Matt and team were absolutely stellar from start to finish. Matt was clear and efficient in his communication with me. He provided regular updates and quickly and expertly answered any questions I had about the condo or market. His communication in regards to steps, timing, and responsibilities was extremely organized and the team helped out with every request I had. Selling my condo while no longer living in Chicago would be hard for most but Matt and team made it as painless as possible. I recommend Matt without reservation and would go back to him to buy again if I ever moved back to Chicago. 5 stars across the board.
