I just want to say that Tyler was very instrumental in helping me buying my first condo in the city - the whole process was a very smooth, no-stress transition. He was also very helpful in providing all the addition requirements/ restrictions of the buying process due to the on-going pandemic.
I also want to note that - despite Tyler radiating professionalism from first sight - he was able to relay all information/ data about the buying process in a straightforward but candid way. It was almost like the two of us are sitting down at a coffee place chatting. This was especially refreshing to me.
All in all - I could not ask for a better buyer's agent than Tyler - he made a process that could potentially turn into a nightmare a breeze.
