I've been having multiple vehicles serviced here for years, and I'm having to rethink this now. If you attempt to sell me a service, and I directly ask "Is this part of the scheduled factory maintenance?" - I expect an honest answer. Upsell your $300 throttle and valve cleaning if you like, but don't misrepresent it. I'm really really disappointed, and, quite frankly, offended.

Great service! I took my Prius in to be serviced and had great service. How ever I did notice that the employees fly into the car port when returning cars to clients. It just doesn t seem very safe.

My experience with World Toyota service department...

My experience with World Toyota service department was Outstanding!
Safety was observed for Covid and Criston handled my drop off in a courteous and timely manner.
He then called me sooner than I expected and was there when I picked the car back up. He made the whole experience very easy.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Been here since last year for maintenance and checkups for my corolla. Its nice that they have customer appreciation events (grilled burgers, hot dogs etc). Service is great and most of the time the service advisors you get are very nice, patient and explain you everything, specially Jose and Noi. There was just one time that I did not really get excellent service from service advisor John Nadeau for brake service. Was there early morning hoping I could be out before noon. Inspection was unusually taking hours, went back to ask him and told me they were still checking it. After waiting around 2 more hours, went back to ask what was taking so long and he didnt even remember me! Had to give him my car details and info and turns out the car inspection was done a long time ago, but he never told me :( anyways I accepted the recommended service from the technicians, was done very fast but by this time it was already 4 pm. Finally at payment time I had brought a valid brake discount coupon given to me by world toyota itself which I wanted to use, but unusually told me I would receive a rebate in the mail instead, which I found weird as I had use those coupons before. Anyways I gave him my updated address but after 5 months I never really receive any rebate at all.

Had a horrible experience there. I went there for an engine oil change but was told to change everything but the handle on the car. I ended up changing both engine filters and cabin filters but I was not informed fully on exactly what service I was getting. In the end I had to pay for everything that I wasn't informed clearly of. When the service was finished, I was told that the car was in the "car wash" however, my car was parked in the parking lot in front of me and I was just waiting for it to go into the wash and come back to me. When I could not wait while looking at my car in front of me any longer, I had to inform a employee who finally brought it out. The car was not washed.
I will never go there again.

Had an appt...arrived and was told I wouldn't be able to have my car serviced. Had to come back the next day (had to use a personal work day) ! I was checking on an issue caused by them when I received service 2 weeks proir . Service was really slow for a week day!

I haven't been to World of Toyota in some time, but I'm happy I decided to visit. Even under construction, the service area ran like an assembly line. I especially liked the communication with my service technician, Lane, and texting a mock up of the inspection of my vehicle. One of the few things about technology I like. The recommendations were spot on and I appreciated the work done. I will be back!

From the initial contact to confirm an appointment to the completion, World Toyota was such pleasure to work with. I ordered 4 tires for replacement and alignment and Eric was rep I worked with. He was super helpful keeping me up to date on when the tires arrived and even advised me on a deal I didn't even know was going on! He helped me bump up my scheduled appointment and i was in and out in a couple hours. Very satisfied with the service I was provided for my vehicle.

The entire experience was awesome right up until it got to be time to sign papers and drive away. I thought we had everything nailed down and it would be a simple and fast transition, at least that is what I was told. Evan Rice was outstanding, I enjoyed working with him. I had financing at my credit union all approved and the letter from my credit union was shared and accepted. World Toyota is at minimum an hour drive from my house. I told Evan that I could not make it by my credit union and to him that afternoon. I was told come on out and if we finalized the deal we could do a collateral contract and my credit union could transfer the funds the next day. Hell, I was leaving my trade as collateral. Well, that was not true. Instead to get the truck I had to finance through Toyota at an 8.4 interest rate. No worries because I just refinanced the next day at my credit union at 2.8. What irritates me is it created more work for me. In the end I am happy with my new truck. Just be honest up front and this would be a five star stellar review. Work with Evan Rice if you choose to buy a vehicle here, he is awesome.

My car is 4 years old and have <32k on it. The associate helping me with my maintainence check forced me to use my 50k extended warranty when I have not never done my 40k maintainence at all. This dealership talked me into buying the extended warranty during financing. But their extended warranty cover the very bare mimimum and cannot be used anywhere else (like they promise me when trying to sell me the car). I had tried to get maintainence done in 2 different states but failed because this dealership refuse to cover the maintainence included in the extended warranty package as they promise even I was going to Toyota service Center in other states. In the mean time, they're constantly spamming my email trying to get me replace my 4-yr old toyota. Really?

They really should provide loaner car or pay for rental car when you are bringing a car in for recalls. It should not cost the car owner to lose their time and money.

Meant to add notes earlier: went after 10am on a Saturday for an oil change. I was done in 30 minutes! NEVER gotten a change done that quickly. Rep who assisted (Eric) was very friendly. They mentioned other potential services I could do but didn't push them on me like others have. Entire staff seemed friendly and dealership seemed to take COVID precautions seriously (glass screens, social distancing, everyone wearing masks, including customers).

My Wife and I were searching for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland after her last Jeep was totaled. Montez was our sales agent. He was great. I think he was the first Sales person that I didn't dislike. He wasn't pushy, he didn't get offended at our negotiations on terms, and it appears to me that he was straight forward, direct and honest. He returned our phone calls, and was helpful throughout the process. He never appeared to get impatient and we took out sweet time in making a decision to finally purchase a Jeep from Wold of Toyota. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We had one issue that was resolved very professionally. As we drove the vehicle home, my Wife noticed a noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Turns out the Jeep had a serious crack in the windshield. I called Montez and he advised that they would replaced the windshield at no cost. As we had purchased the vehicle used, I'm not sure they were obligated to do so, but they did so with great professionalism. When we went to pick up the Jeep, the service technical was also very helpful and was more than happy to help my wife with any concerns she may have with the Jeep as he use to work for Jeep. Overall, a great experience. We were very pleased.

They did everything in their power to get us the deal we wanted and this was a deal that we thought would be nearly impossible to do and they made it work. I would definitely recommend world Toyota to anybody thinking about buying a new car. Best customer service in Atlanta by far.

Greg Butler was just recruited here to World Toyota from a Toyota dealership in NC. He is by far one of the hardest, diligent, passionate salesperson I have ever met. Honestly, I don't even think salesman is the word. His goal is to serve the customers not push a sale. I recommend Greg Butler and World Toyota to anyone in need of a vehicle both New and Used.

Getting the new tire put on today went fine, no problem with that.
I am frustrated, and feel duped by Toyota, however, in having to pay to replace a tire with only 3000 miles. I would think that when I have both ToyoGuard and ToyotaCare, that Road hazard coverage for the tires would be included for at least 15000 miles or so.

My Tacoma has had an odd vibration between 50mph and 70mph since I bought it. I got a notice in the mail that it was eligible for a warranty replacement of the u-joint bushings on my driveshaft. I figured that might solve the issue. I took it in, and despite some initial confusion, they replaced the bushings, for free. Unfortunately, that didn t solve the problem. They sent my driveshaft out to be rebalanced and that solved the problem. I had to pay for that though.
Anyway, Andrew was very helpful, and I took one star away to keep them on their toes.

My purchase experience was amazing thanks to "Lisa Edwards". I am a very serious and business minded person and did not want to have to deal with the usual back and forth haggling with salespersons. I have real trust issues because it is very difficult to find someone true to their word. Lisa Edwards was everything I wanted in a salesperson. She was very polite, honest, and straightforward. She got me the best price over a "500" mile radius. That is AMAZING when you can beat out every single dealership within 500 miles (I drove all the way from Mississippi to World Toyota in Atlanta, Georgia to purchase our Camry). Once we agreed on our price, their was no haggling or trying to add extra fees. Lisa Edwards gave me everything we agreed on with perfection. She is an "exceptional" salesperson. If you want the best price and the best purchase experience of your life, like I got to experience, Make sure you deal with "LISA EDWARDS"!!! You won't regret it. She is AMAZING!!!!

I always have my Toyota serviced and repaired at a Toyota dealership (it is my 12 year old baby). We moved from Oregon last year and I chose World Toyota to service my vehicle. This is my third service visit here (brake shoes and other repairs) and I've always received great service from my service advisor, Andrew Yi. He's very responsive and professional and has never sold me on a repair that wasn't essential for maintaining my vehicle and keeping me safe. Thank you Andrew and World Toyota!

One of the easiest and bests experiences I ve had while getting an oil change. Shaun was great and knows how to treat customers well. I love the way he took his time to explain to us. Also, my oil change was nice and quick! I scheduled last minute and it took less time than expected. I will definitely come back again. Great prices!

My wife and I went there to look at new cars and explore finance options. We were met with two sales reps, but both seemed in a rush as they were attending to other customers. They told us to go online for details and didn't seem to know the cars too well. Overall, we didn't feel welcome or attended to well. Surprisingly (and perhaps thankfully) they didn't note down any of our details. We felt there are satisfied with what they are selling and didn't really for us as customers.
Regarding financing, we had to ask a lot to get some basic info on finance options. They told us to see a finance manager, but no one really seemed to care if we met a manager. So, we left without seeing anyone in finance and will go to another Toyota dealership, hopefully for a better customer experience.

These guys kept my car 3 and a half hours for a simple oil change. I was suspicious on the quality so I went to the jiffy lube next door and they said the oil was over filled and didn t replace the old oil. I went back and they refused to refund me.

EDIT: I followed up with the manager to address the poor service I was given when servicing my car. As you can see, he commented on my review offering a refund and to contact him. He was notoriously difficult to reach as he never answered phone calls to set up the alleged appointment. I guess he was not looking forward to speaking with me at all. In short, do not convince yourself that this place cares about customers because the comment was made just to offset the negative review I have left. The manager just copy/pastes the same fake replies to appease disgruntled customers. If you want a more accurate portrayal of how World Toyota treats its customers, check Yelp instead because the owner cannot manipulate reviews on that site. I wouldn't be surprised if this review gets taken down honestly.

Worst service ever! Don't go to get anything done on your car even if you have an appointment. The worst customer experience ever. Slow, you will wait a long time. They don't care either. They will wait hours to let you know they don't have what they need to fix your car and then look at you like you've done something wrong.

I have not owned the 4Runner for over 2 years but keep getting notices that my parts have arrived and service is complete, it would be best to contact the current owner with that information. I have emailed and spoken to service to update the information and now I am asked to rate and review service? Difficult to rate. The Toyota 4Runner was a great vehicle and owned it for 11 years.

They lied to me, poor customer service. I drove an hour and a half to see a car on Saturday. Hussein and his manager told me that the car is in service so I cannot test drive or purchase until it is done. I checked the car and I like it. I let them know that I am set on purchasing this vehicle . So they assured me the car will be ready Monday morning and that they will hold the car for me until Monday and not let anyone else test drive or purchase it. So I drove another hour and a half Monday 8-24-2020 to go purchase the car, only to find out that The car is SOLD Sunday the day before, but Sold it TO someone WHO WORKED AT THE DEALER. So they favor their own employees over their customers. They give false information and do not stand by their words. At least they could call me to let me know the car is sold but I ended wasting my time driving for nothing . I will never do business with them no matter what.

I had 2009 Toyota 4Runner service this location for 5 years . I had many bad customers services and bad technicians experience. They don't even know my car problems has it. They can't find the issue of car problem. I have been spend a lot of money.
I found my self my car problems and I fixed my own self . I never write comments many time for past years.
I would not recommend for anybody.

I have notice in recent years that the Service department has really gone down!!! DO NOT GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Time to find another place to take my cars!!! I have been going to World Toyota for years! I have bought two cars from them. I even send my friends to them to buy cars and for car service. I can see how much customer service is a thing of the past! Not good service! I waited 15 min. to be told that it would take 1 1/2 for an oil change. I got there at 6:30 am. Even when I make an appointment I still have to wait 1 1/2 for an oil change. I don't think so. I think it s time for a change. I work too hard for my money to just pay for bad service! I am not happy with WORLD TOYOTA!!!

I had my car service last 10/20/2017. Zeke was very helpful in servicing my car. He was very kind! I enjoyed having him as my service rep. Great job Zeke! I can see that you guys are trying to change the way things have been. The customer service was great! Thanks to Zeke!

I dealt with Larry and July for my sales experience and couldn't have asked for a better situation. They were always honest and genuine from the beginning. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of like at other dealerships. All the warranties and coverages were explained to where my wife and I could understand it. We came in with a price and a vehicle in mind and they made it happen. We well definitely be buying from World Toyota in the future.

I bought a toyota sienna for my mother over 2 months ago, and the dealer misplace the car tittle. I was told to give them 2 weeks to apply for duplicate. After 2 weeks was over, I was told to give them 1 week to process it. I apply for tag extension; however, it expire few days. This location has poor customer service. Up to The present, they still don't know where the car tittle is. I'm few days time, i will not have a car to drive. The sales guys' name are Milton and Jennifer. I'm seek and tired of this branch. Toyota is my favorite car to drive. If you want to buy a car please don't go to atlanta world Toyota. I'm taking the car back to them, and I'm getting my money back.

Moved to Atlanta and brought my new car up to this dealership that I've never been to before. I was nervous about this whole thing about servicing my car on my own but I had Jeannette to take care of me and she was amazing. She made sure I was fully aware of what was going to be done and how long it may take. Her hospitality was top notch compared to others and I will return to this dealership because I feel like my car and I are in good hands. Thank you for the lasting first impressions

Your paperwork makes a big deal of telling me to keep my tires at the proper inflation.
Your paperwork says my tire pressure was checked today.
How is it possible when the labeling inside my driver's side door recommends 29 psi that my front tires were at 38 psi.
---I check them regularly.
---This WAS done in your shop.
---It can't be hot enough today to allow driving 6 miles to cause this much of an increase.
WHAT OTHER SHORT CUTS WERE TAKEN WITH MY SERVICE??

Stay away from the service department!

Recently purchased a full set of Falken Ziex ZE950 tires from this Southeast Toyota Dealership. I was sold "brand new" tires factory stamped THREE YEARS old and fed the exact same programmed line by all the employees ("All tires are kept in a climate controlled facility.") which by the look and condition of the tires sounds like a load of BS. They physically looked like they had been driven on. To resolve my issue they offered, free of charge, to install a second set of tires. The only problem, this particular Cooper tire was just over two years old and looked dirty and dingy just like the first set but at least not like they had been used. The only tires they claimed they could get that weren't aged were their version of a General Tire only sold by Southern Toyota Group. I wasn't interested in buying into this line about how great this tire was, which didn't carry the reviews the tires I had selected, so my options were exhausted and I left, for a third time, angry and frustrated with the first set of tires still on my car. None of this plays into how badly they treated my rims during the alignment or the fact that they lost one of my solid chrome air caps, only to offer my some knock off alternative, parking my car away from the building and leaving me to return to ask where to find it. Based on their constant explanation that their hands are tied, that they have to contact their supplier/warehouse and they only have one, I would recommend never buy tires from any Southeast Toyota Group dealers. Good deal or not, in the end you really get what you pay for. I highly recommend Discount Tires, they've always treated me great and it was very remiss of me trying to save a buck and trust this bunch.

Sales Visit:

My initial visit was not promising. Crazy busy on Saturday, we were finally greeted but weren't ultimately "helped". The parking lot was so littered with cars it was IMPOSSIBLE to navigate and park appropriately. I've since bought my Toyota from Stone Mountain Toyota, visit the sales associate Noah and his boss Mark and let them get you a great deal. Tell them Ben sent you.

Great experience. The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken many measures to try to make the environment safe. The seats in the waiting room were not 6 feet apart, but they were spaced out and you had the opportunity to pick your seat to create as much distance as possible.
