I don t recommend their service department. First and foremost, just to get an oil change they were over 3 weeks out, which is RIDICULOUS! Second, their 1 hour oil change took closer to an hour and 20 minutes (for just an oil change). Also, when you re spending close to $100 for an oil change I think they should vacuum AND wash the car. They did vacuum, but didn t wash it. Looks like I ll need to find a new place to get my oil changed.

I had high hope being able to obtain a car from this dealer. Once the process started, communication with the sales person disappeared for several days. Until I followed up, no one was keeping in touch with me.
Until a few days before I was to come to the dealership, another person responded. This sale person sent me mixed up information about the cars that I was interested in. Once I pointed out the issues, she started to be defensive and told me the MSRP of the car I was asking about was more than the one she quote when it was actually less - per their sale price. She was also mixed up with the colors of the two vehicles. I kept the email exchanges just in case they dispute this. At the end, I had to send her the pics directly from the dealership website and then she just basically ignored the issues and insisted upon what she told me was correct. I ended up going elsewhere. Disappointing.

BONO was the worst! I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! As a first time buyer, Bono started off amazing. He gave me lots of knowledge and taught me the lingo of dealerships. Once it came time to get down to business he only gave me two options on vehicles. A brand new Mazda or an old Pontiac. My car payments would have been higher than I would like and I wasn't satisfied with either of the cars. Bono began telling me to get rid of my smartphone and make a sacrifice. When it came down to it he told me that he helped me out now it's time that I do him a favor... I was not satisfied and left the dealership this was my first stop at the beginning of a long journey. I ended up finding a car with an amazing sales person at dick Hannah Honda by the name of grant Brady he was awesome!!! BONO SENT ME A HIGHLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL!! He what is your typical pushy angry aggressive salesman. I couldn't have been more dissatisfied. Needless to say don't even waste your time everything is highly overpriced. If you need a recommendation I would highly recommend they can a Honda which is right across the street :)

I purchased a CX5 there and they had me there for 6hrs. 4.5 of which I sat in the office waiting for something. I didn t have lunch so all day sat there hungry. Even my salesman stepped out and came back smelling like food meaning he took lunch and wasted my time. Also coming back to get a key done or doing any kind of service is brutal. The service never picks up and is pretty poor. Have to schedule out for 3-4 weeks.

I would highly recommend Alan Webb Mazda, the finance manager took care of me and my family after purchasing a new vehicle and realizing the next day that the payment was too much for us to manage they tried to keep our business and gave back original vehicle. I would say that I will always consider this place first when ready to get into new vehivle.

First of all, great cars. Never owned a Mazda before. Absolutely love my CX-9. Ive driven Audis and this is its match, better in some ways. Smooth as silk; great materials and finish. Makes me happy every time I sit down in the mocha brown leather seats. Excellent

Sales experience, not bad. Young salesman, somewhat inexperienced but pleasant, got answers, available. Proactive - he noticed a Navi chip missing and saved me a trip to service. Price was Costco program (*highly recommend*) and a reasonable prior year model rebate, so no haggling. A few extras thrown in to sweeten the experience. Solid good.

Big five star to the Service Department. I saw other reviews that focused on terrible service. I did not (personally) see that. Quite the opposite. I had a minor glitch in my electronics the day I brought it home. Called them on the back way in. Secora , the rep, gave me several last minute scheduling options, one of which was immediate drop off with a loaner car. It was ready when I got there. From drop off to pick up, service desk bent over backwards to get the job done quickly, and delivered my car back early with a sample multi-point inspection thrown in to show what I can expect next time. I think they ll do fine. Haven t met the others but Secora shows what a difference intelligent, motivated employees can make. Excellent Service.

I thought about a five star, but they re not quite there. Finance/accounting was below average - needing a very talented assist from their sister Chevy dealership next door to complete the process. But, a *solid good*.

I have bought a used Tahoe & then went back a few years later and bought a new Mazda. Peter helped us both times and was professional and very helpful. Ive had my Mazda 3 hatchback for a little over a year and LOVE it! Definatly would go back again!

While waiting for my insurance to pay off my totaled vehicle, I made a visit to Alan Webb Mazda to test drive a CX5.
Jose greeted my boyfriend and I as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly; but most importantly, not pushy.
I contacted him a few days later when I received the payout, and Jose was able to put together all of my paperwork while I was at work, all I needed to do was show up and sign.
This was a much more convenient, and "relaxed" than any other car buying experience I have had. I walked away with a big smile, and a great new car.
I highly recommend asking for Jose to assist you on your visit!

These guys lie and lie and lie. Sold me a warranty and hid it as a warranty transfer fee. Wasn't until I went in to pay it that I found out they tacked an extra 2300.00 to my financing from my bank and the money they said I owed wasn't to transfer a factory ( which isn't possible) they added their warranty to make sure they got every penny my credit union made available to me. The money owed was actually to cover the remainder the bank wouldn't cover. Totally deceptive. I would have been a return customer down the road.

2 hours and they sent me to three sale people and none of them had a car to test drive. I have cash for a new car, the car I wanted all they had to do is let me test drive it. Nope they sent me three different indifferent people none had the car to test drive.. Was I pissed wasting 2 hours for nothing...... Customer service is expensive and insulting. They refuse to sell me a key for my wife's car. One simple key cost them my future car sales and places them in my book of car dealer to avoid. Clowns running the show putting their comfort over customer service.

As soon as we walked in they were cheating us of our time. The sales rep wasn't too bad as he described every detail of the vehicle and had us test drive it, which was educational. But he avoided talking numbers and pricing with us. He eventually sat down with a price and we gave him another. He pulled over a finance rep who immediately gave me a very bad vibe. The sale rep lied about the price we wanted. The finance rep wouldn't budge on the price. He wouldn't look at me unless he demanded answers (I'm a woman if that tells you anything ) So we tried to get them to give us a few things like alloy wheels, all weather mats, and door guards. They would only give us one of those items. They kept twisting the prices and monthly payment around, claiming that they were trying to work with us but secretly they were seething at how irritated they were about us being hard to convince. But they convinced us and they were probably laughing because they were selling us a 2014 vehicle with a kit we didn't want but they wouldn't remove, all for a meet $24,000, at 4% interest even though my husband had good credit and they forced him to get a cosigner. If he hadn't had a cosigner they would have forced 11% interest on us. On top of this, they demanded $2000 down payment. As we signed, the third and final financial specialist declared that we were to sign a document agreeing that we were receiving only the car, even though they had agreed to give us a couple additions for free. In reality, the items weren't a big deal. But 5 hours later, they had slighted us, lied to us, checked our credit, and degraded us. We didn't sign that last document. We walked up to the manager and asked why they changed their mind. They declared that they had never made any promises that we described. we remained courteous and went out the door. But that wasn't it! The financial rep, the second person we met, chased us out the door and said that we would never get a better deal and that we were walking away from the best deal. As we turned around and described how they made a mistake in lying to us, he raised his voice and said "don't point your finger at me you ol' cheat!" I wasn't even done talking and he spun on his heel and retreated to the store. How disrespectful! This whole time they were the cheats and they called us cheats? I was livid. We took our downpayment back and left. Oh you think that was it?? It was only almost done. As we drove away, the sales rep waved goodbye, saying he would see us again. And next day, he called saying he wants our business. As we reiterated how we didn't appreciate what they did, he quickly said goodbye and hung up.

In the end I am so glad that we didn't buy that car. It would have been a complete rip off. Don't get ripped off from them like we almost were!!!

I have to travel about an hour to the dealership, when I bring my Mazda in for oil change I would appreciate it if additional work is needed and it's not time consuming to ask me if I want it before check out. I usually don't see additional work until I get home but this last time I came in I seen it before I left the parking lot so I asked if it could be done now instead of making another trip and they could, so now my car has to wait again for spot, wait for work to be done, another bunch of paperwork and check out for 2nd time. It would help them and me if during inspection and time permitting they just ran it by me so I can decide to have work done then or later.

Worked with Devin and the sales manager to buy a pre-owned car. The experience was fantastic as they accommodated my wishes. Devin was very helpful and not pushy.

I was allowed to work out the details through phone calls and emails which saved me the hassle of sitting around the dealership for endless hours.

I had a very specific budget I wanted to stay in and I wasn't pressured to go outside of my limits. I also very much appreciated the no haggle / lowest price advertisement.

They tried to use a couple of sales tactics to finalize the deal - constantly trying to get me to come in - but, when I said I wasn't coming in until I was ready to sign - they accommodated.

Over all it was a great experience. The only thing I would want differently - but didn't ask for it - is I would have liked to see all the paper work drafted and given a day to read it all in leisure instead of quickly going through it at their office.

had to wait 6 hrs for the finance guy, he was literally stoned out of his gourd, crappy follow ups after the sale, referred a friend and had to threaten them to get the money they promise for the referral, the only positive is they found a way to get me a great interest rating.. so would I recommend them? HELL NO!!! May as well go to Dick Hannah for the same treat
ment but better selection of vehicles..

Ok.. so far worse.. I traded my car in to Vancouver Ford- (EXCELLENT BY THE WAY!!!).. They are so far at around 8 weeks to refund my warranty and gap coverages.. basically I had to threaten them with calls to the IRS, to Consumer Affairs all on their sales floor.. so we will see if they actually do anything or if I have to push the agenda to get the refund owed to me (a refund they claimed took 4-6 weeks)..

I had an excellent experience here and *highly* recommend the dealer! Another driver rear-ended my prior vehicle and totalled it, leaving me carless and in need of a replacement car -- and quickly. Since another family Mazda was working out well, I began shopping for a Mazda CX-5 in the Puget Sound area. (I live in Tacoma.) I found the nearby dealers providing either uncompetitive pricing or unhelpful responses ("get your best deal and I'll beat it by $X when you come in"). My shopping turned up Alan Webb Mazda in Vancouver -- not nearby, yet close enough to get me there with a good deal. It seemed too good to be true: In two quick conversations, I got the vehicle pricing -- first the selling price, then the selling price with eligible incentives after I provided qualifying documentation. After finalizing the price, I made plans to take the Amtrak train down so I could return with my purchased vehicle and without the hassle of getting a ride or arranging a one-way rental. On a busy Saturday, the paperwork took a bit of time. Yet during the entire transaction, the dealer personnel treated me respectfully and professionally -- no game-playing with vehicle availability or high-pressure add-ons, and no surprises about pricing. I felt impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of my salesperson, Natalie Houser, and would recommend talking with her if you're in the market for a Mazda. She even helped get me from the Vancouver Amtrak station to the dealer! Between the excellent deal, great service, and overall staff professionalism, I would recommend Alan Webb Mazda based without hesitation -- even if it means taking the train from Tacoma or beyond.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you don't have a manager available on a weekend, you should atleast have a decent customer service representative that can help to address a mistake that your company is responsible for. I scheduled an appointment, you confirmed my time, and then when I show up at said time, you state that I don't have an appointment scheduled and that I'll have to wait even longer for you to fix your mistake. I now understand why Allen Webb has an F rating with the better business bureau. It's because of you, I wish I never would have bought my mazda.

Bought my 2018 AWD GT CX-5 from Alan Webb Mazda on Saturday. The entire process was just fine. They were up front with me on pricing. I reached out to the other local Mazda dealerships to get a quote over the phone and Alan Webb matched the best price. They were pretty busy and it took a little time to get through the paper signing process, but they were very considerate and apologetic for the delay. Two thumbs up.

Narissa was very knowledgeable on the car I test drove. Her customer service and persuasion to buy were amazing. If I were ready at that moment to buy, hands down I would be driving a new Mazda today

I have had my car serviced and worked on recently at Alan Webb Mazda. Every time has been a good experience. They openly communicate about time and price. The repairs were done within the scope of work. I'm glad to have had them keep my vehicle operating and my daughter safe on the roads. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others for service or work on their vehicles.

Went into the dealership and did not think I would leave that day with a car. The dealers worked with me to check out my information and credit to find me the best deal. They were really helpful and helped guide me to the perfect car. I bought a Kia Soul a few weeks back and I have never been happier. They even took in my trade for a car that I didn't want anymore which really helped out a lot.

Even after the sale they are still in contact to make sure everything is fine and that I love my car. They are great people there and I have never seen service as awesome as what I was given there. Even the paperwork process was faster than what I've seen before at other places. They really know what they're doing there. When I make a little more money and upgrade my car I'm definitely stopping back at Alan Webb.

Miserable customer service. I have left messages with the service center and have left messages with the online chat and have yet to received a call back or anyone who answers the phone. After a week of trying, I'm going to drive to Portland for service.

Our initial salesman, Trey, was great but the experience was terrible from the time that we began talking price and one of Trey's bosses or coworkers took over. After that time, we spent 1-2 hours "negotiating" a price. Negotiating isn't the appropriate word, though, because they did not give one single dollar. Most of that time was spent (read: wasted) by them walking back and forth into a back office and then coming back to ask us again to give them a better offer.

It was a HUGE waste of our time. I don't mind if you're stuck on the advertised price but if that's the case, tell us upfront that you don't negotiate so we can leave if we don't like the advertised price.

They asked to run a credit application under the guise of getting me a better price. It came back showing great credit and only then did I see that they just wanted me to feel more invested in the process. They still refused to negotiate.

A few hours later I went to Gladstone Mazda and bought the exact same 2014 Mazda3 hatchback Grand Touring with 7,000 fewer miles (1,500 vs 8,500) for the price I offered Alan Webb. They negotiated with me and didn't waste my time so I recommend you visit them instead.

Be sure to schedule your service appointments well in advance, because they stay very busy. Always a pleasant experience. The waiting area is comfortable. The service/maintenance team has matched the pleasant experience I had when I purchased a car here 4 years ago.

We went to Alan webb Mazda knowing that we wanted a CX-5. Peter & Jared both helped us out. Peter took us for a test drive showed us all the great perts of the CX-5, including the new PLUSE option they have on all of their cars, but then we got paper work back and we knew we couldnt afford that payment. Peter did a great job and didnt give up and we started over on what kind of car would fit into the amount of payment we wanted but also the kind of car that we would still be happy with because we wanted to go with Mazda. Even with the first bump in the road from start to finish one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences my husband and I have ever been threw! It was awesome! We will go back to buy our next car and will recommend our friends and family! Thanks again and we LOVE our 2013 Mazda 3! A huge fan or the skyactive option too!

I had a great experience at Alan Webb. Cody didn't pressure me at all and helped me out with everything I needed. He went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I wanted for the price I needed. He really restored my faith in car salesmen because of a previous bad experience somewhere else. I love my CX-5 GT!!

The friendly faces and personalities of the service department save my rating from a 1 star.

I have the credit, the income and the want to trade up my Mazda3 for a CX-5 T/GT. I am the perfect "lay-down" as its known in the industry. And when better to trade up someone than when they are in on a recall service appointment? At least three sales people were sitting around doing nothing but talking while I walked myself around and sat in the two colors I'm deciding between. More than 20 minutes and not even a "did you want to take it for a test drive"? It felt like I was being judged for wearing jeans, a t-shirt and an athletic jacket. Like I don't have the means to buy a 30 thousand dollar car. When I own, outright, a 22 thousand dollar car.

I'll be back for service, but someone else, someone that wants a sale, will be getting my future business.

Talked to salesman at 10 am about a specific car, he assured me that customer service and satisfaction were top priority and he'd get right back to me with bottom line pricing (I'm north of Seattle, not interested in driving down and haggling, wanted all my ducks in a row). We discussed faxing documents, and that I was ready to move on the vehicle immediately. An hour later I texted him, management still not available. 2 hours later I texted again multiple times , no response. 3 hours later I FINALLY hear back (after I sent an obviously unhappy text). They sold the car, but by the way, we wouldn't have negotiated on price anyway. It was only reasonably priced, not amazing, plenty of wiggle room. Terrible practice to leave someone hanging for 3 hours. Obviously took my business elsewhere (where I got the same car for literally thousands less).

My husband bought a car from here like 4 years ago, and they screwed him over and basically gave him nothing for his trade in. They just added what he owed to the price of the car he wanted. So a 15K car became a 25K car. We stopped in to test drive the CX5 thinking lets waste their time for that because we were not buying that weekend. Super nice dude, no pressure so I thought maybe they had changed. BOY WAS I WRONG! A few weeks later I stopped by. They came at me with a reasonable lease deal but I still needed it a bit lower. Then suddenly I need to put $1000 down and I can't. So now according to them, my only option is to trade my car in, and buy a used car that is potentially worse than the car I presently have. (My car is fine and all, great condition. I'm just over it personally). Somehow we went from here lease this car for $355 a month to your only option is to buy a used car for 12K max. And PS you have too much in negative equity.

We went to nearly every dealership in the Vancouver Auto Mall and were not treated as well as we were here! Had a great experience here at Alan Webb Mazda. We worked with both Peter and Bano and they were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful car salesmen we've had the pleasure of working with. They were both highly invested in giving us the best service possible and we could tell. Negotiations were smooth and we were at no time pressured to purchase or treated poorly by any means. Left with the car I wanted for the deal I wanted and will recommend Alan Webb Mazda (especially Peter and Bano) in the future. I purchased on 5/31/14.

This trip was only a standard service call. And, as usual, the human and work services were top notch. Of course, when you buy a Mazda and have it serviced by the same dealer, they take their jobs seriously.

I made an offer online during May of 2017. the Internet Sales Manager called me to talk about the deal. There were a few calls back and forth but the final offer from the Internet Sales Manager was the advertised price. The local dealership beat his advertised price, by the way. What is wrong with this Internet Sales Manager? If I wanted to pay advertised price, I would have walked into the dealership instead of wasting my time talking to him. What an idiot? I bought a car elsewhere of course.

Never taking my car to this dealership again. I had to schedule an appointment 3 weeks before at 8am because they had no other openings which I was fine with. mind you I live and hour and a half away so I had to leave my house at 6:30am to drop off my vehicle because my car kept popping a code up (PO302). so I showed up at 8am and they were kind enough to give me a lyft to my friends house. Several hours (4) went by with no calls or texts about my car. I was wondering when they d call me and tell me about my car because its only supposed to be a one hour diagnostic. So I called an asked about my car and the lady upfront who answered the call was very rude and not helpful, wouldn t tell me anything about my car because it wasn t her job. so I got irritated and took an Uber there. Once I got there the lady I had spoke with on the phone kept arguing with me that there was nothing she could do. I had dropped it off with a different lady this morning she had went on lunch without calling or texting me about my car and I felt that was a wrong way to handle your responsibilities as a front desk lady so I got irritated and waited for her to be off her lunch for another hour. So I ve waited for 5 hours to see what s up with my car. Once she got back from lunch she went to go look at the computer to check out my car and they haven t even started! When I was the first car to be there. So I asked her why did I have to be here at 8am in the morning for you to now start my car at 2 o clock? She had no response. So I waited there for another 2 hours to make sure they d actually check out my car. After the 7 hours in total, when it was only supposed to take and hour and 45 mins at most to tell me a list of things that needed to be fixed instead of the one thing I needed to be answered. That whole day wasted with no real answer to why the code keep popping up. Ridiculous! #karenmode

Thanks Cody and Trey for helping us purchase our new Mazda! Our recent experience at Alan Webb was great. My husband and I have nothing but positive comments for the sales team and finance department. I honestly can't see us buying another car anywhere else.

We recently went to Alan Webb Mazda and purchased a CX-5. Our sales person, Bono was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This was quite refreshing as we had looked at other cars and other dealerships and the other salesmen were not very professional or knowledgeable about their own cars! There was no high sales tactics or pressure. Bono was very confident that once we drove his CX-5 and compared the other cars, we would be back and he was right. We test drove Toyota Rav4, Honda CRV and Subaru Forrester and none could compare to the great handling Mazda. Plus the price and features we wanted were all on the model we selected. In closing, again no high pressure and overall a very pleasant and easy buying experience. We would definitely buy another car from Bono and are recommending him and the dealership to our friends looking for a car.

Cody Prindel, did the best job! Kept us in the loop about the car, got us a great deal, got our 2016 Mazda CX-9 Signature model fast and quick! So excited for this car thank you so much!! The paperwork and the entire deal was so quick and easy! This is the 5th car we have bought at Alan Webb Mazda. Great service and great sales people! Thanks again Cody!!!

Other dealerships were pushy, lying and persistent. Ryan was a pleasant change. He explained everything and was patient answering all our questions. It felt like Ryan was not into the other dealer's games. The other sales people were also helpful, even knowing we were working with Ryan.I would highly recommend Ryan and Alan Webb Mazda.

I purchased an RX8 two months ago. The day I bought it, one of the service techs had the key fob in his pocket and broke it so I had to take my trade in home and come back after they'd ordered and programmed a new fob. Then they told me when I was there to pick it up that the ignition ring needed to be replaced so I had to bring it back in. While we were waiting for the ignition ring to be delivered the AC went out and they had to order a part and repair that as well.

Yesterday, two months and three days into my ownership, the stereo shorted out and stopped working. It's aftermarket, but it was in the car when I purchased it, so I don't expect the dealership to fix it, but I do feel like they should have made sure it was working. Especially considering when they replaced the ignition ring they told me that it was shorting out because of how the stereo had been installed so I know they were in there and either messed it up themselves or should have taken the time to fix it so it was't screwing up other systems in the dash.

They assured me when I purchased this that they'd gone over it and it was in excellent working condition. Two trips in to service and now I have to take it somewhere else for more work inside of two months is NOT excellent working condition. If I had it to do over I would not have purchased a car from this dealership. I'd advise you don't either.

***UPDATE***
I was reading through other reviews and saw that someone had posted about seeing a car on the website with stock wheels, then coming in to test drive and finding out that the rims and tires had been upgraded and the stock set was no longer available, and that this jumped the price considerably. This was part of my buying experience as well. The picture on the website showed stock wheels. The picture the salesman sent me that i have in my email right now shows stock wheels. When I got there the following day, "Oh, well, now it has upgraded rims and tires and we don't have the stock ones so the price isn't going to be $9000, it's $12000. Hope that's ok." I was pissed, but no amount of trying was able to get me the stock wheels. If I want aftermarket accessories I'd like the option to pick them myself, not finance them forever. Plus then I'd have the stock set for winter tires or whatever. Nope. Nowhere to be found. I had originally given this review two stars but since I saw that this was a common practice I've now dropped it to one. Originally posted on Yelp 07/06/2016, see additional reviews for follow up.

Ask for Peter from the get go - tell him I sent you..., a great guy, no too pushy like a lot of salesmen can be - but it is his job to sell you a car and hopefully some stuff with it that will help you more it. Bottom line - these guys need to sell stuff to make a living. So get over yourself... it's not all about you. I first made contact with an email responder after asking for the price of a vehicle listed on their website without a price posted - I didn't get that info after a couple emails back and forth but decided to call in anyhow. That's when I talked to Peter, and unfortunately Peter had to share what shred of commission was left with the other guy. That was unfortunate but beyond my control. I was first looking into a used mazda 6, but after getting there and finding the used one not quite to the trim level I expected we looked around for a new one that had it all. They do have a lot of selection. The new mazda 6 i grand touring is what I wanted and we found it - in a color I wanted. To begin with - I had shown up late, and Peter was a little busy with another customer - but when he got free and focused his attention with me he did all it took. Of course I wanted a test drive and even though it was late in the day - no problem - we went for a spin and I really enjoyed the mazda 6. I found the particular unit I wanted right near closing time. I didn't want to come back the next day and Peter obliged me, and saw it through. I didn't realize how long it would take to do all the paperwork so I unintentionally kept him from his family deep into the night - but he was a good sport about it. Be prepared to spend a few hours whenever you buy a car... it just takes a while - no getting around that. Anyhow, bottom line - the mazda 6 is a beautiful work of art, the technology in it is mind boggling, it's great fun to drive, and Peter at Alan Webb Mazda made the buying experience a positive one.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience. Not often can you say that about purchasing a used car, especially from a dealership. I can't remember the last time I had a dealership take such good care of their customer. My sales representative was Ryan, who was excellent. We had a few hiccups in the purchasing process (out of the dealerships control) but Ryan made sure that the proper repairs would be done to ensure a safe vehicle and that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. At no point did I feel pressured or deceived during my purchase. Thank you for your excellent service. If you come here I highly recommended asking for Ryan Sundine.

My husband I bought two brand new Mazda 3s from this dealership just over a year ago and recently noticed some paint peeling on the hood of one of them. I'll also mention that my mom passed away last week, so we were a little distraught when we brought the car in on Friday, just three days after learning about her passing. The dealership came out and said it was sap damage and that they are unwilling to cover or fix it. Fast forward to today and my husband took the car to a body shop to get their opinion and they laughed at the idea that it was sap damage, saying instead that it was faulty paint. My husband is also a disabled vet with severe anxiety and this type of situation causes him severe stress and depression. When he brought up what the body shop said with the dealership they said that only one person can approve this type of repair and they only come in once a month. Really? That seems a little ridiculous. It's hard to imagine having to pay $1000 dollars to fix the paint on a basically brand new car, but at this point I'm pretty sure Alan Webb Mazda isn't going to do the right thing and cover it. It's incredibly disappointing because we had an easy and stress free time purchasing the cars and were impressed with the service up until now.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership! I drove in from 2 1/2 hours away and couldn't imagine having gone anywhere else. Jerod worked with me over the phone in days prior to insure that it would not be a wasted trip, and once we got there he did a fabulous job at getting my interest rate as low as possible (it was cut down 75% lower than what I had on my trade-in). Dominic was also great showing me all my options on the lot and had extreme patience with me as I was being really nit picky! I never felt pressured whatsoever and was given the best of the best with customer service. Absolutely recommend anyone to go to these miracle workers!

Why do you modify your cars? Went to test drive a 6 and couldn't find one on the lot that didn't have aftermarket wheels. The wheel choices are also tasteless and cheesy and distract a well designed car. The car I drove had 20" wheels that weren't balanced and ruined the ride. I will be looking elsewhere for my next car. Not a professional experience

This service department staff treats its customers well! I have faithfully taken my Mazda here every 5,000 miles as recommended. The service is top notch - they try to fit you in if they can if they are scheduled out. They have cars available as loaners sometimes which is a huge help. They even patched and repaired a nail in my tire at no charge. Highly recommended whether or not your car was purchased at the dealership.

Devin was able to show us the car that met all our requirements. Then Payton helped us with the buying process. Overall very good experience, personnel is welcoming and they will take care of you. Returned next day to review car features. They offered us the right maintenance service and long term piece of mind.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend purchased a vehicle from here over a year ago, and it was the biggest mistake he has made. He now has a lien filed against him due to Alan Webb Mazda not filing paperwork. He has spent hours trying to clear his name because of their incompetence. Please do not waste your time with this terrible company!

Best experience ever. Buying a car is tough, no question about it. But the people at Alan Webb Mazda, Brenda in particular, made it almost a pleasure to do. They listened to me, understood my situation and worked it through so my wife got the car she wanted and I got the fairest deal I believe possible given my particular circumstances. Brenda made it fun both for me and my wife, who was not shy in telling her and Cody about how she hated the process. Thank you everybody who made this the deal of the century for us.

Total bait and switch dealership. Still operating like its the dark ages. Its places like this that gives car dealers a bad name.

Online they post images of cars with aftermarket wheels or other manufacture accessories installed. In the posting they include the price of the car. Or so you think. When we arrived on the actual we were rudely informed that the car we thought we came to look at was 3-$4000 higher than advertised. They then tried to show us stripped down versions of the car for the price they claimed the one online to be.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!

We took our business to Dick Hannah and got a car for less than the price they showed online. Much better experience.

Alan Webb Mazda is a pleasure to work with. Last year I got a Miata MX-5 and was extremely satisfied with the transaction.
I went back this year and traded in my Hyundai for a CX-5. Another pleasant transaction.
I use them for servicing my cars and find that with an appointment I am in and out as promised. Much more convenient than a drive in oil change if you like to plan your day.
I would recommend them to friends and family as the car dealer of choice in Vancouver. I have tried to transact business with other dealers in Vancouver and ended up leaving frustrated and irritated. And Alan Web Chevrolet is next door with an American product if you prefer.

Service is superb. I worked with Ryan, who guided me to a local area to demonstrate some of the features of the new CX-5, which was refreshing. Did not end up buying a car here because of the size of the vehicle.

We had a great experience. Peter helped me with a truck we were interested in. He didn't pressure us. He talked to us like he just wanted to help, not make a buck. When it came to the financing, they offered the extended warranty and explained the benefits. There was no pressure to buy. We did have to go back the next day to resign some paperwork but I resulted in an almost 1% reduction in my interest rate.

Second experience with Alan Webb and fortunately this one was better. I was in contact with Jose(salesman) for about a month before my purchase. He was extremely helpful answering any question I had. When the day came to make the purchase, he had the vehicle out and ready for my wife to check it out. He also took good care of us while we went through the process to get the paperwork done. It appears that Alan Webb is really trying to win back some customers by hiring some new people that seem to care.

Service is always good, but process for checking in this time was very different. I purchased the car there 10 years ago and have serviced it there since day one. I also purchased the lifetime oil change at that time and it should show in the vehicle files for service. I was asked today for the original certificate and told I had to bring it with me each time now. It should be something that can be in the vehicle files at the dealership, especially since I continue to service the vehicle there.

We worked with Cody Prindel and the entire experience from our first test drive to understanding our options and negotiating the terms were actually a pleasure to experience. We leased a CW-5 and Cody made sure we understood all of its' features, service requirements, etc. He even helped us set up your Bluetooth phones!

First off, let me start by saying if your looking for used cars, this place has almost no Mazdas. When I was there, I went and looked at a new car. This guy came over to me and looked annoyed and confused. When I told him I was just looking he said I should go inside and he can help. When I was inside, he was really rude and when I said I was looking for this, he said he didn't think I could afford it. He showed me a cheap car and looked annoyed when I said no. I asked for him to actually show me cars. He said that he would be inside if I needed help. As soon as I start walking away I hear him say something from under his breath and go help someone else. After that, I looked around a little bit and left. To conclude, do NOT go here if you are looking for friendly people. The Ford dealership nearby has much nicer people who will gladly help you.

I typically don't write reviews but had to pull the trigger on this one. It seems Alan Webb is living in the dark ages when it comes to customer service...very bad culture, it seems, from the top down. My poor experience was in the Mazda service department of their Vancouver, WA branch with David Cavarretta. I had two visits in May, 2016. One for an oil change and vehicle inspection and the other for a repair on the driver lumbar adjustment. The outcome of the vehicle inspection indicated that my front rotors needed replacing. I declined the repair and did a brake job on the vehicle myself which revealed that they had lied to me about my front rotors needing replaced. With the lumbar repair, they failed to repair it, and David refused to accommodate me with a shuttle service outside their radius on a return visit! However, he offered to provide a rental on my dime as an alternative! Time is money for them but that apparently doesn't apply for the customer! Once the lumbar feature is repaired, I will never go back! There must be a better Mazda dealership in the Portland metro area. My recommendation would be to avoid this dealership, service or sales, as the odds of getting good customer service are very poor.

First time car buyer. I was looking for a car for months. I spoke to Gabriel initially and he wasn't pushy at all! Asked me what i wanted and test drove a car the first day. He called afterwards to see if i was ready to buy yet ( of course all dealers do) but wasn't pressuring me or anything. When i was finally ready to buy months later, I got some other dealer who was a little too demanding for my taste. I found Gabriel again and he helped me through the entire process. Gave me the best deal he could, and answered all of my (seemingly obvious) questions every step of the way. I really appreciated his help. Buying a car in the future? I would definitely go back and i hope he is still working.

In a word... Disingenuous. I had originally gone to look at a Toyota Camry. I had initially talked to a sales rep on the phone about that car and he told me how great of a deal it was but wasn't sure as to the exact condition when I asked but said he would look into it.

I went in the next day to check it out in person. That particular employee apparently didn't come in to work but another rep wanted to help. He went to show me the car which apparently was quite beat up, and a different color FWIW than what the website showed.

The rep then went on to show me a 98 corolla that he also had. He told me the asking price was 3795 or something close. I told him that price was ridiculous and he then said that he was sure he could get 2000 for me as a counter. We test drove it and I had a few questions related to the car and I was assured it had been inspected by the mechanics there and everything worked. Upon further questioning the rep confessed that they hadn't done much of anything except fill some fluids up on it.

Long story short I gave him my offer and the rep said that he couldn't go lower than 2500. I told I wasn't even sure if I was interested at the price and the rep wouldn't take it to the manager as an offer so I left.

I get a call the next day saying they would go lower for me and I went in again to do another test drive. This was my first car purchase so I was quite weary of the whole thing. The rep told me that he couldn't afford more time with me and that he needed to sell other vehicles. Offended, I clearly stated I was not interested anymore and I would be buying elsewhere.

Since this encounter I have gotten 2 emails and 4 phone calls from them.

To conclude. I would not recommend this dealer. They were disingenuous, pushy, made me feel like I was unimportant, and that my needs didn't matter.

The service here was great. I had an appointment set for a recall, I arrived there at my scheduled time and was promptly helped. Service lady said it would take about 45 minutes, they were done in about 30! Fast, easy process, just had to sign a couple papers and they got my car in right away. Thanks for the quick help.

My new Mazda 3 got a cracked window the first week I had it! I called the other Mazda dealer I had purchased it from because I wanted a genuine Mazda windshield for a replacement. They weren t very helpful in trying to help get me in the right direction other than to tell me I needed to pay for everything upfront and then I d have to work with my insurance for reimbursement! I called Alan Webb service dept and talked to Devra. She was friendly and gave me all the info so that I could get a genuine Mazda replacement windshield at their shop and not have to hassle with an insurance reimbursement. Lightning glass replaced my windshield at Alan Webb s service dept and Alan Webb s techs recalibrated the safety systems right after. Any dealer can sell you a car but the quality of service that you receive speaks volumes of integrity. I wish I would ve bought my Mazda from Alan Webb but they didn t have the exact car I wanted on their lot. Thanks again Devra for your help and service.

I started my new car buying experience online. I found an amazing car, and asked for a quote. Devin emailed me a price, which seemed incredibly fair, so I went in to look at the car. After seeing the car, I decided I liked the 5 door better than the sedan, but they didn't have one in stock at the trim level with the options I wanted. When I found one elsewhere, I knew I wanted to get it transferred to Webb so I could deal locally. Devin handled the transaction with grace and precision; I got a great price on the transferred vehicle. Now I am driving an amazing car that I paid a fair price for, all while working a pressure-free and stress-free deal. Thanks Devin!

This was the first time I had been to this dealership and was very displeased with the service I recieve. They changed my oil and checked my tire pressure and then when they returned my car to me, the driver side tire was flat. So I asked why it was flat because I didn't drop it off that way. They told me that the tech broke my tire sensor and that it was going to cost $96. They would not replace it for free or even at a discount. They broke it so therefore they should have to replace it, right? So I talked to everyone in charge and they did not replace it. So customer beware of this dealership!! Will never go back to this dealership again.

Went in wanting to buy a used mazda, the battery was completely dead so we came back the next day test drove it and there was no problems so we signed and left...less then 24 hours later the car had a rod knock, and if you know anything about cars those develop over time so they sold us a broken car...after 2 days of phone calls and very rude customer service we were told to come in and they would void the contract and get us into another car. We worked with Bobby and Chris Wheeler, They got us in a new (used) vehicle but now a week later! The power steering went out on my huddy's drive home which was 45 minutes that he had to drive without PS and I am unable to get to and from a job it has been sitting around un drivable for 5 days and is now in the shop. Not very pleased with the used vehicles they have seams like they are all bad!! Don't get a used vehicle from them! In fact don't go here in general!!!
