had to wait 6 hrs for the finance guy, he was literally stoned out of his gourd, crappy follow ups after the sale, referred a friend and had to threaten them to get the money they promise for the referral, the only positive is they found a way to get me a great interest rating.. so would I recommend them? HELL NO!!! May as well go to Dick Hannah for the same treat

Ok.. so far worse.. I traded my car in to Vancouver Ford- (EXCELLENT BY THE WAY!!!).. They are so far at around 8 weeks to refund my warranty and gap coverages.. basically I had to threaten them with calls to the IRS, to Consumer Affairs all on their sales floor.. so we will see if they actually do anything or if I have to push the agenda to get the refund owed to me (a refund they claimed took 4-6 weeks)..
