My furnace acted up (and down) for several days, leading me to call Arpi's after two heatless days.
Robert was the technician who came out, and he was very thorough starting with the thermostat before inspecting the furnace, which he noted was acting strangely. I have an unique furnace unit because of the condo I live in; it is a commercial unit located outdoors. Dealing with the cold and the fading light of a winter afternoon, Robert ran multiple tests and provided a detailed analysis of the results as well as getting it running and helping change the filters. He made sure the unit was heating after his initial work, as well as after we cycled the thermostat off and on. He was also transparent throughout--his testing found nothing--but the unit went from not operating to providing heat (in my opinion) thanks to his diligence and checking various components for intermittent failures.
