Ask for Peter from the get go - tell him I sent you..., a great guy, no too pushy like a lot of salesmen can be - but it is his job to sell you a car and hopefully some stuff with it that will help you more it. Bottom line - these guys need to sell stuff to make a living. So get over yourself... it's not all about you. I first made contact with an email responder after asking for the price of a vehicle listed on their website without a price posted - I didn't get that info after a couple emails back and forth but decided to call in anyhow. That's when I talked to Peter, and unfortunately Peter had to share what shred of commission was left with the other guy. That was unfortunate but beyond my control. I was first looking into a used mazda 6, but after getting there and finding the used one not quite to the trim level I expected we looked around for a new one that had it all. They do have a lot of selection. The new mazda 6 i grand touring is what I wanted and we found it - in a color I wanted. To begin with - I had shown up late, and Peter was a little busy with another customer - but when he got free and focused his attention with me he did all it took. Of course I wanted a test drive and even though it was late in the day - no problem - we went for a spin and I really enjoyed the mazda 6. I found the particular unit I wanted right near closing time. I didn't want to come back the next day and Peter obliged me, and saw it through. I didn't realize how long it would take to do all the paperwork so I unintentionally kept him from his family deep into the night - but he was a good sport about it. Be prepared to spend a few hours whenever you buy a car... it just takes a while - no getting around that. Anyhow, bottom line - the mazda 6 is a beautiful work of art, the technology in it is mind boggling, it's great fun to drive, and Peter at Alan Webb Mazda made the buying experience a positive one.
