Habte asked if I had any concerns before he started and then noticed a few areas of concern which he took care of and took the time to show me how to do some preventative maintenance on the humidifier.

I've had 2 dealings with ARPI employees, Jeff Johnson and Seth (sorry I can't recall his last name). Both times were super awesome experiences. They were very helpful both in person and over the phone, punctual, polite, and not only fixed our heating issues, but explained it in a way that I could understand. Overall so happy with our experience with ARPI's and these two stellar employees in particular. It's so nice to know that if an issue comes up again, we can reliably give ARPI's a call to help us out. Have definitely recommended to friends. Keep up the great work Jeff and Seth!!

I had a sales representative come to my house and rental property on a Wednesday evening to give a quote on 2 air conditioners. He was 45 minutes late. By Saturday, I had not received a quote and the Costco deal was ending. I went to Costco and talked to another sales rep - who confirmed with the original rep - was quoted a fee and confirmed the fee was an all in fee. With Costco, you are required to pay the fee upfront and I did. On the day of install, after the install was completed, the technicians asked for an additional money. Sales Manager was completely on board with this practice and threatened to take me to court. No issues with the conditioners but can not recommend the company based on their ethics. Costco had to step in to resolve.

***Unlike the comments from Arpis review below no change was requested. City bylaw does not allow an air conditioner between the homes.

The knowledgeable and courteous service provided by Robert, the Arpi representative, was much appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure that both furnaces were repaired and running well. It was helpful to have him explain in detail the kind of repairs he was making and the impact the work would have on the functioning of the furnaces. I would highly recommend Arpi's work.

Our new humidifiers were installed quickly and work brilliantly. John took time to explain how to best manage the airflow in our house and expertly answered all of our questions. Thanks again Arpi's and John!

Just had my annual furnace serviced by Lee he fixed my annoying issue with my humidifier I don t have water running 24/7 now just when the furnace works. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I also had Arpis in to clean my ducts today the guys were efficient and polite.

we had our furnace installed on March 24/17.Mike and Lane put it in for us.These two guys were great,they were fast very courteous and really knowledgeable on what they did.The floors were covered no mess at all,the only way you could tell they were here was the new furnace.Very pleased all around with these guys

Super easy from booking my appointment over the phone to getting the final inspection report.
I loved the confirmation email and Jed sent me a text message to let me know what time he was arriving. He did a very thorough inspection on my furnace and AC and took the time to explain any concerns with me.

Booked an annual routine maintenance call and Hatem arrived on time and got right to work on the inspection etc. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns on our new furnace. He gave me some tips on a few things and in all it was a great experience.

I'm nice and toasty now. The serviceman was very polite, knowledgable and respectful of me and my home.
The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Do not use these people. They have ruined everything that they have touched both furnace and the A/C. Spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor with these people. When my home was 3 years old they did a service on the furnace and A/C they have not worked properly since. They do horrible work then 1 month after they were there something will stop working again. Things seem to stop after their one month warranty on the work they just did. Then the same problem again, but this time something else is added to the list. Call them back and dig deeper into my pockets to pay these fools. Still having issues till this day. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone!

Really happy with the overall service from start to finish the guys were really clean and knew there stuff, I haven t had any problems with my new furnace since it was put in. looks way better then before. I can barely hear it running, David and William were awesome!

We used Arpi's to replace our boiler and hot water tank at a rental property. David Dacey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient. David always made himself available to help the client. Arpi's was very prompt, responsible and they completed the job within the time period they expected. It was a very positive experience and the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend Arpi's and we will most definitely use them again.

Arpi's service tech Seth came today for a service call to repair my Lennox dual zone furnace which would not restart automatically after a power failure. I could start it manually by switching the power on and off. He replaced a faulty circuit board in the furnace which was covered by a 10 year warranty and reset some of the controls set in the past by Arpi;'s techs. Arpi's installed the furnace in 2009. I have had numerous service calls on the furnace as it has never worked to my satisfaction. It appears to run great now. There was no charge for the call.

I would complement Seth on his timely repair and diagnostics and his knowledge of the product. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and some of the operating characteristics of the furnace. Great job. My faith in Apri's is restored!!

Awesome Job! I am thoroughly impressed with Arpi's! I had a hot water tank failure yesterday, and it flooded half my basement. I called Arpi's first thing in the morning on January 2nd. My call was answered immediately and by 10 AM the hot water tank was removed and replaced - Job satisfaction 110% - Many thanks to Darryl Barbour for his expertise and attention to detail! Thanks Arpi's - Michelle and Darryl - you've proved yourself to me. I will have you service my plumbing needs any and every time in the future! Thanks for being so prompt and courteous!

Relocate furnace vents

Jon did an excellent job relocating vents in our basement so that we could have a new fireplace installed. He was courteous and professional. The heating and return vents are more efficient and there is more clearance in the furnace room from removing existing vents. We are very happy with his work.

We had an air-conditioning unit installed last month and the process went very smoothly. Our installer, William, and sales rep, Kirk, were great. He took the time to explain what he was doing and more importantly how everything works. He was pleasant, cheerful and very informative. we always use Arpis, and it was a great to see that they are still hiring great staff. Thank you Ryan and William!!

I had my first experience with Arpi industries on Tuesday when I asked for a repair /service of our home air conditioner. The repairman was efficient, polite, and very helpful. I would use this company again.

As a part of an annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance, I raised two issues that adversely affected the functionality of a Lennox iComfort WiFi-Flex thermostat.

1. After a power outage, it returned with an error; couldn't identify the otherwise perfectly communicating outdoor A/C unit.
2. After the power came back, the remote connectivity was lost, and it couldn't have been re-established without being present in our home and going through some settings on the thermostat.

Damien and Rob have identified the root cause of the problem (thermostat was defective), and confirmed it with Lennox tech support.

The thermostat was still under Lennox's 5 year warranty. The service call for replacement was scheduled the next workday. Rob has replaced it this morning, and everything is working fine now.

Had a new furnace and ac installed this week. 10 out of 10 experience. Jed and his helper Allen were very professional. They did an awesome job and cleaned up better than they found it. No regrets.

Arpi's gave me a great quote and suggested options that I was not aware of that worked great for our furnace replacement! The service guys were right on time, did their work without a fuss and were out and cleaned up before the scheduled time. A+.

My husband and I had arranged for a new furnace to be installed and installation eve brought snow and made for a slippery roof. The installers were not deterred and worked hard to get the new vent in place. I give them alot of credit for their professionalism.

I had a water heater developed a leak this week.

Called Apris and they sent Darryl B out. He did a great job. He inspected the issue, gave us back cold water for the day and came back and installed a new tank on day 2 He was great to deal with, worked very fast and gave us a good overview on the install and maintenance. Excellent!

Yesterday was an Arpi's day for me! It started with a furnace repair in the morning and Ryan came and diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the part and serviced both furnaces. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and answered all my questions.

Later in the day one of my hot water tanks (10 years old) started leaking and I phoned Arpi's to see if I could get help on a Friday afternoon!! I tried to turn the water off to the tank but the valve was corroded so the only option was to turn the water to the house off. I spoke with Michelle and explained the situation and she sprung into action. Within an hour she called me back and juggled some things around and Steve & Jordan arrived with a new tank and installed it. Once again they were courteous, professional and willing to give up a Friday afternoon to help me out.

Our thermostat failed this morning (on the coldest Sunday of the winter of course). Arpi s had a technician out within a few hours who diagnosed and resolved the problem right away (thanks to Rob for getting the heat back on!). We ve dealt with Arpi s for the last ten years and the level of service from their technicians has invariably been exceptional: prompt, courteous and always professional. They may not offer the lowest rates but our experience is that they will do the job right as quoted with no surprises. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating work.

Great customer service. Explained work completed and coached us on how to better run our system. Very respectful in terms of safety and distancing/mask wearing for covid 19, which I appreciated.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dealt with wireless thermostat connection issue before cold weather sets in.

Same day service. Technician very knowledgeable and happy to show me how to change filter on the furnace humidifier myself. Diagnosed issue with furnace quickly. In and out in an hour.

We have dealt with this company before, but this last time, on an air conditioning unit, it didn't seem like the technician had a handle on what he was doing, so it took a very long time to evaluate. We then got a quote on replacing furnace/air, which turned out to be the most expensive on lesser units, than two other quotes - in one case $2000 more expensive. Had another very reputable company do the work as a result.

How lucky I was today to have a friendly, organized, professional person like Vanesa discovering very quickly what was wrong with my furnace and then replacing the faulty motor. I d certainly recommend her to anyone. My thanks again.

These boys deserve a full on raise. We ve dealt with a NUMBER of contractors in the past two years as part of our ongoing renovation. Far and away, your guys were the most professional and most respectful of all of the contractors who have attended our home. Their attention to detail is bar none. Their work area spotless. For the first time in a long time work was done not only to expectation but they exceeded expectation in a climate where it s slam, bam, thank you Ma am.

Excellent service from the first call to Avery, the service advisor, to Darrell who installed the new hot water tank quickly and efficiently, the next day! Darrell also gave me a clear overview of all the gauges in layman s terms, and what they do before he left, which I really appreciated. We re happy campers with hot water again!

We had issues with our intake plugging up with snow right from the time we bought our furnace from Arpi s in 2017 and previously were not able to get ANY help from service personnel UNTIL TODAY! We had the same problem in the snowy weather this morning and called Arpi s again for help and a technician VANESSA came and right away spotted the problem and took positive steps to rectify the problem. From estimation through to completion and follow up on a minor thing the inspector found, the team at Arpi's was professional, reliable, responsive, and very competitive on price for the high quality Navien tankless heater. We had an agent Robb showed up after I requested for Furnace service for my Furnace. Robb was very gentle and knowledgeable. We were noticing some leak in our exhaust pipe in the Furnace. As our previous installer they fixed it without charging me anything extra. We will definitely call them again for other issues if arises

I called Arpis in need of a new furnace because my old one finally broke down and stopped working. In less than 24 hours they sent a crew of two young gents David and William. They arrived on time and went over what they would be working on before they started. Everything checked out, they quickly set up a work station and got right to work assuring me I could ask questions at any time. I am very pleased with the service I was provided, the boys were quick, clean, professional and friendly, I have already recommended them to my close friends and family who are looking to get a new furnace soon as well.

We got a new furnace and tankless hot water system. They have awesome service from start to finish. They really know what they are doing and stand by the quality of their work. We got a few quotes and they actually came in lower, with a higher quality product. We also got an AC unit from them years ago and never had any issues. A positive experience all around. Just purchased and had installed the high end Goodman furnace - it's nice to have heat again. Dealt primarily with Kirk Turnbull who was awesome and super accomodating. I had some problems with the set up of the wifi on the app and Kirk made every attempt to get it right, including getting his IT guy (Seth) to come over. They set me up and it works great now.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk and his team to anyone else.

Hello, ARPI's replaced my Hot Water Tank and Furnace on Friday August 16, 2019. Joe, Chris and Terry came to my home at 08:00a.m. and had the entire project completed and cleaned up by 2:00p.m. Joe, Chris and Terry did an excellent job and all three workers worked tirelessly and efficiently. They never took a coffee break or lunch break and worked right through until the job was completed.Joe, Chris and Terry were all very nice and pleasant and answered all my questions. They even set up and installed the two carbon monoxide monitors I gave them. I am very impressed with ARPI's and would recommend them highly for the installation of a new hot water tank and furnace.

Mr. Habte was very helpful, professional, and personable. After finding a problem with my furnace he explained the issue and ordered parts right away and took the time to sanitize the thermostat and door knobs before leaving. Thank you!

Plumbing leak. The tech was very helpful in finding the reason for the leak and also sourcing replacements parts under warranty. I received excellent help.

Our furnace stopped working today, I have small children and animal who get cold quickly so I called to have someone hopefully come within 24 hours to fix it and have heat again. I had someone come 1.5 after I had called. Seth our technician was extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to detect the issues and perform service right away. We had a wonderful experience and will be using them again if we have anymore issues in the future.

We had an excellent experience last year with Arpis when we had to replace our furnace so we didn't hesitate to get AC through them this year. Once again, fantastic service, can't say enough good things. Craig was excellent helping us get things setup and Will was amazing for the thorough and professional job he did, especially considering we have an older house, so it wasn't easy. Would not hesitate to use them again.

When we phoned Arpis they were very helpful & courteous to us on the phone. They sent Vanessa out very quickly as we were without heat. Vanessa was incredible! We can t say enough good things about her. She was very pleasant & kept us well informed as to what she was doing. Very efficient & checked everything out for us as well as fixed the problem. We will ask for Vanessa if we ever have any problems again. We have used Arpis many times over the years, for new furnaces & hot water heaters as well as repairs & servicing & they have always been great. We won t use anyone else but them.

I had Rob and Keith come out to look at an issue I was having with my heating system. They were prompt, professional and got the job done quickly. They explained what was happening to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Apri's to anyone having an sort of heating issues.

Our duplex's furnace room was on the shared interior wall in a developed basement so the exhaust had to run across the basement ceiling. The installer took care to limit the amount of drywall that had to opened up in the ceiling trying to get the pipe across the house. After installation we had a minor issue that was fixed without a hassle and at no cost.

I would recommend Arpis to any potential customer. We bought two Lennox furnaces and we love them. Arpis price was competetitve and the install happened just the way they said it would. Nice job.

Arpi's replaced our aging furnaces. Their quote was the lowest for the same equipment, and the installation was efficient and very well done. Several complications with the configuration of our house were dealt with smoothly. Overall, the service was highly professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Wanted to charge $500 before labour for a control valve advertised on Amazon for $160. Plus a $99 show up fee.

I had my furnace replaced and A/C and a new hot water heater installed. It was only a short time from quote to the work being done and it was done in a professional and speedy manner!

A big thanks to Arpi s professional, quality workmanship, and competitive and I don t give praise lightly. Arpi s recently installed a new furnace and combi boiler system for us. First off, Damien and Darcy made 2 visits out to my place (in Cochrane) to talk through options and installation. Both were fair and honest in dealing with me, no upsell tactics, and quick responses to my email questions. The installation (3 weeks later) went as scheduled on time, good communication. I can t speak highly enough for the install team of Jesse, Seth, and Allan! They worked through some gas-line and venting challenges, were super on showing me how things worked, and answering all my questions. (big kudo s to Allan for working in some tight spots). The install of the combi-boiler and piping is super clean...thanks Jesse for the top-notch install and putting up with a nosy owner. This reads like I m giving them a group-hug , but they deserved it. Thanks for a job well done and I d have no problem recommending Arpi s.

We just had a Lennox air conditioning unit installed today. John McLauchlin and his partner Mike were amazing. They were on time in the morning, used drop clothes throughout the house and cleaned up after them selves. John had to make modifications to our furnace to fit the new cooling coil. He installed it with precision and kept it tidy. The job was a bit of a challenge but in the end, was a very professional install. Thanks John & Mike for all your hard work and polite attitude, it was a pleasure having you in our home today.
