, the front desk send my call to stacy Hieber in finance, after i talked to her she requested some information about the mileage and year/ Make of my car.. will everything went silent after i sent all the info!! I sent emails to her and also called her and left voicemails but still nothing. I really regret leaving GMC as they were outstanding when it comes to customer services

I do not normally buy vehicles at dealerships because I have always had a preconceived notion on what the process would be like. But my wife needed another vehicle and once I called to inquire about it, I was given an appointment to meet with Haley. She was prepared for the meeting, had the information relevant to the vehicle, and was really low pressure. Everything went really quick and smoothly and we could not be happier.

This place is doing something crooked. I went there to purchase a used car, I had inquired about the car online and they called me to make an appointment to come look at and test drive the vehicle. The next day my daughter and I showed up to the dealership and was not greeted, sales people walked by and did not acknowledge us and we were given a look and feeling as if we were not welcomed there. After 20 minute or so they finally had time to walk us to the lot that the car was supposedly parked and was told to look to see if we could find it while he got the keys. As we looked, the car was not there and 15 minutes later he came back out and began to make us think the car was being sold or "in the shop". We walk back and the salesman says "The owners (Of The Audi Dealership) son has taken the BMW for the holiday's to drive. My thought was why does the Owners son need to drive the car that my daughter and I have driven so far to come look at, test drive, and buy with all the other luxury cars on the lot. He proceeds to tell us that they can get the car back if we were seriously looking to purchase, "So, lets look at the numbers"! We walk back to his desk and they would not come down on the price and wanted me to buy the car that I had not physically seen and was being driven by someone else as we spoke! We were being told "fill out the paperwork and leave a deposit and we will get the car back Monday or after the holidays"! Mind you I had already had my credit run for this car prior to arriving at the dealership and been pre-approved by my own bank but they were trying to push me to let them run my credit! This dealership has poor business practice and lacking customer service. Giving Audi North a one star is way too much than they deserve, they are not a car dealership but more of a fraudulent, dishonest, incompetent, discriminating, waste of time! Because of this interact I would never recommend going to an Audi dealership for any Audi or other vehicle, new or use! Apparently, the car is still being posted or ran as if it is on the lot while it is being driven!

Came here to test drive the Q5 and Q3 and I had a great experience. Martin was super patient and walked through all the different options and trims. I really liked that he didn t bad mouth other cars or dealerships. He wasn t pushy at all and I really appreciated that he wasn t all about the sale.

The service team was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a preferred customer. I was updated periodically from the team about the status of my car and when the service was complete. Tanner at Audi North Austin was absolutely amazing. We walked in knowing a little about what we were looking for and took the time to educate us on the differences between the cars. We had a trade in and told him what we were looking for and he made it happen the first time, we did not have to haggle or fight over the price. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

So I moved here from Michigan last month. I drove my 13 Audi S5 all the way down to Austin. The second day my car broke down on a highway (clutch would engage and not return). I called Audi North Austin and got the vehicle towed there. I have previously purchased Audi's pure protection extended warranty THROUGH Audi. Alex Adams, the service guy did not know anything about that warranty and asked me to take care of the claim (initiating the claim). After speaking with the person that sold me the extended warranty - Pam from Michigan, I provided Alex with her name and number. She was shocked that Audi rep did not know how to open up a claim through Audi Pure protection. From that point forward, it has been nothing but a nightmare. My claim was denied per Alex few days later, but then I had Pam (the person that sold me Audi extended warranty) call Audi directly and it got magically approved. I had to initiate 95% of phone calls and emails to get any kind of update from Alex. Left him voice mails, email and nothing. Sometimes I didn't hear back from him for 2-3 days. Then when it came to reimbursement from the rental company, he emailed me and said "submit the claim yourself". Anyhow, the vehicle got repaired and I didnt pay a penny because it was under warranty but it's ONLY thanks to Pam from Michigan because she was really the one handling the paperwork since Alex didnt know much. I never in my life got worse service at an Audi Dealership. I've spent over $250,000 on Audi vehicles and ALWAYS had the best service in Michigan. I called the manager of North Audi few times, left a voice mail and never heard back. I called Audi of America and submitted an official complaint again Alex and the dealership. This review ONLY goes for Alex himself and poor management representation. I cannot speak for the rest of the service department. Hopefully this review will educate some Audi owners that consider working with Alex.

Sept 26, 2017 update - still no call from the manager. I also had an issue with a sunroof a week ago. Took my Audi to Audi SOUTH Austin and they treated me there like an Audi owner. One of the best experiences I've had. I would strongly suggest picking Audi South Austin over North Austin. Read the reviews for them and you will make your decision quickly.

Not intending to actually buy or lease an Audi, I still went to Audi North just to take a look at their used car inventory. But, after meeting with an Audi Sales Rep named Elias Nawas, I ended up getting an awesome (new) ride. Elias was nothing like a typical salesman. His extensive knowledge of Audi products was derivative from his unquestionable love for what he now sells. I was on the verge of a Range Rover (which Mr. Nawas used to sell), but I started to see the light when Mr. Nawas explained all the benefits putting my trust and money into Audi. After understanding what I was hoping to find in my new vehicle, Mr. Nawas helped me find my dream ride at a comfortable price. Can't say enough how professional and non-pushy he and the whole Audi team was during this stressful process. I walked away feeling terrific! If you're thinking of a new ride, you can't go wrong with Audi North.

Went in late last Sat and bought a (new to me) Audi.. Some minor interior scratches really bothered me, and they verbally promised to take care of them when the detail crew cleaned it on the following Monday. Well, the specialist that needed to fix the scratches was unavailable on Monday so they gave me a brand new loaner car to drive until they could get to this (so minor) issue. When I did pick up the car it was perfect. I really appreciate them going out of their way to stick to their verbal promise, and I'll be back for my next Audi. Great customer service all around!

My service manager, Enrique, was very professional and kept me in the loop daily on progress with my car. Was delighted that o also got it back washed and clean. Giving 4 stars only because there were no loaners available for almost a month and I was without a car for most of the week. Good thing I m hardly going anywhere these days!!

Horrible service department! My low tire pressure ...

Horrible service department! My low tire pressure light was on, so I went in to get some nitrogen. Other Audi dealerships had no issues with helping me with a flat tire, but the service guy Mike at Audi North made me feel like a burden. Even going to the point where he asked his coworker "Do you have any one to do this? Because I got nothing" instead of asking if I could wait until they found someone. My boyfriend also went in once and they said they don't have air. My first service with them was so horrible that I took my scheduled maintenance down to Audi South where my experience was a much, much better. I am in the process of buying another car but will not buy another Audi just because if how bad this service department is. My Audi has been serviced at the dealership since I bought it new, and Audi North's customer service is horrible.

Overall I've had a positive experience with Audi North Austin. If you schedule service online then things go very smoothly and the service advisors are great. However, there has been multiple times that I have called the service department for simple things, told that someone else would have to get back to me, and then never receive a call back. This has happened NUMEROUS times and in my opinion is very unprofessional for a dealership of this tier. Example of things that I called about and didn't get a reply for include getting a quote for a new light, finding out when my Audi care expires, and when parts would be ready to complete the repairs for a mandatory recall. In the case of the recall it took me calling them 4 times and on the final time telling them that I needed an answer now and that I hadn't received a callback from my last 3 calls.

The service for the most part was good the vehicle was the one that I wanted the issue that I have right now hopefully will be resolved when the windshield as agreed will be replaced and at that time I m willing to give a more positive review......
Update. After a visit to the dealership my concerns were addressed professionally and prompt,
If I am in need of a vehicle or service I would definitely visit the dealership again and refer them to friends and family thank you......

Kyle is amazing! My mom bought a car from him and we came back so that I too could get a car from him. Kyle is super friendly, patient and not pushy at all. He takes his time time to ensure you're happy and getting exactly what you want. I will definitely come back to give him repeat business and have already recommended him to friends and family. Buyers beware. Terrible customer service. Dishonest- Car was priced with features it didn t have. Avoid the frustration of this dealership.

Don t waste your time with Audi North Austin or Brandy (sales). Brandy was helpful at first but then stopped returning calls about basic questions. This happened repeatedly over the week we spoke.

I ll check on that and get back to you ... it was 3 days later when I followed up as the weekend approached.

I ll check with my sales manger call you back in 30 mins ...2 hour later after I called back.

I ll call you back in 5 minutes I promise ... turned out to be never and I gave up.

Brandy and Audi North Austin will completely waste your time with the old car dealership run around game ... or just poor customer service.

Bonus Shady Audi North Austin Car Dealership Facts:

The car listing on multiple sites across the internet was inflated with features the car obviously didn t have. Which I pointed out to them. They were fine overpricing the car with false information. A listing mistake or typo is one thing but posting multiple inaccurate and outright misleading features is inexcusable. This was beyond an incompetent mistake. What a completely unethical car dealership.

Don t waste your time with Audi North Austin... they will certainly waste yours.
