Had a problem with our furnace on Jan 15 2020, right in the middle of very cold -25 to -30 weather in Calgary. Called Arpis first thing and a technician (Adam) was at my home by noon. Adam was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and the failed pressure switch was switched out. Adam spent the next 1/2 hour performing other checks including checking for CO both inside and outside our home. All together Arpis was here for an hour and the bill was very reasonable at $200. Great job! I ve used Arpis quite a bit over the years with rental properties and my own residence. No matter who they send over, the technicians are always polite, courteous, respectful of my home, quick to diagnose and efficient at getting the repairs done.
