The blower on our 15 year old hot water tank died....

The blower on our 15 year old hot water tank died. Arpi's provided us with a new tank at the market rate. Our ABS exhaust needed upgrading to code at the same time and they took care of that for a reasonable price.
Two days after the install, we were greeted with no hot water in the morning. A tech was able to visit us right after lunch and determined that a gas shutter had 'disintegrated' and replaced it under warranty. So far so good, hopefully we will run this tank for 15 years also.
