Matt and his team were amazing with helping my sister find an apartment in Chicago. They exceeded all of our expectations by being incredibly hard-working, efficient, and honest with their opinions to help us find the perfect place.

Matt and Catherine had a significant amount of knowledge regarding the apartment buildings in Chicago, which was a great help. We were definitely on a time crunch when looking for a place, and Catherine always made time to show us any apartments we were interested in. Within less than two months, we were able to win a multiple bid on an apartment that we loved in the area we had hoped for. We really appreciated their help and efficiency with making this process so easy for us. Also, Matt knew that I was planning to move to NYC, and connected me with a great broker to help me with finding a place in NY! Matt never hesitated to help in any way that he could, which we really appreciated.
