We are so happy that we ran into Matt. My girlfriend and I were wandering through Chicago learning about neighborhoods in order to educate ourselves for our move from Washington DC, when we ran into Matt. We happened to be standing in the lobby as Matt came down from a showing, and he was gracious enough to allow us to barge into his day and show us the unit after his scheduled showing. After going through that first unit and seeing how knowledgeable, pragmatic and honest Matt was, we knew we had found our agent.

As we continued our search, Matt was always incredibly responsive and accommodating of our scheduling constraints as "out of town" buyers. He continued to impress us with his knowledge of every building, empty lot and building HOA in downtown.

Even while Matt was on vacation in Europe, he continued to follow up on our final closing details and ensured his kind and helpful team were present to help us with every concern.
