Matt and his team are the best in Chicago. I just purchased my first condo and they made the entire process as easy and seamless as they possibly could. The entire team is so quick to respond and happy to help with any questions you may have. Matt in particular is SUPER knowledgable and amazing when it comes to negotiating. I got into a multiple bid situation and he offered the perfect advice to help me win out of seven offers on my condo.
