He is very knowledgeable, he knows the market well and makes sure his customers end-up with a great deal.
Due to his good advising and perfect timing my offer was accepted although I wasn't the highest bidder.
Although Matt is obviously a super successful realtor, he is also very down to earth. He is definitely a people's person, you can ask any question and he is always willing to give you an answer in a timely manner.
