She provided an option for a soon to be required repair, offering to complete it during my service call at the same time. Our experience with the Arpi's team was excellent. Right from the start, they did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. It was a large, 2 furnace replacement project. The project started exactly on time and finished a little bit early. Seth arrived right on time or early on all 3 days. He explained what he was doing. The job left the house clean and tidy. All of the scraps from the project were removed from the property and best of all...we have working heating and air conditioning again. The service we received from the entire team and especially Seth was professional and outstanding.

The tech arrived before the appt scheduled. The technician was quick to find the problem. Great service, I recommend Arpi's for great service and overall satisfaction

I called Arpi's when our furnace wasn't generating heat. I was trying to get an emergency service, and when the technician, Mike, called me, his first approach was to help me fix it myself over the phone. After multiple calls/texts and sharing pictures of the part, he guided me in fixing it myself. I really appreciate Mike's time and patience, and how much me worked to help me avoid an expensive after-hours part purchase!

The techs that came to my home were very great. They were very pleasant and they did a great job. They even came early which was awesome.

Tim and Joe and Kirk did a great job. Showed up on time and cleaned up.

Vanessa was awesome. She was very pleasant, very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She even took a video to explain in detail. She was knowledgeable and looked at all possible issues.

I was happy with everything from start to finish. Kirk came and measured everything out and Brock and Joe did the install.

Habte, out technician was very friendly, thorough and professional. After two calls to othe hvac companies and still no working furnace, Habte from Arpi s came to the rescue, on New Year s Eve nonetheless. Arpi s will be my first choice to call for furnace service and repairs in the future. He had to deal with a mess that was left by the last technician. Do yourself a favour and call them first too. It will save you a ton of hassle.

Terrible experience with these guys from start to the very finish. Terrible communication and installers very sub par.

Quick service for a plumbing leak. During the repair the tech discovered and replaced another pipe that was cracking and likely would have started leaking, requiring another service call. Tech also cleaned out sludge from pipes making my sink drain perform like new! Very happy with the service I received

Jashon and Matt installed my Air-condition today in my home very professionally, great customer satisfaction, excellent work clean, safe and pleasant.

Reviewed with me how to operate the unit step by step. also kept the area very expert in all with complete installation.

My old furnace was not working properly so I called Arpis to get a new one. The chaps they sent over were great! Tim and Eric were on time, did beautiful work and really knew their stuff. I highly reccomend these guys and this company.

Jason S. installed a humidifier and a furnace maintenance. He ensured I was aware of the humidifier installation and maintenance requirements. Jason also took the time to show me the furnace characteristics he was measuring with various monitoring tools. Very informative and I know he did a thorough maintenance. Will have Arpi s back again annually to perform routine maintenance. Thank you.

Very happy with the install of our air conditioner. Installers were on time, polite and were very conscientious. Explained the job as they progressed and any potential problems were clearly identified. The job was done completely to our satisfaction and they left our house as clean as when they arrived.

We made an emergency call to Arpi's re: our furnace not functioning at 4:00 A.M. We requested that a technician be dispatched to our house as soon as possible after 8:00 A.M. At approximately 7:45 A.M. we received a call from the technician (Ryan) that he would be arriving shortly. Upon his arrival, Ryan started to diagnose the problem and arrived at the solution after approx. 20 mins - it was due to the Nest thermostat that had been incorrectly installed as part of the Alberta government green program. Ryan inspected the overall furnace and advised us of an issue with the induction valve which we had him replace while he was here and he completed the job very quickly.

Having been in customer service for the majority of my career I found Ryan to be very customer oriented. He demonstrated a very professional and polite attitude, was easy to converse with regarding the issue(s) and was able to minimize the repair costs by being efficient. We were very impressed with Ryan, not only is he an excellent technician his customer service skills are top notch.

Had David and a helper come in who were super friendly and worked efficiently everything was well done, my new furnace works way better then that old trash I had before. Thank you for the follow up, will recommend Arpis to everyone I know.

Vanessa from Arpi's came today to service two furnaces, hot water tank, humidifier and air conditioner. She was very prompt - I received a text message to confirm that the appointment still worked and she showed up within the hour. Vanessa was knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. She was also tidy and made the extra effort to improve what was previously installed so that the control panel would be able to facilitate the use of our two stage furnace.

Had a technician named Vanessa come to my house to fix the A/C her customer service skills were no.1 and her technical skills were amazing. I'm very happy with the entire experience.

I had concerns about restarting my hot water tank and Arpis bent over backwards to find a technician on a Friday afternoon. Adam came and checked everything out and explained everything to me. Great service from start to finish.

I had my 40-year old Lennox furnace replaced in July 2018. I called three companies for quotes and information. Arpi's salesperson (Craig) provided the most detailed information. Their customer service representatives (Liz and Avery) were very nice and friendly. The technicians (Keith and Hank) were also very good. It was a very good experience overall.

We had Scott come out to our office to fix our sink. He was super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

After a false start with our initial contact, we were put in touch with project manager Rob. Rob was excellent in providing numerous options and explaining the pros and cons of each choice. Matt & Jordan were on time, polite, professional and did a really thorough job. Our install is beautiful and works perfectly. The jobsite was cleaned up perfectly, and they went above and beyond in little extra's that really stood out to us. I will use Arpi's when needed in the future and recommend the same for anyone who asks.

Phoned Arpi s and had a technician within 30 minutes. Furnace needed work and had the ignition not working. Fixed within an hour and the heat was back on. Service technician was excellent and walked me through what he did and provided some pointers to make sure my furnace is well maintained.

We decided to get air conditioning early this year and the experience we had with Arpis was better than I could have ever expected. Jeff really took care of us. We are so comfortable in our home.

He was knowledgable, extremely helpful and patient (helped us with the thermostat too). He gave us lots of good tips for maintenance to ensure reliable operation of our furnace. We would recommend him.

The technician is quite reliable and helpful. He did a good job in explaining what is needed and has to be done in fixing the problem. He did some recommendation as well just for us to be aware of in the future.

We are very happy that we chose Arpis for the furnace we got 9 years ago. Recently had an inspection to see about some noise, and a repair was needed. Arpis was able to be here first thing the next day with the part before the furnace quit. The 10 year parts and service warranty is a godsend. What could have been 600$+ labour was free.

To replace a residential furnace and add A/C, I went through COSTCO, and was contracted to ARPI Industries.
We were pleasantly surprised at the results, to sum up:
1) Kevin provided us with a DETAILED estimate sheets with 3 alternatives each for heating and for A/C. He made a site visit and explained everything thoroughly - no pressure sales.
2) Pricing was pretty well withing the industry norm for comparable high-end Lennox equipment.
3) The delivery of equipment and installation was done when they said it would be done - no unexpected delays.
4) The job supervisor was always readily available.
5) The installation of BOTH units was completed ahead of schedule.
6) The installers (Dave & William) were efficient, did a thorough clean-up after completion.
7) They did a complete walk-through and inspection, patiently explaining how everything functioned.
8) The "After Installation Do-It List" was well-detailed and simple to follow.
Highly recommended, especially if you'd experienced unpleasant surprises from other contractors.

My furnace acted up (and down) for several days, leading me to call Arpi's after two heatless days.
Robert was the technician who came out, and he was very thorough starting with the thermostat before inspecting the furnace, which he noted was acting strangely. I have an unique furnace unit because of the condo I live in; it is a commercial unit located outdoors. Dealing with the cold and the fading light of a winter afternoon, Robert ran multiple tests and provided a detailed analysis of the results as well as getting it running and helping change the filters. He made sure the unit was heating after his initial work, as well as after we cycled the thermostat off and on. He was also transparent throughout--his testing found nothing--but the unit went from not operating to providing heat (in my opinion) thanks to his diligence and checking various components for intermittent failures. Thanks Robert.

Our Air Conditioning maintenance check up was handled with great attention to both the interior furnace and the A/C unit outdoors today! Seth answered all of our questions and asked a few of his own to be sure our system was running efficiently and giving us the desired home comfort level!

Great service from Seth! He resolved the issue with our furnace quickly and showed us what regular maintenance needed to be done with our humidifier. He also went above and beyond and let my 2 year old use his flashlight to check out the furnace and he showed him the fire inside.

Last year I contacted Arpis about my old carrier unit nine-year-old carrier unit that was acting up but we got it running and I was going to have the furnace replaced then but life happened and I did not get it replaced last year. This fall it started acting up about a week ago and I contacted Robert from Arpi s again and said look I m sorry I didn t contact you last year my furnace is acting up and I just can t deal with this I need to have this replaced he remembered me and we talked for a few minutes and he had scheduled to have my furnace replaced at first it was gonna be about a week and he said he do whatever he had to do to make sure I had heat all the time. I am not your typical homeowner I have skills being a journeyman plumber myself so I was able to keep the furnace limping along until our furness could be replaced and it turned out he was able to come to two days later on the Friday. The two guys that he sent to my home one was a brand new apprentice and the other one what is the journeyman both were super professional there they knew what they were doing the didn t mind chatting with me they didn t mind having my dogs around him and they just did everything under the sun to make sure that this job went nice and smooth so that I was happy with my new furnace installation right now I can t say enough good things about the two guys that came to my home Jeff is the journey man and Reggie is his new apprentice . Again watching Jeff work with his new apprentice Reggie made me think back to the days when I would teach new apprentices as really felt that he wanted Reggie to learn and not just stand there and push a broom or go the other way and just bark orders at Reggie have have him do all the work while he watched ( the wrong way to teach ) . Again I would gladly have they to To have both these people back in my house for work in the future or to refer them to any of my neighbours or friends as they were very professional very friendly and cared about my home.

Shortly after we called Arpis they showed up to fix our furnace. Robert was knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a short time. We were happy with the prompt service and helpful feedback about our furnace. They also installed our AC last summer which we are very happy with.

As background, we bought both of our furnaces from them and have had Arpi's look after them ever since. Very happy with the work done by these guys, including Rob who came today. Keep up the good work!

Darryel Barbour and Johna Nav (I could not read the writing, Sorry) were excellent at installing the NEW HOT WATER TANK. They both explained to me what was going to happen and went about their job. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old hot water tank. (R.I.P.).

I would recommend them for other jobs if asked.

I called literally 10 companies before calling Arpi's. Just went down the list. I wish they were my first call. The technician, Hatem, who came to my home was awesome. Fees were comparable to other companies. But his work and speed were appreciated in such cold weather.

Chad in accounting was super helpful and amazing to deal with. He got back to issue right away and was super efficient, so easy to deal with. Thank you so much Chad for all your help!

From Patricia Veres - Robert from Apri's came out yesterday to check out my furnace and humidifier (in the worse driving conditions ever)Robert was an absolute sweetheart, so polite and helpful in explaining things to me. Left me feeling very comfortable knowing my furnace will be in good working order. I have been using Apri's since they installed my furnace nine years ago and just love them. Would and do recommend them to anyone.

Rob was able to identify our issue over the phone and help us get the furnace back up an running on the coldest day of the year.

Arpi's is a kind, friendly, patient team. They are more than willing to answer and re-answer questions. The installation team was fantastic and took pride and care in their workmanship as well as caring for our home! Thank you so much.

An Arpi's van nearly hit me on the road, if they can't drive, can they really be trusted with furnaces?

Not happy with service.charged us 3 hrs labor just to change a relay switch.the tech spent over an hour to create the invoice.

I just had a air conditioner installed and I couldn't be happier.

Our furnace blower fan motor failed very early this morning..on a cold -28C day...so I called for service at 7:30am and Jon (an outstanding technician) was at our country home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our furnace without leaving any mess behind. His is very consistent with what we have experienced from ARPI s over the years as they do the easonal maintenance on our furnace and boiler. Thanks Jon and ARPI s for looking after us!

I just had my hot water tanks replaced and from my first contact with Laurri who is the service advisor to Darryl who installed the tanks, it was a very good experience. Laurri was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable on the product. Darryl was extremely efficient, professional and provided clear & precise instructions on how to best maintain the tanks. I would highly recommend Arpi's, as they provide excellent service, a great product and are truly fortunate to have these two employees representing the company.

Got a new Furnace with them. It won't turn on and its -2 in the morning. Called for repair service on September 14, they are not sending someone until September 21 leaving my family without heat for a week. Absolutely the worst possible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I use Arpi's each year for annual maintenance and am always pleased with the service from booking the appointment to work completion. This year is no exception. These two young fellows William Weinrauch and David Wilder appeared very knowlageable when they arrived at my home, they answered all my questions i had even when they were working, very pleased with there work, really clean.

Had a problem with our furnace on Jan 15 2020, right in the middle of very cold -25 to -30 weather in Calgary. Called Arpis first thing and a technician (Adam) was at my home by noon. Adam was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and the failed pressure switch was switched out. Adam spent the next 1/2 hour performing other checks including checking for CO both inside and outside our home. All together Arpis was here for an hour and the bill was very reasonable at $200. Great job! I ve used Arpis quite a bit over the years with rental properties and my own residence. No matter who they send over, the technicians are always polite, courteous, respectful of my home, quick to diagnose and efficient at getting the repairs done.

The blower on our 15 year old hot water tank died. Arpi's provided us with a new tank at the market rate. Our ABS exhaust needed upgrading to code at the same time and they took care of that for a reasonable price.
Two days after the install, we were greeted with no hot water in the morning. A tech was able to visit us right after lunch and determined that a gas shutter had 'disintegrated' and replaced it under warranty. So far so good, hopefully we will run this tank for 15 years also.

Our furnace stopped working overnight, so we woke up to a rather chilly home. So we called Arpi. We spent no time on hold, the service person was knowledgeable and professional, and they sent a technician within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem (broken electrical switch and wire) very quickly. We'd definitely use them again.

It was great to have a technician sent to my place that looked presentable, and not covered in tattoos and rings

When our furnace s fan (that had been on its last legs for some time) finally gave out on us, Seth from Arpi s was out within the hour (even though it was at night), immediately diagnosed the issue, and made the necessary repair. We can t recommend Seth and Arpi s enough!

Darryl came early first thing in the morning, which I appreciated, to install a new 40 gallon Rheem hot water tank. He was courteous and very knowledgeable, with experience handed down from 2 generations before him. I also appreciated that he specializes in hot water tank install. He was thorough, organized and left a clean utility room. He educated me on how to maintain and extend the life of the tank as well as safety around tanks. He explained all the work done and the related invoice. I would highly recommend Darryl and Arpis and would ask for him in any future job.

Arpi's showed up on the time and date agreed to. The two installers, Russ and Terry were very competent and efficient. They took the time to explain the steps they were taking. They were very careful with placing mats to cover my white rugs and when they finished, it was hard to tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and the new furnace and ducting were professionally installed and functioning properly,

The technician was courteous, explained any issues with the furnace that needed attention, and made some suggestions that may help in the future. He worked with integrity and professionalism.

Fikreyesus Habte did a fantastic job. He was very detailed and spent the time showing/explaining the issues that I had. His furnace knowledge is excellent and I would definitely hope that he is still at Arpi's when I do my next furnace maintenance job.

Everything went beyond expectations. Brock even help move my big old fridge from the basement to outside.
