I just had my hot water tanks replaced and from my first contact with Laurri who is the service advisor to Darryl who installed the tanks, it was a very good experience. Laurri was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable on the product. Darryl was extremely efficient, professional and provided clear & precise instructions on how to best maintain the tanks. I would highly recommend Arpi's, as they provide excellent service, a great product and are truly fortunate to have these two employees representing the company.
