The return of Chris Brown to World Toyota as service manager is by far the best thing that ever happened to World Toyota. He is superb in the level of excellence that he aims for and he knows how to get the service department there.

It also very nice to see veterans working there. They do a great job and we owe them a big debt.

One thing to aim for is making sure that service personnel set timers so that when the time estimate that they told the customer their service would take is up, they should go and give the customer an update. Don t wait for an irritated customer to come back to the service desk to say what the heck are you doing. A little touch if class would go a long way.

I scheduled a service to avoid waiting time following receiving a "50% oil change off" coupon. Get to the center to learn that it is a 2h wait regardless of having an appointment. On top of it, the alleged offer "only applied to parts- $5 savings". I was not going to spend all day there waiting so I cancelled the appointment and left. Since then they called multiple times. When I told the representative that I will take my car for service when I see fit and asked politely to not be called again about it, they hung up on me. Bad service all around.

If there were 20 stars, I would give them....wonderful experience with wonderful people. The process was easy and stress-free, aka exactly what a car experience SHOULD be. Could not recommend these guys enough!!!! If you want a car, a GREAT car, go to World Toyota.

Changing my review because based on my previous bad review they contacted me and promised to see the problem (annoying noise comes from the rear seat when car run on the little bad surface on the road) again. It gives me real good feelings. They care customers bad experience and bad review&rating. I visit them for all regular services and they did great job except the last time for which they contacted me and promised to see the problem again. Changing my rating from 2 to 5. Thank you team.

Really nice service at World Toyota today. Once I was in the system, all interaction and updates on my service were provided via text messaging so our social distancing was respected. There were no hard upsells on goods or services. My service tech was extremely nice and helpful.

Wow the team at World Toyota Service never disappoints! My service was quick and efficient and done with the best price value. The team was awesome Andrew really helped me choose the right tires and his colleagues were just as equally helpful in his absence. I was treated with five star service and they even gave me a complimentary wash to my 4 runner. We left with it looking good and riding even better! Thanks World Toyota! I will only come to you to service my vehicles!

Don't waste time with their service department. T...

Don't waste time with their service department. They have no clue on the Toyota and randomly make up excuses to avoid working the issue.

I brought the car in for some warranty repair:
1. Auto High Beam doesn't work anymore.
2. A white hex bolt was found underneath the backseats, need to check where the bolt came from.
3. Drops of fluids were found on the driver side kick panel above the brake pedal.

Here are their responses:
1. They can't simulate night driving so they couldn't check the functionality of auto high beam.
2. The bolt is not from Toyota.
3. The fluids were the excess detailing dripping all the way from steering column down to the kick panel.

I will post some picture of the bolt and panel. Pictures don't lie. The technician from World Toyota however, is really good at making stuff up.

Bought my first car from Terrell at World Toyota and I absolutely loved it! Terrell had helped my mother before, with buying a car and was nice enough to work with me. I had talked with him the day before I received the car about my credit application, and the next morning I had the keys in my hand. Very smooth transaction and I would definitely buy from them again!

If you're looking for a positive experience with buying a car, go to World Toyota and definitely ask for Terrell!!

The financing and titling clerks Richard Terrel screwed it up. If not personally experienced, I wouldn t believe that staff members at this Toyota dealer can be so unprofessional and rude.Richard Terrel is the worst people who listened to my conversation with him questioned how this person still has a job.
1. Monthly Payment Statement NEVER Arrived. It was from the financing company where I learned that the dealer failed to submit my information for the entire month. Due to the delayed process of my financing paperwork, my contract date was changed from the 21st of every month till the 26th. I wasn t able to make my first monthly payment before the previously designated deadline.
2. Registration Tags NEVER Arrived. Because it s a leasing vehicle, the registration must be done by the dealer. The titling clerk violated the 30-day rule by the MVD of Georgia. World Toyota didn t process the registration tag until the 7th week when the temporary license plate was literally expiring. This titling clerk La-Shawnda LIED and hung up on me REPEATEDLY: (1) On June 27, she told me that my paperwork was submitted and I should be able to get my license plate by the end of the day. I didn t receive her call back as promised, and I had to call her. When the phone call eventually went through, she told me that it didn t happen because their people wrote the wrong amount of check so the application was rejected and returned by the MVD. (2) She suggested me to go to the local tag office to get a 30-day extension of temporary plate. She then gave me an address but the address turned out to be a tax commissioners office that does not deal with vehicles. (3) On June 28, I went to the Cobb County tag office for the suggested extension. The tag office person told me that I CANNOT GET THE EXTENSION BECAUSE THE DEALER HASN T ENTERED MY INFORMATION. The tag office person suggested that I call the dealer immediately because it was a very simple data entry process that would enable the office to issue me the 30-day extension. I called the World Toyota titling clerk La-Shawnda and told her that I was in the tag office as she suggested yesterday and I d need her help to get the 30-day extension. The county tag officer explained the same thing to her; however, LaShawnda said she wasn t able to input my information because she had a system error the system error story was later rejected by Richard Terrell, a staff member who claimed to be LaShawnda s boss. (4) It was LaShawnda who told me to go to the county tag office for an extension. It was because of her not inputting my information that I didn t get the 30-day extension. After I found out from the county tag office that it has been her fault since the very beginning, LaShawnda just hung up on me and said she won t talk to me until next Tuesday (4 days later).
3. Richard Terrell. (1) He did not let me finish my sentences. He demonstrated zero listening skills. (2) He provided conflict information with the titling clerk. When I expressed my doubt towards the conflicting information, Richard Terrell suddenly became so mad and then yelled that me for not trusting him and wasting his time. (3) He ridiculed my legitimate request of having a license plate to drive the leased vehicle. World Toyota already failed to submit my paperwork to the MVD within the required 30 days after purchase. At the time I talked to Richard Terrell, there was only 2 business days left before my temporary license would expire and World Toyota didn t submit my paperwork to the MVD yet. What I wanted to ask was: if by any chance the official license plate does not arrive on time, would the dealer provides me a loaner or cover the cost for renting a car until the license plate arrives. But guess what was Richard Terrell s reaction? He suddenly got mad and increased his volume and said that he swear, he attest, that he is not covering any such cost. Come on, I m just talking about a solution if the worst case scenario occurs due to their negligence!

My service advisor Jerry Bearden is the best, knowledgeable, professional and always advises exactly what My Prius needs and more importantly what it does not need. I always leave feeling my car is in better condition than it had been on arrival.

My wife, mother-in-law and sister-in-law have all been customers of World for many years. Ten years ago when I first started talking my wife's car in and dealing with the service advisors everything was great. Honest analysis and no extra stuff needed. One by one the good advisors have left and in the last two years I've seen them try to add in services that were unnecessary. My sister-in-law is now in the market for a newer vehicle and she'd like to stay with Toyota. I suggested checking out a CPO car, and so we took a look at one in stock at World. The sales rep we dealt was rather disinterested in dealing with us from the start. When I looked over the car there were quite a few areas where the paint had been poorly repaired to hide the really bad chips (all over the vehicle, not just where I'd expect rock chips and such). This is on a one year old car. Stepping into the interior there was still food under the seats and dirt under the protective floor mat plastic. Driving the car it felt like there could potentially be something up with the balance of the car, and looking at the brakes there was uneven wear. This car was passed as CPO, but it felt like something was off mechanically. That gave me zero confidence in the mechanics there. The sales person mentioned fee after fee that was added into the cost. Some of which definitely did not exist at other dealers when I've purchased CPO vehicles in the past. I've strongly suggested my sister-in-law purchase elsewhere.

I have enjoyed both my recent experiences at World...

I have enjoyed both my recent experiences at World Toyota, as much as car repair is inconvenient working with the people here is easy. I worked with Marcus first to have the alternator replaced in my car and the most recent time with Haley to have some additional work done. The level of service is refreshing and comforting. I know when I drop my car off here they will take care of what needs to be done to the best of their ability. They are honest, transparent, and friendly!

I will be back! They have found a loyal customer in me.

It s a pleasure working with this dealership. I bought a new 2019 RAV4 XSE Hybrid in June 2019 and received superb service better than the average mainline automaker dealership. When I got a screw caught in my tire, your service department was able to handle my issue professionally and very politely.

Most sadly, this SUV was severely damaged by a collapsing tree during a severe thunderstorm a little over a year later. Thankfully, nobody was inside as it was just parked at home. The process of handling a total loss was an emotionally difficult experience.

Thankfully, I was able to get a used 2019 Camry SE in a similar exterior and interior color with SofTex leather seats like my totaled RAV4. I am thoroughly enjoying this sedan and enjoy it much more than owning an SUV!

I thank your finance agents for taking a moment to understand and clarify my situation and options with a total loss of a new vehicle and my need to get a replacement as soon as possible without any complications. I m definitely pleased to be your continuing customer!

Negative stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car was hit by a melon size piece of road (asphalt) bouncing down the highway. The car in front of me hit it first then it hit under my car. The car started vibrating and I thought a tire was blown. The tire was fine. I took the car to the World Toyota service department. They said nothing was wrong. SOMETHING WAS VERY WRONG. The rear wheel was bent very badly and needed to be replaced. The HYUNDAI dealer I went to showed me while the car was up on the rack. THERE WAS NO WAY TO MISS THE BENT WHEEL! I can only guess no one looked at the car.

ALSO-
Same car (2017 Camry) I've taken my car in for service twice for the same issue with the brakes. The first time I was told nothing is wrong. The second time they said the brakes needed to be replaced. I asked how they could need replacing so soon. The car was only 9 months old. They called back later and said the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. WHICH IS IT?! There is still a problem with the brakes.

I called the service manager thinking he would want to know what his employees were doing. He really did not care. I guess that's why his employees don't care.

I WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA AGAIN. I had an Avalon previously...Toyota lost a loyal customer.

Everything I needed to know was explained to me in a manner that I can easily understand and answered my questions professionally. It just made my first car transaction a breeze. On the positive side, the basic maintenance service took an average amount of time.
On the negative side, the assistant service manager Korunn was completely incompetent in assisting with a technical service bulletin for a software update. I even presented her with a copy of the TSB for my vehicle from NHTSA.GOV and she was completely ignorant and refused to look at it. This TSB was verified as being valid by another dealership. How can I trust World Toyota with the mechanical safety of my vehicle when they can t even manage something as simple as a software update? I will avoid this place like the plague and leave my family s safety in the hands of a more competent dealership.

Amazing to me and my family that @WorldToyotaATL Seems to have no ownership of a safety recall?? So unfortunate! Seatbelt recall for Toyota FJ (2007-2014) which fits my 2008,.. however Toyota claims that even tho my seatbelt has the identical issue, only specific VIN numbers will be addressed ?? Really ???? The issue is clearly the same yet a company as large as Toyota would rather ask long time customers to pay for a glitch / recall out of pocket ? Really ??? Website showed vehicle under the Certified Pre-Owned list, bought it, drove it back to my home several hours away where the local Toyota Dealer fixed an immediate warranty issue and identified it was not in fact Certified in the Toyota database. It later became clear the World Toyota website was in error and I sent a screenshot to World Toyota asking that they honor their advertisement and Certify the Vehicle (a minor extension of only the already existing factory Limited Power Train Warranty). They proceeded to fix the error on the website, and then through a series of phone and email discussions involving David Wong and Cody ("cbehrens") claimed that I had generated or doctored the screenshot, but would apply the Certification for an additional cost $978. That is dishonest, extortive, and they do not deserve your business.

Pleasant customer service, but the slowest wait time. Scheduled an appointment for a half an hour after they opened on Sunday morning for an oil change and brake service. I allotted three hours time for these services into my schedule so that I could make my later engagements in the evening. Arrived fifteen minutes early so I was one of the first ones there. After two hours for the oil change, I was told my brake pad change would take one hour and after another 1h30 had to inquire about the car and was told it would take another 45 minutes. They supplied no car shuttle or loaner car service. At last, they did offer to offset the cost of an Uber and I could pick up the car the following morning, but I live 40 minutes from this location and could not work this out with my work schedule. If not for the staff's profuse but empty apologies I would give this location one star. Could not make it to later engagements; missed play that I had tickets to that afternoon.

Will not be returning.

The shop has sabotaged my vehicle. I believe it's from the request of the "Services Manager".
I was at the shop initially to get some parts. While waiting for the parts, I approached him (I didn't know he was the manager.) I asked him if I could get my oil changed and battery. He replied if I have an appointment, if not he won't be able today to come back another day; that he is fully booked for the day. I said no problem.
I went back to my seat. While waiting for the parts, I made a phone call to book an appointment. The phone operator told me, she has availability today at 1, 2, or 3pm. I replied that it's perfect because I am already right now at the shop. Then I booked the appointment for 1pm. It was around 12:45pm.

The service adviser finished my paperwork and I left. Later I come back in the evening to pick my car.

A few days later my car won't start. I drove it just 2 times after I picked it up from the shop. The second time was to the grocery store. I drove to the store to shop and come back to the car. It didn't start. I called my insurance company road assistance service. The technician came and checked the vehicle. He told me he's not sure if it's the battery; it must be something else.

I towed the vehicle to the nearest mechanic, Firestone. They inspected the vehicle. They told me they could not find the issue. It may be an electrical circuit/connection to the battery but they cannot access that area and recommended me to take it to the dealer. That, this is weird. They haven't seen something like this before. That, the dealer may be able to repair it because they have the machine.

I left the car at Firestone for the night. The next morning I towed it again to the dealer, World Toyota again. After the inspection, the service adviser told me they found the issue and it was the battery connection. That, while driving the car, since one of the connections to the battery was loose, it was discharging but not charging. Thus, at some point, when the battery was completely discharged, the vehicle won't just start.
I believe because of my argument with the service manager, the shop sabotaged my car. They charged me again for the repair and additional service for about $1,000.
I request World Toyota to compensate me.

After I picked up my vehicle, the next day I realized again that the passenger side brake light is out. The shop again sabotaged my vehicle. I hold World Toyota full responsible and request compensation.

Consistently attentive and thorough service; am pleased with how very well my 2011 Forerunner runs after 155,000 miles! That is very much due to the regular servicing at World Toyota. I had one bad experience 3 or 4 years ago; the person with whom I had that experience was no longer employed the next time I took my car in for servicing.

Don t ever buy a car here!! We never received our tag, title or the 2nd key we were promised. After multiple calls and customer no-service, we are forced to take a day off of work to handle the tag situation!! On top of that, if we want our second key we need to take another day off and bring the vehicle back in to meet with the key technician! We have bought numerous vehicles over the past 30 years and have never had these problems before. Save yourself the headache and go to a different Toyota dealer.

Gladly I had a rental from a sales person. I didn't buy it. But the service people are a rip off. They broke the oil housing cap on a regular oil change, so the filter couldn't b changed for months then tried to sell it to me for $70! After they messed it up and I spent almostv2 hrs. For an oil change. Also I know someone who bought a car here and his transmission blew up shortly after purchase. Well they tried to charge him $6000 for a new one. He got it change somewhere else for $2500 to find out less than a month later HIS CAR WAS ON RECALL. So it should have been free. Tried to talk to the mngr. Mngr. Is on vacation. They say: call next week.

Believe the bad reviews. Usually most good reviews or 5 stars are fake. These are their own employees or friends. Everybody got a goodle acct. Walmart has better mechanics and they are actually way more accountable and honest. You can also see ur car getting work on and it has warranty.

I made my appointment with Ryan Napier and before I left my car we both did an inspection to make sure that I would receive the car in the same condition I left it. He also offered a free car wash which was amazing. I plan on returning my car here regularly and would highly recommend if you want great service!

I go to this place because is closer to me than the roswell dealer since they advertise price matching and coupon matching. My advisor denied my using of two coupons in one transaction saying that only one coupon per visit eventhough two different services. I recomend anyone going here with coupons to do one item per visit per day because the advisors will never tell you that in yhe begining . My asvisor did not explain to me the policy ahead of time even I told hin I was using multiple coupons. Not satsfied and I will go to roswell my next visit.

The service I received from Amanda was great. And my car runs great, so the work done on the car was really good. I also liked the way the tech verifies what work you'd like done. I appreciated the hot chocolate. Though, the gentleman used a cleaner that was really strong and made me feel slightly sick. And I liked the old waiting room better. This new one is more like stadium seating and leaves few options for how you'd like to wait. Thank you!

I'll start off saying that I never take the time to write online reviews. But this experience was the worst and I felt compelled to do so.

I bought a "certifed" pre owned 4 runner. Terrell was my salesperson. Let's just say that as soon as the sale was made he washed his hands of me. Told me that he would have the truck filled with gas. Didn't happen. Told me that he would have the truck detailed . Didn't happen. Literally 2 days after purchase the tire pressure indicator light came on. Next day I'm stranded with a flat tire and have to call for roadside assistance. It took me a couple of weeks to get back to toyota to see about this issue . Wellll... Terrell basically said tough luck, nothing we can do about it. I schedule an appointment for service. ..took 3 1/2 hours...that was with an appointment. There's no slash or nail in the tire but some small hole causing air to escape. Might have been a nail as this place is under construction. I spoke with a service manager at Mercedes and he said that if there was a nail and it was in there tightly, the low tire pressure indicator light would not come on immediately. Apparently I bought the truck with a pre existing tire issue and World Toyota did NOTHING to make this right. Seriously. ..2-3 days after purchase? ?? So before I get my permanent tags, before my check for the down payment has cleared my bank, before I even make the first car payment I have to come out of pocket $250 for a f'ing new tire! Then to top it off, the service tech closed the back door on a blanket that I had in the back of the truck to keep the flat tire from staining the interior fabric. Back door got jammed at the latch.

I previously bought a pre owned Sequoia from a Chevrolet dealership . Had an issue 2 weeks later. They immediately fixed it, no questions asked and no charge! Now that's great customer service and they did the right thing. World Toyota should take note and follow suit.

Toyota is a great make and I will most likely continue to own one as I have always had great experiences. But the customer service at World Toyota is beyond horrible ! Take your money and run...cares less after you drive away.

I do have to give a positive note to Amanda in the service department. She was very sweet, helpful and polite even though I was totally frustrated at the lack of caring from the sales department. ..which includes the other Terrell who says he was the manager.

I'm curious as to what if anything World Toyota will do to make this right.

I originally came in just for an airbag recall, but ended up getting my 100,000 mile service also done. I didn t wait terribly long considering they told me upfront that the airbag recall would take two hours. Altogether, it was a three hour trip. But at the end, they removed my tag (which was from another state) and replaced it with ny newly purchased Georgia tag. They all had smiles on the entire time. Went in at lunch time and my pregnant girlfriend and I got zaxbys. Daniel allowed us to sit in a safe enclosed office to eat our food and relax while we waited for an oil change. Such amazing customer service, plus I was in and out by a hour. Was very very pleased with Daniel and the world Toyota service.

Lisa was my sales person she was amazing treated me like family and tony was my financial manager he s was awesome Putting me into a solid deal in no time. From the time I called to my walked in, EVERYONE was professional, attentive AND responsive to my concerns about my car. I did not feel like I was dismissed. I felt very comfortable leaving my car to be repaired. I ll update when I pick my car up. Customer Service was spectacular and CLEAN FACILITY.

Very professional staff. They work very hard to make their customers happy! This is my second vehicle from World Toyota Peachtree Ind...i had the 2016 Corolla, which I LOVED!! But now I'm getting accustomed to my 2017 Camary, not as sporty as the Corolla; just as nice however.

If buying a car can be pleasurable, then World Toy...

If buying a car can be pleasurable, then World Toyota has it down to a science. Carlos Paguada, my sales associate, was patient with all 5000 of my questions from start to finish. He and the finance department were more than willing to go over the same questions more than once until I was comfortable in my understanding of my options and the finance terms. I'd happily recommend World Toyota and would definitely purchase from them again.
