These guys are the best! Not only was their price the best, but they did a PERFECT job of re-painting my very sun-damaged hood. They even gave me touch-up paint at no extra charge! I couldn't be happier! They've got me as a customer for life!

In all honesty, we were hesitant to take our car here for repair since all the reviews were quite old and were not for the new owners. But the local competition (the one that Geico recommends) wanted over $600 more and 7 days to do the same work, so we took a chance on Coastal. We shouldn't have been concerned because Nigel and David did a FANTASTIC job of repairing our car! Their repair was every bit as professional as the other guys (whom they both used to work for), plus they completed the work in only 3 days as promised, and were both honest and easy to work with. The work they did on our car is undetectable. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Coastal Auto Collision -- you'll be very happy you did.

Wanted to get my 2005, 50th anniversary edition, Thunderbird painted. It was silver in color, but I always loved the retro looking Thunderbird Blue. Was referred to Coastal by my mechanic. I arrived and Coastal and told Dave and Nigel exactly what I was looking for, and asked if they could paint it in my desired color. They told me it wasn't an issue and when they were done, it would look like the car just "rolled off the assembly line". Truer words couldn't have been spoken. When I picked up the car, my jaw dropped. It was absolutely stunning!!! Painted beautifully, detailed beautifully but most of all, Dave and Nigel were extremely professional and courteous. Priced right and fantastic value. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. Well done guys!!

I recently had my truck fixed at Coastal Auto Collision after an accident. They really did a great job! My truck looks great, I'm the type of person who tries to find something to complain about but I couldn't find anything wrong. The repair was finished faster than I expected, which was nice since i didn't have any other transportation. The staff was friendly and dealt with the insurance company for me.
I highly recommend Coastal and will use them again if I have another accident.

Unfortunate experience. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the car was washed and vaccumed as guarantee however, the customer service was a traumatic experience for me. We (my father and I) were notified that his vehicle was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival at Coastal Auto Collison there was no one in the office. I waited for a few minutes, looked around and saw no one. Eventually I went back to my car and waited. Again, I went back to the office and no one was there. I decided to call the office with my cell hoping to alert someone that I was there; that was unsuccessful. I walked over to the repair bay and saw no one. Once again I went back to my car and waited a few more minutes before returning to the office. This went on for at least 20 min. When I returned to the office I noticed that the car keys sitting directly on the customer counter looked identical to my fathers. My fathers car was parked directly outside the office door so I tried them and they were in fact his keys. The thought that crossed my mind at that point was that since this was a repair due to an accident which I was not at fault, the repair costs must have been billed directly through the insurance company; which would clarify why no one was there to assist me in the office and the reason the keys were out conspicuously on the counter. Therefore I picked up the car and returned home. Upon my arrival home I received a voice message from Coastal Auto Collison informing me that I/we owed $500 deductible. I immediately phoned Coastal and appologized, conveyed that it was an honest mistake and that I/we had no intention of not paying the deductible. I explained how long I had waited for someone to assist me and further explained the extra effort I made to look around in the repair bays and trying to get someone's attention by phoning the office with my cell. What I received was a verbal bashing and a demand that I come back to the repair shop immediately to pay. I asked if this could be rectified by paying by phone with a credit card. I was told yes. I explained that this was my father's car, that I would call my father and have him call Coastal with his credit card. This entire ordeal ended on a bizzar note as I was threatened that the police would be called and the incident would be reported as a stolen car if payment wasn't received
Being in Florida to assist my father during his open heart surgery has been a gut wrenching ordeal in itself. Dealing with an automobile accident was an added, unwelcome stress. The poor manner in which I was treated was completely unnecessary. Coastal Auto Collison was referred by my father's Auto Insurance Co.; which I have filed a grievance with. I also intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This might disparage my driving record, but I was so happy to find out that Dave and Nigel have opened there own shop! After making $$$ for others they now have their own body shop and once again have saved my vehicle from any trace of noticeable damage. These guys are the best! Great price, very fast and their work is amazing! Just wish I didn't need them so often.

Had a great experience with their repair of some rear door damage on my 2017 SUV and they did great work, at the price they quoted and on time. Looks good as new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They worked tirelessly to figure out what the issues were and were focused on the quality of work, not the unexpected amount of time it was taking for the extremely reasonable price they charged. I am visiting Sarasota from Vermont and had my car damaged by a towing company in St. Petersburg. I brought my car to Mike and he ordered the parts right away. He had my car fixed and back to me in three days. He was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and is willing to assist me with the paperwork and advice needed for me to pursue the damages done by the towing company.

I had to replace my bumper through the insurance of the driver who hit me, State Farm. All in all great work and done really fast. Only down side is the waiting room needs to be cleaned.
This a horrible , but I actually bought the car from a dealer that told me he contacted my ins co & he didn't . Unfortunately, The car wasn't covered so It's hard enough with this CORONA VIRIS. THESE GUYS WAORKED WITH ME ONCE AGAIN HELPING PEOPLE OUT IN NEED. AND , I have had two BMWs ( financed max of course) and the guys are the best , most thorough ,I have seen and are always on point with estimated drive date. And they're not ; they call.
