This is our second time working with Matt Laricy (first as a buyer, and now as a seller), and once again the experience has been top notch. Matt and his group are just an incredibly well-oiled machine, and the experience as a client couldn't be better. When we were buying our condo several years ago, we had to buy from out of town, within a very limited geographic area and budget, and close at a very specific time frame, and Matt made it all happen smoothly and with as little stress as possible.

This time, we needed to sell our condo in a softening market while again closing within a very specific time frame, and Matt once again came through. His knowledge of the market is excellent - he can tell you more off the top of his head than many realtors can looking through their computers. He knows exactly what needs to be done to make a listing show well - and what can be skipped to save time and money. The pictures, video, and 3D tours were incredible and presented the best possible picture of our condo. When it came time to show the place, his team made the showings as unobtrusive as possible, and ultimately we found a buyer that worked perfectly with our tight closing window. The entire process ran as smooth as it possibly could, which is exactly what happened for us when buying a place with Matt 3 years earlier. We can't recommend him and his team highly enough.
