We made an emergency call to Arpi's re: our furnace not functioning at 4:00 A.M. We requested that a technician be dispatched to our house as soon as possible after 8:00 A.M. At approximately 7:45 A.M. we received a call from the technician (Ryan) that he would be arriving shortly. Upon his arrival, Ryan started to diagnose the problem and arrived at the solution after approx. 20 mins - it was due to the Nest thermostat that had been incorrectly installed as part of the Alberta government green program. Ryan inspected the overall furnace and advised us of an issue with the induction valve which we had him replace while he was here and he completed the job very quickly.

Having been in customer service for the majority of my career I found Ryan to be very customer oriented. He demonstrated a very professional and polite attitude, was easy to converse with regarding the issue(s) and was able to minimize the repair costs by being efficient. We were very impressed with Ryan, not only is he an excellent technician his customer service skills are top notch.
