Matt worked very hard to accommodate our needs. Due to many extenuating issues, Matt had to overcome quite a few challenges in order to effectively market our place to potential clients. We had a condo in need of updating with impending lawsuits against the association; he helped potential buyers see the promise in the place and to see past some of the obstacles. He even helped secure financing when the service was needed. Matt and his associates always maintained a positive attitude throughout the process.
