This is my second time around working with Matt and his team, and I am so glad I returned. Matt helped me a close on a condo this October. Right from the time I expressed interested in buying earlier in the summer to signing on the dotted line, Matt was the most supportive, reliable and trusted partner. He was patient with me as I explored many neighborhoods, explained the details, pros/cons of every single condo we visited, obviously knows all the buildings very well and helped me navigate a multiple bid situation with the condo I finally landed on. His team was so on point during the closing process, I never had to think about much on my own. All in all, he made it so easy and painless, I am so grateful to him. I would recommend him any day!
