What a professional establishment and a great car buying experience! It was nice to meet the service department while buying my car so I know where to go, and the deal was great! See Kris Schockelt. He was great to work with.

Alan Webb Mazda made my buying experience so quick and painless. I worked with Kris thru the whole buying process and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and found the exact car I wanted. Even provided me a video tour of the car before I could come see it in person. Got to love that extra attention. And there was no need to haggle on the price because they gave me such a great deal! I highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a new car.

I recently bought a new 2013 mazda 3 hatchback in ...

I recently bought a new 2013 mazda 3 hatchback in September from this awful place. I was so frustrated with all the lying sales people around the area that I had almost had enough. I was desperate to buy a car because I blew the engine on my old focus due to my lead foot. Word to the wise take more time buying a new car. I spent months researching prices and cars, I still got screwed. It was my first new car purchase and it will be my last from this terrible place. I was fooled into buying from this place because they had the price point that I wanted. However, I may have got the price I wanted but they lied about the options that the car I was buying had. I bought a car that said it didn't have fog lights and I mentioned that it didn't have fog lights, but the car salesman said that the car DID in fact have fog lights. I stupidly believed him (I should have checked myself, but I had already spent hours and days at other dealerships) so I was ready to make a deal and didn't bother to check. HUGE STUPID MISTAKE on my part. NEVER TRUST A SALESMEN EVER. PERIOD. THE END. Especially from this scum of the earth dealership.

Needless to say, after I had already bought the car I walked outside and noticed the car did not have FOG lights. They then quoted me more than 520$ plus tax to have fog lights put in. Screw that I will do it myself. Do not buy from this dealership they are swindlers. They can suck on this review for their lying cheating BS.

Please please please do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I implore you.

Overall, the Service Department does good work and...

Overall, the Service Department does good work and doesn t give pressure to spend more money than what I ve been there to get. The only reason I am giving a lower score for my experience is because of Deborah at the front desk. Today I brought my car for the second time to get an oil change, attempting to use my coverage through Fidelity that I purchased with my car when I bought it used. Deborah was obviously stressed as she expressed that it was hard to be the one man show that day with the customer ahead of me, and was honestly curt and rude to him. When my turn came up, she rather crassly said that she didn t know a thing about my coverage, and that whoever put in notes from my last oil change didn t indicate anything other that I had paid, Which makes my life that much harder. What she doesn t know is that I remember she was the employee who helped me with my last oil change, with the same attitude. I felt the need to explain myself and the situation with my car purchase so it would be justified for inconveniencing her. She was also rather curt with her coworkers who came in with questions about other jobs that were happening, and the overall experience was less than welcoming. Ultimately, I had no more oil changes left on my coverage and Deborah let me know and said Let me know how we can help when I expressed that I would look into other options. While it isn t her fault that she may be overwhelmed for the moment, I didn t appreciate feeling like my wanting to do business with the dealership was an inconvenience. If I had more oil changes covered for my car (I ll be changing it myself from now on; it s cheaper), I would opt for another Mazda dealership in Portland who were much more cordial and welcoming. Disappointing.

Living in Portland I requested online price quotes...

Living in Portland I requested online price quotes from five dealerships in the surrounding area and it was Alan Webb who provided the most competitive price with quick and informative email responses. We handled most of the negotiating online and then I came in for a final test drive and to sign the papers. As a first-time car buyer I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience than working with Kathy Melchiorre! She was kind, patient, extremely informative and most important made the entire experience pressure-free. I've heard horror stories from friends about their salesperson that I couldn't believe how lucky I got with Kathy! Even when finance was preparing my papers I had a wonderful time waiting with Kathy, she makes you feel like an old friend and time just flew by! From the second I walked in the dealer to leaving the lot with a new car I felt no regret (and feel none to this day). If a friend is ever interested in a Mazda I will immediately refer them to Alan Webb and specifically to Kathy, she's the best!

I bought my car here and was sold the lifetime oil change policy. The service center offers very bad service - need to wait a month for an appointment and after that if you are 15 min late they refuse service citong lack of space and technician. The place should not sell such a service to its customers if they are unwilling to make any accommodations or even try to help out people. I liked Alan Webb when I bought my car, but after my recent experience with the service center and sales, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been here 2 times in the last month and a half to help a friend find a truck and then a CX-5 for my girlfriend. The overall experience wasn't bad on either visit and the staff was extremely nice. The second visit we were trying to work with the same salesman that helped me from the first visit but he was busy and we ended up with a fresh new salesman. Not too bad of a job but he was just a bit pushy which is definitely not the Mazda way to do business. We asked to look at a vehicle that just came in but we weren't able to so the sales manager said he would call us when we could see it. We never got the phone call from him to see the vehicle so we went with a different dealership that actually worked for our business. I'd still come back here if I was to buy another Mazda, not my first choice of dealership but I would be happy to give them another chance in the future.

I have always had outstanding service from Jessica...

I have always had outstanding service from Jessica, and my most recent visit was no exception! I called when my daughter's car was having an electrical issue that might be addressed by a new battery. The problem: she lives in Olympia so it's hard for me to address remotely. My daughter described what the dash instruments were doing (going crazy, whether the key was in the ignition or not) and Jessica told me over the phone that it was likely a battery problem because the system is computer driven and does strange things when it doesn't have enough "juice". So, I had my daughter replace the battery, which did fix the problem.

However, once replaced, the window auto-up/down feature no longer worked. Since she is remote from me, I wanted to schedule her car to go to Alan Webb because of the trust I have in Jessica, and by extension, the service department. So, I scheduled the car to come in to fix the window auto up/down feature and for an electrical test to make sure there wasn't a short that would kill the new battery and strand my daughter in the middle of nowhere with me 120 miles away. I scheduled it via the website. This is where Megan comes in!

Megan was outstanding! She called me in advance of the appointment and walked me through how to reset the windows to auto up/down over the phone (it seems when the battery is disconnected, you have to reset that feature in the car). What customer service! She was trying to help me avoid an unnecessary service visit, which is incredible! I still brought the car in to have the electrical system checked just to be sure there wasn't a problem that would come up later.

No problem, she said. I came in and had everything checked out. No issues with the electrical, so I sleep well knowing my daughter's car will be reliable without me being there.

These two ladies are to be commended for exceptional customer service, always with a smile, and my trust in Alan Webb has only grown! Whoever is hiring and training these folks deserves recognition for hiring the right people and training them to a very high level! Thanks again, Jessica, and also Megan! I'll be back on the next service cycle!

I had done all my research and test driven the Mazda 6 I just needed a dealership that would give me the price I wanted. I was in touch with the various local dealers and had basically put my offer out there. The first one to take it, I'd buy that day.

I have to say, Madison Williams in Internet Sales was so responsive and eager to get me the deal I wanted. I told her I didn't want to drive all the way to Vancouver only to find out they wouldn't honor the deal we agreed to by email.

I sent photos and details of of my trade in and she worked with her sales manager to determine if they could accommodate my deal. She said they could.

I drove to Vancouver, and though there was some push back once they examined my trade-in, they ultimately honored the deal.

I drove away with a gorgeous 2015 Mazda 6 Touring. I am in love with it! I think Maddie was as excited as I was. I appreciated her enthusiasm and excitement for me.

Because Vancouver is a bit of a drive for Oregonians, I think the Alan Webb dealership is more willing to negotiate than the Portland-area dealers. You don't pay sales tax if you can prove you're an Oregon resident, so when you're ready to buy, ask for Maddie.

Working with Natalie, was amazing and easy. There was absolutely know hassle, and I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Her knowledge of the inventory was exceptional, and she made it a joy to purchase a car. I would absolutely recommend Alan Webb Mazda and more specifically Natalie and her team.

I was in the market for a used car and was shopping online. I found a great car and called the dealership and spoke with Olivia. I told her I was interested in this particular car and she said she would be sure to have it ready for me when I came in. She was so pleasant and helpful- I already had a good feeling at the dealership. I ended up working with Narissa Neal and she was just as lovely, very knowledgeable and fast! , I told her I had an hour to get this transaction done and she actually completed the whole transaction in an hour and 1/2! I was so impressed with the whole process! It was the most pleasant experience I had ever had at purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle anytime soon! Be sure to ask Olivia for Narissa Neal ! She loves her job and it shows!

Took my 2016 CX-5 in for a scheduled oil change - late afternoon appointment on Saturday.
At the last minute, I called and asked if I could also get the retro-upgrade for CarPlay.
The Service Writer, Parts and Mechanic hustled like crazy and got it all done for me in just two hours.
Everyone was fabulous - as usual.
Thanks so much!

I would have rated a zero if I could. I went to buy a CX-5, knowing that's what I wanted. They made the process one of the most grueling 8 hour day, and if I wasn't so impatient and wanting to be done by the end I would have left and went else where.

I had been looking for certain model and color car...

I had been looking for certain model and color car for some time, and these guys had one. I live half way across the country, but we worked out a deal over the phone and I drove there in my car to trade in. I had asked multiple times if the vehicle was smoked in and was assured that it had not been. Well...they lied. When I got there the smell and used lighter made it obvious. When I declined to buy it, they tried to keep my deposit - no apology and flat-out rude. So I was out about $300 in gas and hotels, plus two days off work.

It's unbelievable that places like this stay in business. If these guys are willing to blatantly lie to someone they know is coming from far away, I'd imagine they'd say pretty much anything to someone local, especially if the lie is not so easily caught.

Narissa at Alan Webb Mazda assisted me with a new vehicle purchase this past weekend. From beginning to end she was a delight to work with. Very early on I started to sense that I had the good fortune to deal with a trustworthy and knowledgeable person. She listened to my story and what I was looking for. As someone who has worked in sales for many years, it confounds me how many sales people do not understand this piece, and instead talk at their prospect endlessly. Not Narissa. She gets it. It's an actual conversation you will enjoy. Narissa is either a born sales rep or had excellent training, or both. Her timing to move forward in the process is impeccable. It is seamless and feels natural. She answered all my questions, educated me on available features, was patient, fun, and worked exceptionally hard to meet my family's needs. Her sincerity impressed me the most. She truly makes the experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond by making sure I knew to reach out to her should I have any questions after I got my car.
If you are not in the market for a Mazda, you should be. And you should get it at Alan Webb Mazda.

I recently had an accident with my other car l, so needless to say, I was in the market for a different car. I stopped in at Alan Webb just to see if they could do any better than the Portland area dealers, and met up with Manny Vargas. I had never really considered Mazda before, but let me tell you how happy I am that I came in!

First, Manny took his time to discuss all my options. We walked through several vehicles, and we talked about all my needs. I drive quite a bit for my job and side business, so safety is priority 1. Mazda has so many safety options on vehicles, its quite extraordinary!

Once I settled on the vehicle, Manny walked me through everything about the car. It's literally a computer on wheels. And I'm glad the Manny was there to show me all the features, because the owners manual is like a novel. Holy cow!

Once the papers were signed, Manny again walked me through everything about the car before I drove off. The entire staff truly made me feel like I was their only customer that day. From making sure I had plenty of water, to sitting and talking with me, to making sure I understood every thing about the deal. Amazing!!!

I'd highly recommend Alan Webb to anyone. In fact, it was worth the drive across the river to do business in Vancouver, and I d gladly do it again. Thank you!!!!

My 2010 Mazda CX-7 was serviced and upon its retur...

My 2010 Mazda CX-7 was serviced and upon its return had a damaged tire pressure sensor. When I called to discuss I spoke to Dave who stated "that's not something we touched". It was interesting that he knew this after being on the phone with me half a second and not even looking up what work was done. In the past two years I have provided this shop with almost 15k worth of work and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of 5 minutes on the phone, let alone actually take a look and see if it was their mistake. I have repair receipts for the exact tire that had the damaged sensor. But again, it's not something they would have touched. When I brought the tire to Les Schwab they gave me a regular valve stem and fixed it for free, saying it was evident someone over tightened it and broke it. That's right, Les Schwab FIXED Alan Webb Mazdas mistake for free. Thank you Les Schwab for reminding me that there are actually decent people in the auto industry. Alan Webb Mazda, here's yet another bad review. I will never return and I will urge others to stay away........I would also recommend that anybody having issues with this company file with the Better Business Bureau, as I am, so we can put a stop to this.

I love my Mazda 3. I had an issue almost 2 years after my purchase with the after-market wheels (I damaged them parallel parking) and Chris in Sales, the manager Jerod, and Jessica in service took excellent care of me. Listened to my concerns. And resolved the issue to my satisfaction! I get the oil changed here too because of the great service, attention to detail, and easy scheduling through their website.

Worst car dealer experience ever. I went there after agreeing by email on the price of the vehicle "$3000 below MSRP". Everything went fine until we went to do the paperwork. At that point, they added several thousand dollars of unwanted extras to the car including aftermarket wheels, VIN etching, "pulse" taillights. When I declined these features, they declined to honor the price we had discussed. After wasting much time, I walked out in disgust.

I ended up buying the same car from another dealer where the price was exactly as we discussed on the phone and my experience was wonder fu ($2500 below MSRP, at Ron Tonkin Mazda).

The salesmen and managers at Alan Webb Mazda are high pressure, dishonest, liars. Scumbags of the worst kind. Do not buy a car from them.

I have been to a ton of dealerships all over Vancouver and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received when we went to get my daughter a new car. Jerod got her approved before we even got there which cut a lot of time off of our visit, which was nice and so helpful. My daughter is super picky but Dominic just kept showing her more and more options. She did not like the car that she had picked out online but they listened to all of her needs and got her into something she absolutely loved. They gave her a more than fair price on her trade in and were just all around awesome people to work with. Least pushy salesman I've ever dealt with, made the whole day as easy and comfortable as possible. Dominic's customer service is a 6 out of 5 in my opinion!

I leased a Mazda 3 here last month. I got a very good deal and was moderately happy with the process to get a deal. Webb is no different than any other dealership with "sales game". I am extremely unhappy with the customer service/support after the sale. It is 7 days until the first payment is due and I have yet to receive ANY payment information. After about 10 calls to the dealership asking about payment information I was sent to Mazda finance and was promptly asked for an account number that I have yet to receive. I called the dealership back and after 5 or 6 calls was connected to the sales department. They told me to go to a local branch of Chase Bank. In the end I found out that Chase was given the wrong address. Even though I went to great pains to provide my MAILING ADDRESS on many occasions. Apparently, address verification is only important to the dealership when they are trying to get paid. Follow up for their screw up is on the customer. I advise anyone considering purchasing from this location to look else where.

On a brighter note I LOVE my Mazda 3!!

I went there for an airbag recall, which I assume they took care of properly, and was handed a printout list two pages long of things that supposedly needed fixing. I took the list to the dealer where I bought the car. None of the overpriced fixes were necessary. What they've done is make sure I never go back there.

On trip between Seattle and CA. Problem with Mazdaspeed 3 exhaust (bumped out of alignment.) emergency stop at Alan Webb. Two people helped me: Sean, the counter person, and a mechanic. Both were friendly and professional. Quickly put car on rack, diagnosed problem, quoted me reasonable repair cost (just inspection time - easy fix) and gave me time estimate. Left for lunch, came back in an hour and a half, car already road-tested and ready to go.
I was very impressed with the service I received. It wasn't a major fix, but both guys knew what they were talking about, were very friendly, and got me back on the road in a short time at minimal cost. Thanks guys, I have a great rest of the trip!

I went to the Mazda dealership to check out a vehicle and was thoroughly reprimanded and manipulated. I ended up buying the car because the car sold itself, however the process after the purchase was such a hassle that I regret the entire experience. I recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect to spend money elsewhere.

Please be advised before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership - as their practices are deceptive. After signing a sales contract, I was asked to take time out of my busy work week to go back in and sign a NEW contract because they finance department had made a mistake by promising a payment deferral. The new agreement stated Alan Webb Mazda would make the first payment on my behalf but FAILED to make the first payment! Now, with late fees incurred - credit report takes a hit. Attempted repeated unanswered calls, empty promised to pay and still yet to see payment!! Don't take the risk of dealing with this team - look elsewhere.

I bought 2 2013 Mazda 3's, one for my wife and one for me. The buying experience was pain free and easy. Last week I noticed some paint coming off the hood of the wife's car. I took it in expecting them just to fix it up since we have only had the vehicle for 1 1/2 yr. A front desk women and manager came out took a peek and said this is tree sap damage and they aren't going to cover damage. I didn't say anything because I was in shock. I also am a disabled veteran that suffers from severe anxiety so I am very soft spoken now.
I took the car to a body shop and they laughed about it being tree sap damage. They said that this hood had been painted before and that this is paint failure. When I took this information to Mazda they told me that only one person can approve this being fixed and they only come in once a month. So here I wait for a call from Mazda saying bring it in. I know I will end up having to drop over a 1000 dollars on a brand new car. All I wanted them to do is the right thing. I highly encourage anyone to shop anywhere else because dealing with this is just so frustrating and ridiculous.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at Alan Webb Mazda.
Plan to buy my next vehicle from Peter here. They offered, but didn't do a hard sell to get me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, but I did pickup a grand or so worth of items, and I'm happy they showed me (hitch, cover, rack, all floor mats).

DON'T TRUST THEIR PRICES.

Twice now I have seen an advertised sale price on their website that, after I called them, they changed and refused to honor. They claim it's an 'error' but after their car shows up in the 'price drop' category on every site they jack the price back up and pretend like it was never for sale at the lower price.

NOT WORTH IT. DON'T REWARD THIS KIND OF BAIT-AND-SWITCH CONDUCT. STAY AWAY.

I read all the reviews before we went shopping and almost didn't go to Allen Webb. So glad we decided to find out for ourselves because they were amazing!! Dominique was super helpful with a great sense of humor. They were long hard hours to make sure we got just what we wanted at a price we could afford. This is the third time we've bought a vehicle from Allen Webb, and glad to see they are still as fabulous as before!!

I usually don't do this but I'm frustrated. I bought a car from Alan Webb Mazda in February and six months later brought it in for a complementary service. Turns out close to $1,000 including portions of the front and rear brakes and $400 worth of fluids. Can't imagine why they didn't just fix those issues before selling the car to anyone. While I'm sure the brakes and fluids were within their allowable range to sell the car, they obviously knew they were going to need to be replaced within a few months. They still allowed the car to leave their lot with this knowledge.

Will not recommend Alan Webb Mazda to anyone nor will I return in the future.

We purchased the Mazda CX-5 from Alan Webb Mazda and immediately liked the vehicle. Initially we had an issue where we felt we had been misled by a sales rep and this made for a bitter experience. Fortunately the management team (Brian, Steve & Kathy) proved that Alan Webb Mazda values their customers and strives to provide stellar customer service. They contacted us about our issue and did everything they could to remedy the situation ASAP. We couldn t be happier with their response, they delivered on every feature, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and this dealer to anyone based on how they handled this difficult situation and landed us in a car we love and can rely on.

Best auto purchase experience ever! After extensively researching Honda, Ford, Toyota and Mazda crossover SUV offerings we decided on the Mazda CX-5. No local dealership (nearest one was 100 miles distant) so we started shopping via phone and email and found Cody with Alan Webb Mazda. Online reviews matter here also and a quick call to Cody who reassured us that we would not be disappointed. With the exception that everyone was extremely BUSY selling Mazda cars this was one of the most effortless purchases we have ever made. Cody worked with us via mobile and email before we made the 250 mile trip to purchase our car. Why drive 250 miles you ask?? We found our best deal of any dealership we spoke with through Cody of Alan Webb Mazda. Our concerns about driving 250 miles only to encounter the typical dealership 'frustrations' once onsite proved to be 100% unfounded. The price was honored to the penny and due to our desire to get home the same day even the final meet with the 'finance manager' proved to be the quickest and most efficient I have ever experienced, literally 20 minutes to wrap everything up. Highly recommended! Added bonus - our new CX-5 AWD rated at 30MPG Hwy actually averaged 32.1MPG on our way back home and that included going up and over the cascade range into eastern Oregon. Call Cody today. We love our new Mazda CS-5!

I can t say much about this dealership other than ...

I can t say much about this dealership other than the fact that they must not be interested in actually selling the cars they have for sale. I gave them a call one evening a few weeks back around 5:30pm (after I got off of work) to inquire about a vehicle they had listed online. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the sales associate who answered the phone, but he treated me as if my inquiry on their vehicle was an inconvenience to him.

I can understand having a long day , so rather than pushing him to answer the 2-3 questions I had about the car over the phone that night, I went along with his suggestion that he could get back to me the next morning with the answers to my questions. He assured me that he wrote all of my contact information down (which he read back to me), along with my questions and would get back with me no later than 9:30am the next day. I was hardly surprised when I received no call from him, or anyone from the dealership that morning - not to mention in the subsequent days after (it s been upwards of 2 weeks now with not a single call).

In the age we live in, if a customer is interested in a vehicle from an online listing, I feel like a dealership is doing itself a disservice by hiring salespeople who blow off customers who are looking to gain information over the phone, rather than coming in person due to their work schedule. Case and point: I purchased my new car at a different dealership less than a week after this interaction, as I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase a vehicle immediately after my questions were answered. Alan Webb Mazda should have their salespeople congratulate one another on deflated sales numbers due to the incompetence and attitude they hold with their potential customers.

I should not have to bother a car dealership to gain information about a vehicle I m looking to purchase; their JOB is to assist me in the locating and purchasing of a vehicle. A job well done, it is not.

The only positive I can express to uphold this review s one star rating is the fact that they actually picked up the phone at 5:30pm. Even though the conversation turned out to be a waste of my time, anyways.

I set up a appointment on the 19th at 10:20, and when I show up after waiting a month they tell me it has not been scheduled and I'll have to wait almost another month!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! I asked him nicely to work me in sooner and the only help I got was I'm sorry we are all booked!!!! it's now over 700 miles over the 5000 miles the factory recommends to get the oil change in my brand new 2016 mazda 3!!!!!! All I have to say is this company has no concept of how to treat a customer!!!!!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had in the car buying process!!!
Ps I have bought 3 cars and have never been treated like this!...... even more disconcerning, the way they treat customers coming back for their free service makes me want to just go pay for my oil change instead of having to cater to a company that has no customer service!!!!!!!!!!

This is a review of Colin in the service department. He is the best parts guy I ever met. Being a Mazda enthusiast as well he has helped find the correct part for my problem and if he couldn't at least knew who to ask locally. I appreciate his event he puts on yearly for the local mazda enthusiasts community and has discounts among the local car clubs. Besides the service department the salesmen also are enthusiasts but I have not had much contact with them though.

Excellent sales experience as well as when I brought my vehicle in to service for what I thought may be an issue. I was given a loaner and my service advisor kept in contact with me through the entire process. Definitely recommend Alan Webb.

Worked with Narissa and she was awesome. She actually made the whole experience a fun and enjoyable one. We were talking to each other like friends and not like a customer to seller. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and more than anything. I'd recommend asking for Narissa specifically. If you're into making a fun time out of a otherwise stressful experience.

I cant ever say buying a car is a pleasant experience, but in this case i felt like things went smoothly. Of course there were some issues with how much to pay so I as the customer wont feel like I spent too much, but then not too little since the company needs to make a profit. However, Peter did a great job of showing me the many cars Mazda had to offer and also made sure that before I drove off with my new car, I knew everything I needed about it.

Kris at Alan Web was great to work with. He was fast to respond to all questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars. After we purchased he took time to explain all the settings and features and give recommendations on their use. Very helpful with all the new tech that is in cars. We definitely recommend going to see Kris.

Never buying a car from them again. The worst experience ever. Remote start is a joke on functionality. They don't tell you what it can and can't do before they sell it to you. Won't remove it after you get it. Aftermarket upgrades are crap quality at top dollar. Sales managers never call you back to discuss it or make it right. Just a crap dealership.. Garbage..

I would not recommend getting service done here at all. I scheduled an appointment on their website, received a confirmation text message confirming my time and date, showed up and was told Oh it didn t go through on our end . Then they told me they couldn t schedule me for anything until 2 days later. This isn t the first time this has happened either. Months prior I had scheduled an oil change, on the phone this time, and had them mess up on the time as well. The entire service department is a mess and unorganized and really doesn t seem to care if they mess up or not. They kind of just shrug their shoulders and think rescheduling will work for everything. Overall they are unprofessional and don t have any sense of customer service.

Just went here for a recall. Was not attacked by salesman, free coffee and wifi while you wait, Staff is helpful. Jessica helped me get in and out quickly! Very nice lady. The parts guy is SUPER cool. Repair guys in back are good at their jobs and kept my vehicle's interior clean while preforming their work. Very important as this Mazda is super clean inside and out!! Since then I have returned to get some little plastic clips that only Mazda has just dealt with the parts gentleman he is helpful and able to find and order the stuff I need quickly.

I called the Alan Webb Mazda service department ex...

I called the Alan Webb Mazda service department explicitly to schedule an oil change, (one of those I d purchased in advance for the lifetime of my Mazda). I also mentioned that there was probably some kind of recall work that probably needed to get done. I was told it would be a two hour appointment. I scheduled a vacation day and made plans for other errands that same day. When I arrived, I was told there was a second recall that was needed and that it would be a six hour appointment. I got a rental car and made arrangements to pick up my car this morning at 7:30.

The recall work was done but when I asked about the oil change I was told they hadn t done it and that I hadn t asked for one. I m certain that s not the case; the free oil change is the only reason I bring my Mazda to Vancouver! If I d only wanted the recall work I d have taken it to a dealership in Portland where I live. This appointment was my third attempt at scheduling the oil change.

I am regretting both the lifetime oil change purchase and buying from Alan Webb. If I find I have an unexpected day off, even a week ahead they never have a service window so I always need to use vacation time and plan it two+ weeks in advance for an oil change. Which they may or may not do.

Ticked off because they ve already gotten my money but if I want to get the value of my purchase I have to continue to go back there.

Horrible experience! False advertising on the website; after a phone call to them, the vehicle was actually $5000 more. They offered a similar car for $2000 more. We thought with the extras it included, we would pay the difference. After we drove over 250 miles, they could not deliver what they said they had (unless of course we wanted to spend another $2000 more because they replaced the factory wheels for it with after market parts demanding we pay the difference)!!!!! They failed to mention that over the phone when quoting the price. A complete bate and switch. Buyer be ware! There are plenty of other dealerships to choose from who will treat you right!

Working with Ryan was great. He was really helpful and made everything simple and easy to understand. We came back to Mazda after checking out some other options because Ryan was easy to work with, not pushy and made sure we were getting what we wanted and understood the details.

I loved buying my car through Alan Webb Mazda! Kris was easy to make a deal with over the phone, especially living out of Vancouver. Devin was great helping us finalize the paperwork and showing us the car. Very friendly dealership, and highly recommend buying cars here! This is definitely a dealership I will come back to.

Service department trying to scam people out of money. Brought my mazda 3 in for the service bulletin that Mazda issued to fix headlights flashing while decelerating. I later received a call that it was fixed and they were only going to charge me a half hour 75$ shop time for tightening battery terminals They claimed were loose and the cause for the lights flashing only while decelerating... really ? Only when I decelerate? And I replaced the battery and personally tightened the clamps.
Customers Beware!! It Reminds me of why I drove all the way to Portland to buy my mazda in the first place after visiting this one.

If you want a sleazy dealership experience and then be mistreated and scammed out of service you should have: this is the place for you!
If you want a reasonable purchasing experience and actually getting good service in general and for your car: go to another dealership.

The salespeople are fairly nice and knowledgeable. The issue is that they say and think that they're no pressure and don't play any tricks/games, but they absolutely do. They use the old, dirty sales tactics. Also, don't rely on their math, figure it out for yourself as they'll make "mistakes" that are, of course, in their favor. And just as others have stated, don't expect much after the sale. We were never able to reach the person we needed when calling in and they don't return phone calls once the deal is done.

Arrived at 10:00 for my service appointment. The waiting area was quite full, so I expected quite a waIt. Was pleasantly surprised to be on the road home just an hour later. The receptionist was very polite (as usual). Totally happy with the service department.

I was traveling for work and then leaving for another trip the week after. I needed an oil change and I know this service center is booked out. They were able to squeeze me in the next day but I had to cancel due to my work schedule. Out of frustration of time constraint, I called again to get my car in before I left for my trip and the Service Manager made the effort and time to get me in before I left and worked around my schedule. This service center has always been able to help me when in a pinch and are very attentive to me and my cars needs.
