Wow! Love the new facility! I've been a loyal customer since 2003 and they've earned my continued patronage year after year. Excellent service, text updates on repair/maintenance statuses. They value my time and that means a lot as a business owner myself. Love these folks...special shout out to Eric, my go-to associate who always gives me VIP treatment that pushes my customer service experience over and above my expectations

I will never come to this Toyota again, and I've been going there for years. They seem to can't get a wheel balance, nor alignment correct. Then I when I came back up there for the 4th time within a month in a half, I have super bad rear brakes, which they said it was fine by the way the whole time. Then I'm looking all the advisors laughing and staring at me because they think I'm crazy because they couldn't fix my wheel balancing issue. Per my last visit, I was told not to bring my own brakes and only use Toyota brakes. Talk about commission much?????

Because of an accident I was forced to get a ride and I heard great things about World Toyota from a friend at work and they are next door to my workplace so I tried them.
That decision turned out to be a great one as Selam and George took care of me from the first day until completion. I was always kept informed about availability of both finance and car and the only reason it took a few days was my waiting on the final settlement from the insurance company.
Thank you Selam. Thank you George. You both did a phenomenal job for me and you both have made World Toyota my new Toyota home.

First time I came it went great. The second time i came in, due for my regular service, I was charged $600! His excuse was something along the lines off its a big service and alot has to be checked Yes it was a 30k mile service check up but to be charged $600 is just stupid. Went to another toyota dealership and payed $86! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!

My wife was just in for some minor repairs, when she arrived at home she noted that the floor mat's in the front were not the ones she arrived at the dealership with; the ones she came out were soiled , faded , and had RAV4 embossed on the mat (her originals did not). She went to the dealership to complain ;John the manager did not want to talk to here initially but later relented and also spoke with me on the telephone. He would not believe that the mats had been switched and would take no responsibility since the car had left the dealership premises. Mats cost $72 for 4, he could have easily replaced the mats but instead offered a "free oil change". After this experience why would she ever allow World Toyota to do service? I plan on filing a theft report with the police department.

I ve had some negative experiences here before but...

I ve had some negative experiences here before but never felt compelled enough to leave a review.

Today I waited 3 hours to learn they had not even touched my vehicle for service. This was after being told it would take 90 minutes total. Then once I finally started to make some noise I had to wait another half hour to get my vehicle even started.

At this point I watched the service tech perform my 10 thousand mile service in which he failed to perform the included tire rotation. I had to stop a manager and tell them to rotate my tires.

All in all this will be my last time visiting this dealer/service center. And I m certain this is not the level of service that Toyota would put their name on.

I will give credit to my service advisor Daenzel for doing the best he could to get me taken care of, both stars were for him. I d give 0 stars to this dealer if I could. Absolute neglect for the customer.

I really like World Toyota for service for my car....

I really like World Toyota for service for my car. I feel like I can trust them and they do not try to upsell me which I really appreciate. This time due to social distancing I used the valet service where they pick up my car take it in and bring it back to me. They performed all the service and brought it back to me all clean from the car wash. I highly recommend them

The service at this place is the worst. The employees there are very unprofessional and unethical! I brought my car for a issue I knew needed fix and they were trying to get me to get something else. Yes I understand all shops do this but this was very different. The car sat in the shop for a week and no service done to it all. And I had to keep calling for am update on my car and no one would answer the phone and the guy Chris Terrell would avoid me any time I called. When ever he did pick up the phone he would talk to me like one of his friends. For example uninterested and very dry. Also he had an attitude when I told him that I was going to pick up my car. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. I will never spend a dime with them.

Worked with an internet sales person. Tried to get as much done as possible Saturday so all I had to do was come in and deal with financing. She said it would all be ready. Well of course it wasn t. She also said she would clean and fill the car up. Terrible job cleaning and only filled the truck up half way. Not impressed. Got the truck home and the radio has an error that comes on every time I start it. Took it in and they said it isn t covered. Ok not covered but you sold me a truck that was to be fully functioning and it wasn t. Never felt like I was wanted at the dealer. Love my truck other than the radio. Doubt I will go back to world Toyota.

I first took my car to Rick Hendricks in sandy springs and asked the to look the vehicle over. They told me everything was fine except for a 60000 mile check up. My husband looked at the report and determined that my car had been checked like we were told. We took the car to David Ray and he immediately saw that the report was wrong just from looking at my tires.

Once his team fixed my car, it was the smoothest ride I have had in a while. David explained everything to me and even reimbursed me for my uber ride. I truly appreciate the level of care and how quickly they fixed my car. The customer service was amazing!!!

Very friendly service. Damion was great and helped me find a great deal on tires. A little on the slow side, which is not usually the case. Can't wait for the new service center renovations to be complete. Even the temporary setup is well done and comfortable. Was able to get some work done while waiting. They take pretty good care of you!

Came in to look at two vehicles I had in mind and upon entering the showroom was completely dead. There were two sales reps who were assisting customers. I test drove the vehicle I had in mind but wasn t sold on it only because they only had one model of the CHR and their inventory was limited. I drove to the Toyota dealership on Thornton Road and the experience was much more pleasant. Sales reps were everywhere to assist and the show room had a much wider selection of vehicles to look at. Not to mention they have a huge inventory and the manager introduced himself to me as well as offering refreshments. My sales rep was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I d definitely recommend going to Toyota on Thornton Road if you want to experience quality service.

Well, it's time to change the review back to 5 stars!

I want to give World Toyota some good press. They definitely listen to customers. They have some fantastic service specials on their website right now. Check there and get a great deal. They took wonderful care of my Avalon and I was in and out very quickly.

It's great to see them aggressively seeking customer business again by offering some great deals and prices. I must say that service was great and customer service was great as well.

I really liked World Toyota. I rarely go to a dealer for service. But after this experience here, I think I'm going definitely be going back again. Apparently, not all dealerships are created equal.

Called on a Saturday and the lady was eager to help, which was great, made an appointment for Sunday still going good. Called before I drove an hour an a half to be sure the truck was there and was told yes but first come first served so I asked, call me if it gets sold before I arrive so I won't drive all that way. I walk in and what do you know, it's in the process of being sold. So then I wait and wait on the lady to bring another truck around to the front to look at, which must have been miles away by how long it took, so I check back in front and was told oh I'm going to get it now, well she didn't. As I waited outside again a young man came out who was the sales lady's co sales partner, didn't know one was needed but okay. Then after asking about the other truck I originally came to see and expressing my disappointment in it not being available he unknowingly divulged the info that the truck was sold the day before, well at least till I said that I was told it was there this morning then the backpedaling started. But other than having to drive all that way for no truck and feel as the sales team I dealt with was full of it and had other things to deal with besides me, the receptionist in front was very nice and helpful so that deserves at least two stars.

Easily the worst Toyota service department in Atlanta. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I've used them to service my last four Toyota vehicles but no more. The last straw was a warranty repair they weasiled their way out of doing by refusing to recognize the problem existed until 6 days after the warranty period was over...then they said the warranty had expired. The service manager just smiles at you while his minions find new ways to screw you over. Take my advice and go to ANY other Toyota dealership in the state but these priggs.

Great service , from the making at appointment to the payment, they also call me to let me know there was a recall on my air bag and fix it , my car was done on the time they told me .They shuttle me home and pick me up without a hassle. .I totally recommend Toyota at Peachtree industrial for all your services need.

My Prius battery died. Research all your options before just taking it to the dealership. Dealerships and some mechanics are going to charge you 3-4000$ or more. If you have a late model car no longer under warranty, please research your options before paying this price. The labor does not take 4-5 hours, and the part can actually be refurbished. Try a battery repair place first. Try all of your options first. The people who work there are bending over backwards to get me a better deal, but what I needed from them was to tell me my options, but they were not going to do that. 3 stars for the employees. 00 stars for being an inherent rip off.

After a return flight, I realized I was having engine issues. I arrived at World Toyota at 5:30. Matt's (service advisor) prompt attention had my vehicle's problem diagnosed within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the part was not in stock, but Matt was kind enough to help me get a ride to my hotel. The next morning the part came in, my vehicle was repaired and I was back on the road. My situation was handled professionally and efficiently and for that I am grateful

Had an odd problem (check engine light coming on for just a second on sharp turn and short stops) that they took seriously and diagnosed and repaired pretty quickly (something in the trunk was actually getting stuck in the latch, which made the trunk close just loose enough that the sensor was picking up a problem). Well done, folks.

Had problem with passenger and rear doors not unlocking with electronic key. Took it to another dealer near where I was living at the time (Conyers Toyota). Took it to them twice. They misdiagnosed the problem. Did about $2,000 worth of work and the problem persisted. The last time I took it to them, they tried to convince me that I didn't know how to unlock a car I've had for six years. Recently moved to senior housing in Decatur and decided to take it to World Toyota. They diagnosed and fixed the problem first time around. Luckily, I had an extended warranty contract. So financially, it wasn't that bad for me. Kali took care of everything with the warranty. She was professional and caring. I am very pleased with the service I received at World Toyota.

I ve been coming here for years but recently the service here has slowly gone downhill. You have to wait at least 10 mins to have a service representative attend to you and the wait time for the actual service is ridiculous. (Almost 3 hours for an oil change and an alignment). Definitely my last time coming here unless I just have to have to.

Scam artists at their best! Mine is an unfortunate experience and would like save my fellow friends and buyers. I bought a car after my friend referred me to this location but sadly I met a guy who was not customer centric, we agreed on a price and even made a contract, but I was forced to sign a different one on the day of delivery, that increased my total cost by $2771.48 as some coverages were added. And when I realized that and went back to get it corrected, I was turned down and told to come back on multiple occasions, but all that in vain as now I am being harassed though I legally have 30 days to cancel those coverages. I seek justice.

My car has been coming to get serviced at Toyota for 3 years (since I bought it). This unfortunately was my least favorite Toyota I ve ever been to. It seemed super unorganized, there was what seemed to be managers yelling at employees in front of everyone. It made things really uncomfortable. Oil changes are ridiculously expensive, and the staff is not very friendly. It also took me telling them three times what kind of car my car was, model and color and 20 minutes before they could pull my car around for me to take.

I don t think Toyota will be my go to for services anymore.

Bought a car there but regret it now. They promised me one price then added extras at the end like expensive floor mats and helium in the tires. Really jacked up the price. Now I get monthly spam calls trying to sell me an extended warranty. I should have bought a used car and saved myself money and aggravation. The car is okay - it s a nice, reliable Toyota. The problem is the dealership.

& comfortable, very timely and very professional service standards on all visits. Thankful for the good people they hire, as their standard is not easy to find in auto service category. Keep up the good work.
