I had my 40-year old Lennox furnace replaced in July 2018. I called three companies for quotes and information. Arpi's salesperson (Craig) provided the most detailed information. Their customer service representatives (Liz and Avery) were very nice and friendly. The technicians (Keith and Hank) were also very good. It was a very good experience overall.
