Ralph did a great job. Very pleased with Arpi"s service.

Had a leaky drain valve in my hot water tank that needed to be replaced. Darryl arrived early, replaced it quickly and offered tips on future maintenance that will save us money. Very impressed.

We just had a boiler installed in our home by Jesse and Sean. They were here for 3 days. The work and service they provided was exceptional. They were very considerate of us and our home while they did their work. They were polite and receptive to answering our questions. Everything was done carefully and professionally and they were very thorough in tidying up after each day s work. The completed work looks well organized, especially given the small space they had to work in. We are extremely pleased with the boiler and with the service provided by Jesse and Sean. Highly recommended.

Incredibly pleasant experience. They were on time (10 minutes early), very clean, quick, I felt they went above and beyond and checked my ducts and even repaired some at no extra cost. I've already recommended them to other family members and so happy I went with Arpi's. They know how to keep customers and they have one more for life!

The installers (Terry and Ross) were awesome. Completed a full Furnace/Tankless Water Heater upgrade and addition of A/C over a 3 day window and everything went great. I asked for a few tweaks here and there for what i would view as a better end product and they were very receptive and quick to work with me to ensure i was satisfied with my overall install.

Great service! Arpi's installed our old furnace back in 1979 and it lasted for 41 years. We just had them install a new furnace, hot water tank, and humidifier and they did it for $2000 less than our next best quote. Everything works and the service was very good.

It was easy to obtain a quote, and the rep was very pleasant. Technicians arrived on time and explained the work clearly. They made sure I understood how to use the new air conditioner and thermostat that they installed. Both technicians we very polite and they left no mess. Great experience!

I want to pass on that my experience with Kirk Turnbull in sales and the installation team of Brandon and Cameron was outstanding and a model of service that consumers are hoping for. Here are a few of my observations:

These three displayed:
1. Outstanding work ethic - planning, adjusting the plan as obstacles surfaced, communicating adjustments and involving me in the decision for significant changes, arriving early and working late in the evening when necessary. Brandon was especially focused on preparation to minimize the crane time, arriving early to set up which had a secondary benefit to me and my neighbors as the cul-de-sac was tight for driving around crane.
2. Great problem solving - challenging furnace exhaust routing resulted in creative solutions and the team adjusted when encountering challenges with the 6 liner.
3. Conscientious and communicative with me from the sales visit and planning discussion throughout the installation process.

I received a reference about Arpi s from a friend of mine prior to selecting a provider and their sales and installation staff exceeded my expectations because of how they conducted themselves. I have two friend that are awaiting my reference based on this recent work and I am looking forward to providing it.

Well done to the leadership in creating this team as it is noticable and has set Arpi s apart from their competition!

Great service, the installer was very knowledgeable.

Tim and Cale were amazing guys. Took the time to explain all the details of my new ac to me.

I called to book a COMPLETE overhaul of my Furnanve and Air Conditioner. I confirmed with the lady I always have extra ducts etc. She told me it could take 4 hours to complete.

Guys shows up( he says your only booked for me), mechanic to review Furnanve and AC unit. I said no ducts and everything we re supposed to be completed. He tried calling office no availability, and I tried calling. I got well we might be able to squeeze you in either this day or maybe this day. I said I can t sit around all week, you should have something /someone here today. So now I have to pay this dude AND find someone else to do the job I thought these bozos were doing! So I m paying double.

Mechanic that was here he was fantastic and very polite.

Today I had Arpi's come out to do furnace maintenance and give me a quote on a new wi-fi thermostat. Jeremy arrived right on time after a phone call confirming his arrival. He was FANTASTIC. He showed me what he was doing and explained the work. He was thorough. He provided some great recommendations and kept within a reasonable budget. Fingers crossed that I feel this strongly in a few weeks and things continue to work smoothly...but first response is FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Thanks Jeremy!

I've been using Arpi's for years for regular maintenance and duct cleaning. Every technician who serviced the house was always friendly, on time and thorough. My last regular furnace maintenance at my new home turned into a full on repair (gas leak, condensation leak, prior installation done incorrectly) and I really appreciated how the tech took his time to ensure everything was working properly. The attention to detail gives me peace of mind.

I had two furnaces serviced by Cody M from Arpi s. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Cody took the time to answer all of my questions to make sure I understood the results of his tests. He also went above and beyond to discuss some options for future ducting and return placement (when the basement gets finished) to address an issue with insufficient air flow, and he gave me some tips for maintaining my hot water tank. I would gladly use Arpi s for future HVAC maintenance.

Ryan attended my home this am for a/c preventative maintenance work. He was thorough and professional and cordial throughout his 90 minute visit to my home. Great work. I'm happy to recommend Ryan and Arpi's!

Vanessa serviced A/C and attended to other maintenance - very efficient, professional, and great personality.

Received some exceptional service from Vanessa this past Saturday evening. Our furnace quit working and after phoning the after hours number I received a call from Vanessa. She was professional, a thorough listener, knowledgeable and quickly put my wife and I ease. In no time flat Vanessa had our furnace working and we were able to get out on our second date night since having our first baby. Thank you Vanessa!

Had 2 furnaces replaced 8 years ago and have been an Arpies customer since. Had an emergency furnace repair required on a revenue property and Arpies stood by a loyal customer even though it was not an Arpies furnace.

Extremely fast and professional. Saved us during the current cold snap.

I was installing a humidifer for the first-time and I made the blunder of dropping plastic into my furnace, so I called Arpi's to help. Adi was professional, empathetic, and competent, and he not only fixed the problem in a jiffy, but gave me excellent advice and guidance since I was determined to finish what I had started. My only regret, was that I was determined to finish what I had started; I should have just let them install the darned thing in the first place!

Service rep arrived right on time; was very courteous and thorough. Will use Arpi s again.

The technician Seth that came to help with the furnace on a very blustery day was exceptional. He was very helpful and compassionate. I very much appreciated his help.
I did though experience a not so nice person on the phone at Arpi's and that is why the evaluation was a 4 instead of a 5.

Everything has been done nicely and timely.

Arpi's sent their technician Leo out to repair my blower unit. He identified a broken gas valve and made me aware of bad bearing on the combustion air fan. He had these items in his well stocked truck and was able to do the repairs at the same time.

The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my issue diagnosed and fixed in no time. And hooked me up with a CO sensor that I was lacking. Good work for a decent price for peace of mind.

Top shelf service, from consultation to installation, these guys are great. I had another quote from Reliance, where the sales consultant with 10 years experience, basically told me my brand new house was not roughed in for AC, and he would need to cut a whole through my walls....called him out, and then his price began to drop. Don't waste your time with others, go to Arpi's! Best price in the city, and they work with Costco!

Arpi's has always been helpful and responsive to my furnace and plumbing needs. The service reps have been thorough and communicate what they need to do. There are some long time reps as well, which speaks to the integrity of the company.

Arpi's is the HVAC company that Avi contracted for my new home build.

I had previous given Arpi's a poor review because the furnace they had installed in my new house was incapable properly heating my brand new house and because of poor install quality. In the process of sealing leaks I found that one duct was just resting against another and not properly connected or taped. It looks like they tried to tape it but the edge of the tape stopped at the edge of the duct. After adjusting the duct and taping, I can feel some airflow upstairs so I'm hoping my brand new house won't be so cold next winter.

UPDATE: Arpi's just returned to my house for some warranty work and the technician discovered that 2nd stage heating had never been setup so the furnace was never able to produce the heat it was supposed to. I'm glad they were able to find a problem and hoping that will solve our winter heating issues. I'm a little annoyed that they'd been here 5 times before one of their guys finally noticed that it was setup wrong.

Arpi's is the best furnace maintenance company! We've been using them for years. Lee was super friendly, called us ahead of time, and did a thorough job informing us of what he was doing and what we might need in the future. Thanks Lee!

Technician was on time, did a thorough job of making sure my furnaces were operating efficiently and safely . Discovered a CO leak in the lower floor furnace, Left home neat and tidy. The young man was probably the most knowledgeable of any techs we have had from Arpis over the past 20 years.

Professional service! The technician called ahead of time to provide his time of arrival and met that estimate. Explained the process, provided options and was able to show a potential problem with our AC unit and solved that problem. Courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with and we felt the cost of our service was certainly acceptable. No hesitation in recommending Arpi's to others.

Had Adi from Arpi's in this morning. He called my at work to give me 20 minutes notice so I could get there to meet him. He came in and worked on my fan that wasn't turning off (was a relay stuck open). Gave me the options on how he could fix it. Took the solution that made sense to me. Adi was pleasant throughout the entire service. He also checked everything else in my furnace and took the time to explain everything he was checking and why he was checking it. Will continue dealing with Arpi's - never had an issue.

Phoned in, call wait was brutal but that was fine they re probably busy. Called Emergency Service Number because my furnace smelled like rotten eggs and was just told oh this is not an emergency number anymore and you have to wait 2 weeks or more for someone to check it out. Total waste of time

Arpi's replaced my furnace sometime ago and I was so satisfied with the service I called them to replace the hot water tank as well. The technicians arrived early and were very efficient and finished the install within an hour. Darryl took the time to explain the workings of the tank and how to drain it and relight it if necessary. Great service! Thank you very much!

Furnace quit working early morning and therefore was able to use fireplaces in the meantime. Darren from Apri's arrived and diagnosed possible problems immediately based on the information I provided. Our furnace was fixed that evening as it needed a new motor. Darren was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely call on them again.

Freezing cold house. I had personally replaced a few parts. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it. He was professional and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had my new furnace installed today, The installers, Matthew N. and Jason T. did an amazing install and I am very happy with the service I received. Everything was cleaned up before they left and we went through the instructions. I would recommend Arpi s and the installers .

Vanessa, heating technician came to service my furnace on Sept. 11, 2020. She first came in 2018 but was off in 2019. It was great to have her back. Vanessa is extremely capable in servicing my furnace and I highly respect her for her workmanship and knowledge. She is so friendly, customer oriented and answers my questions. The time flies. A real pleasure to see her again and will always request her. She is coming back Sept. 25, 2020.

Stacey is also another excellent employee. She is so pleasant on the phone and a real delight. Stacey always follows through and does things as promised. Another awesome Arpi's employee.

Collette and Michelle are also awesome employees. They are so friendly and always have time for a brief chat before getting down to business.

Arpi's is so fortunate to have these employees of such high calibre. They are the reason why I have been a loyal customer since my furnace was installed by Apri's in 2004.

I highly recommend Arpi's because of the above employees.

Excellent and professional work. Vanessa and Ethan were extremely thorough. The took time to walk us through the shutdown and startup procedures and answered all our questions.

Excellent service! I called Arpi's because my humidifier was not working. They sent Adi to my house and he explained to us everything that he was doing. He was very accurate and knowledgeable. Thank you Adi! Thank you Arpi's!

Called in for an emergency repair. The rate to come after hours is $185. I can agree to that, considering it's after hours. However I was told I needed a new thermostat and the repair man was asking $289 for exactly the same brand and model that sells at Home Depot (which was still open at the time of the visit) for $60. That's just a rip off in my opinion.

We woke up to a very cold house. A quick call to Arpis (Julie)and they were on the way.

Vanessa was the technician they sent. Superb work. Explained every detail, each step of the way.

Very satisfied with the work and their responsiveness.

Second house and second time Arpi's came in with the most detailed assessment of the work required. Identifying and fixing a couple of existing issues along the way. Friendly and detailed installer completed the job with a clean install and left nothing to cleanup onsite.

Arpi s did a get job installing my 2 central air conditioners along with additional changes to HVAC system. Vanessa, James and Seth did a very good job. City electrical permit inspection went smoothly as well. I would definitely recommend Arpi s.

ARPIs installed my new furnace. The installer John MLaughlin and his assistant Mike went above and beyond installing my furnace with some glitches in my house construction. They worked hard and efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. They were helpful with the installation of thermostat and carbonmonoxide detector. Very happy with the product and the installation. The installer supervisor Kirk was also extremely helpful. Thanks for the great job!

Another great service call by Arpi s. Called them this morning as our furnace had quit and they were able to come out same day and quickly fixed our furnace. Vanessa was friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Will use them again and recommend to others.

My humidifiers were not functioning properly, and Arpi s sent out a tech (Seth) within an hour to take a look. Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I highly recommend Arpi s and Seth specifically, thanks again!

Kevin provided expert professional advise in getting the right equipment - furnace and water heater, for our home. Our furnace stopped working 2 days before installation, Kevin came to our rescue and provided temporary heating appliances to keep us warm.

The installers, Jason and Matt, did very good job from start to finish. They were highly qualified to complete the project and always cleaned up the work area before they leave. I highly recommend them for your next project.

William and his assistant did an excellent job of installing our new furnace. We were in a rush and they did everything they could to accommodate us. We are completely satisfied with the efficiency and expertise of Arpi's and their technicians.

Arpi's installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The estimator, Kirk, was friendly, very thorough in his inspection and provided a very detailed scope of work. He noticed something that others did not when quoting. I was impressed with his knowledge, flexibility and his detailed scope of work. He was also easy to talk to.
The entire job took two days, the work went smoothly, the install team was fabulous, friendly, they cleaned up and wore proper PPE. A few days after the furnace was installed, it wouldn't turn off it just kept heating up the house, it turned out to be a wiring issue, Arpi's sent a tech out and fixed it in a timely manner (this should be covered under warranty, haven't received a bill yet so that's a good sign).
Very happy with Arpi's. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Good customer service! Thank you.

Had our hot water tank replaced by Darryl and he was awesome! He was friendly, on time, and did the install quickly with no mess. He also gave us great tips to promote the longevity of our tank.

Arpi's service was excellent. They arrived the same day to repair hot water baseboard heating issue. As well, they were able to repair without replacing the existing baseboard, making the repair cost very reasonable. Highly recommend Ari's.

Arpi's Techs take care of our home heating system & plumbing needs , have done so for many years. Today it was Seth (heating system) who came to the rescue. His knowledge, experience & troubleshooting skills are greatly appreciated! Thank you Seth & thanks to Arpi's for being there whenever we call.

The technician, Ryan, resolved our issue quickly and provided recommendations on how to keep our 20-year old furnace running efficiently and effectively during a -30*C cold snap. I appreciate the honest of service techs who don t just recommend service work or product upgrades that aren t necessary. For this reason Arpi s will continue to get our business and when the time comes to replace our furnace, I will definitely be calling them!

We ended up finding out our Heater core had a crack in it, we had called 1 company and all they told us was we needed a new furnace. So we ended up getting a 2nd opinion... Arpi's came in and recommended we get a new furnace, but also gave us the option to fix the current furnace... They gave us lots of good reasons why we should go with the new option, and we decided it was the right choice.... During install they were amazing, went above and beyond to make things better including fixing up our cold air intake, and moved out hotwater tank for more room.

Amazing price for top quality furnace. My 19 years old furnace stopped working before Christmas and they arranged the installation on the second day after their holiday.Very nice service and only took 6 hours to finish it.

In dealing with the Arpis team from the estimate through to installation of a water tank, I found them to be honest, forthcoming with information, polite and professional. Daryl, who installed the water tank was promptly on time to the dot and ever so knowledgeable and humorous. I would only use Arpi's from here on in.

Lee came by my house and figured out why I was living in a frigid house on one of the coldest days this year. Fixed the problem and even made sure all my other "stuff" was working properly on my furnace. He made three girls very happy day (one being a cat!) Very grateful. Matt and Will came out to install a new furnace and hot water tank for us a couple of days ago. They did an excellent job of making sure we understood what they were going to do. As well, they explained the new thormostat and how to program it, how the pilot light on the hot water tank worked and the ignition system on the furnace. They were amazing! They made sure to clean up all the old messy ductwork from the ancient furnace that was here, they took away all there garbage and were quick to provide us the final paperwork, a very short time after they left. They were friendly, and skillful, and our whole experience with Arpi's from the moment we had our first repairperson out, James, who really did a great job of explaining the issues and his recommendations to change out the furnace, to working with Kirk and Chuck for the purchase of the new units, and the installation was top notch! I would highly recommend Arpi's to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their furnace.

Arpi's technician's are always professional, courteous and efficient. They never try to upsell you on anything or try to scare you into thinking you need something. They explain everything and only do the work that's necessary. I've been trusting Arpi's for 7 years now.
