We met Jaime during a home visit and were drawn to him immediately. He was thoughtful and curious about what type of place we were looking for, and we decided to work with him as we continued our apartment search. Throughout our process of searching for, bidding on, and buying our new home, Jaime was helpful, respectful, and incredibly resourceful. When we needed the prior owner's billiards table removed, Jaime had a guy. When we needed repairs done, Jaime had a contact he trusted. He guided us through a tricky process of bidding on a place that already had multiple offers, and he had a great sense of how to navigate a pressurized situation with a tight timeline. Bottom line: Jaime Luevano is a sincerely nice person with a talent for navigating the many ins and outs of buying and selling property. He always had our back and went above and beyond.
