As soon as we walked in they were cheating us of our time. The sales rep wasn't too bad as he described every detail of the vehicle and had us test drive it, which was educational. But he avoided talking numbers and pricing with us. He eventually sat down with a price and we gave him another. He pulled over a finance rep who immediately gave me a very bad vibe. The sale rep lied about the price we wanted. The finance rep wouldn't budge on the price. He wouldn't look at me unless he demanded answers (I'm a woman if that tells you anything ) So we tried to get them to give us a few things like alloy wheels, all weather mats, and door guards. They would only give us one of those items. They kept twisting the prices and monthly payment around, claiming that they were trying to work with us but secretly they were seething at how irritated they were about us being hard to convince. But they convinced us and they were probably laughing because they were selling us a 2014 vehicle with a kit we didn't want but they wouldn't remove, all for a meet $24,000, at 4% interest even though my husband had good credit and they forced him to get a cosigner. If he hadn't had a cosigner they would have forced 11% interest on us. On top of this, they demanded $2000 down payment. As we signed, the third and final financial specialist declared that we were to sign a document agreeing that we were receiving only the car, even though they had agreed to give us a couple additions for free. In reality, the items weren't a big deal. But 5 hours later, they had slighted us, lied to us, checked our credit, and degraded us. We didn't sign that last document. We walked up to the manager and asked why they changed their mind. They declared that they had never made any promises that we described. we remained courteous and went out the door. But that wasn't it! The financial rep, the second person we met, chased us out the door and said that we would never get a better deal and that we were walking away from the best deal. As we turned around and described how they made a mistake in lying to us, he raised his voice and said "don't point your finger at me you ol' cheat!" I wasn't even done talking and he spun on his heel and retreated to the store. How disrespectful! This whole time they were the cheats and they called us cheats? I was livid. We took our downpayment back and left. Oh you think that was it?? It was only almost done. As we drove away, the sales rep waved goodbye, saying he would see us again. And next day, he called saying he wants our business. As we reiterated how we didn't appreciate what they did, he quickly said goodbye and hung up.

In the end I am so glad that we didn't buy that car. It would have been a complete rip off. Don't get ripped off from them like we almost were!!!
