To say Matt and his team are phenomenal to work with is an understatement. I was planning to relocate from California to Chicago; I had only been to the city a couple times and didn't know much about the neighborhoods, market dynamics, etc. I reached out to a few realtors on and Matt was the first to respond - in fact, he called me back within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

Throughout the process, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explain the different neighborhoods and buying processes unique to Chicago, and answer a million questions. He also spent time helping me figure out what exactly I wanted (duplex, high-rise, etc.) and had no issues course correcting when I figured out what I actually liked (which wasn't what I originally thought I would). His responses to my questions were always lightening fast and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Matt is both extremely knowledgeable and straight-forward - two musts if you want to make the right purchase and get a great deal.

In addition, his team is awesome! They are just as responsive as he is and on-top of everything throughout the process. Matt and his team made buying a home in Chicago from 2,000 miles away one of the most seamless processes I've experienced.
