Matt and this team are awesome. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what we wanted (a high-rise? a duplex? how many bedrooms?) and where we wanted (South Loop? Lakeview?). Matt was very knowledgeable, gave us excellent advice, and told us clearly when he didn't like a place, even if that meant he had to drive us around to look at more places. He was also very patient as we probably visited 50+ places over the course of a year in our quest to figure out what we wanted.

Quick tip: we did some shopping, but we ended up using Matt's suggested lawyer, lender, and home inspector - they all did an excellent job, and gave us very competitive rates. So that saves a lot of work for you as well!
