I decided to give World Toyota one last try after years of progressively poor service since its location is closest to me. My experience on Friday will officially be my last with the service department, and it was so poor I won t even buy a future car there. I scheduled an appointment online for 10 am for an oil change, brake fluid replacement, and any scheduled maintenance on my car. I arrived at 9:55 and was finally able to leave my car with a service agent at 10:30 am the one service agent who appeared to be checking in cars. Not sure if this was planned or if the other five or so service agents ignoring the cars were supposed to be out there greeting customers.

I waited in the waiting room for about an hour and a half until someone I had never met came out to get me to tell me my car was done. He told me that the tires had been rotated successfully. I asked him if the oil had been changed and he told me he would have to check and to give him five minutes. Ten minutes later he came back and told me the oil was not changed, the only thing done was a tire rotation, and that they could change the oil real fast in fifteen minutes. I told him I would take my car somewhere else as I didn t want them to rush through my oil change (a couple of years earlier they rushed through an oil change and I had to bring it back). The service agent quickly became argumentative when he realized I was mad. I was charged for the tire rotation that I didn t realize I was getting. Thankfully I was able to quickly leave after paying.

The service agents here used to be friendly and helpful but they have become incredibly rude and offputting. They constantly try to tell customers that they are understaffed, but this is not an excuse every single time. I will never return to World Toyota Service again after this last experience.

We had a great experience buying our new car. Mariam Davis was helpful and knowledgeable.She worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. Of all the times I have bought cars, this had to be the most relaxing (and we do not have buyer's remorse).

I know they got over 4 stars and maybe that is their sales department. Service Department...not so much. I dropped my car off to repair a tire and with the exception of the initial generic text message, no communication unless we called them. My vehicle was ready and no one called. Wonder how long it would have sat? I realize I had a full warranty package, so there was no charge to me and maybe that made me not a priority, but guess what, I did pay for that service...at the front end. They also just tossed my spare and tools into the vehicle. Take 5 minutes and do it right! It's the little details that set you apart. Sometimes they even get you more stars!

I purchased my 2018 Corolla from World Toyota and have always been pleased with their service. But my service yesterday was above and beyond. I like everyone right now have been quarantined at home going out only for essentials. My Corolla was due its service but I didn't want to risk sitting in a waiting area with a bunch of people.
World Toyota stepped up for their customers and started offering valet services. An employee drove to my home and picked up my car. Chad my Service associate phoned to keep me updated on the process during the day. The techs used ever means necessary to keep my car clean and it was returned to me in excellent condition.
Thank you World Toyota for putting your customers first!

I had a wonderful experience at World of Toyota. My sales representative Joseph was great, very attentive, and nice! Mr. Batista in the finance department was relentless when finding a company to finance me with fair credit, but he got it done and I it's just me and the open road. Thank you World of Toyota.

Don't bother making an appointment with the service department. I made an appointment for an oil change three days in advanced, arrived at scheduled time, was told no more than an hour, but my car was ready 2 hours and 48 minutes later. At least the service advisor was apologetic and took $20 off my bill for the wait.

Eric was great. Reviewed everything that was on my list and talked each issue through, gave me an idea of how much time it would take on the front end, was clear about costs and was a nice guy! Even gave me a free moon roof cleaning and car wash.

Just needed an check up and an oil change and Eric was able to do that for me pretty quickly! The review they have you do over what they checked/what they think needs to be fixed is a great system too. I ll definitely go back again for my future services!

My experience at World Toyota was pleasant. I did most of my research ahead of time and knew what we were after. Milton, the strong personality sales manager, was interesting to work with and didn't bother blowing smoke. They were offering the best deals of the four dealerships that I had been working with. I strongly recommend going here. Shout out to Terrell for his help!

Had a great experience buying my new car at World Toyota. Hai Tran and Amber Cooper were great sales people to work with! They even let me test drive the car to grab dinner so I could test it out, and stayed late so I could close the deal the same day. Great service and staff, would recommend buying a car here.

Visited Sunday with a friend , the poor salesman had no clue of product knowledge and told us the Apr was 9.99% and had to pull my credit in order to give me information.
Asked to see the 2020 vehicles and said they dont have any in the lot .
Went inside to get number for lease and purchase. The salesman was trying hard to gather the info we wanted with no helpful results from his manager. I asked to speak with the manager and did not show up and i looked in the sales tower and was stuffing his face on a hamburger.
Total lack of professionalism all around.

The service representative was very nice. I did not realize balancing the tires was an extra charge. I wish he would have pointed out that to me initially. Otherwise, I like my Prius. World Toyota has treated me well. I don't mind contributing to the economy but would like to be better informed.

My experience at World Toyota was one of the best I have ever had at a dealership. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Damarcus was attentive, kind, and enthusiastic about all my questions, concerns, and vehicle interests. From the get go I told him what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and how I was not one to waste time. He immediately showed me several vehicles which aligned with my interest, and answered all questions I had when comparing slight variations in the models.

As I said above, I made it very clear that I did not want to haggle or waste time. I did my research, and have had experience both leasing and purchasing vehicles from multiple brands through various financial institutions. He understood, and went to bat for me with the finance team. Damarcus and John came back with fair and just numbers for the vehicle I wanted, and after some minor adjustments, solidified the sale.

All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. I voiced what I wanted, and the team at World Toyota Delivered. No time wasted, and a hell of a deal! Thank you to Damarcus, John, and Tan for an incredible purchasing experience. As I told them in person, I will be recommending anyone and everyone considering a Toyota to this dealership from here on out. 5 Stars!

I went to 5 Star Ford of hwy 78 arrived at 5:10pm and was told that they couldn't take me because they were closing at 6pm! And then was told they would have to pay OT in order for them to "work" me in....so I left.

Thank you World Toyota! For getting me and out without excuses or turning me away! I will never go anywhere else. The Svc. Advisor was courteous as was the cashier and everyone I encountered.
The service was quick and I trust World Toyota to service all of my vehicles. I will NEVER go to any 5 Star dealership again, not even to use their toilet.

I generally had a wonderful car buying and service experience with tough bargain and negotiation. They gave me two keys for a used car. One key was not working and actually it belongs to another vehicle. I went and spoke to the manager who I want to describe him as self-listening, egocentric, impolite, wanton and causeless. He didn t do the slightest attempt to fix the problem, rather keep saying we can only promise one key for a used car, eventhough they gave me two. Now I m asking if there is anyone who bought Honda in this place recently and got only one key, I have extra key for you, I ll give it for free.

The service has always been great as far as the servicing of the car I will gladly stand by that. The reason for 3 stars is because this was the 2nd or 3rd time I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come and take care of me and mind you I had called ahead and made an appointment. The last time I was there it took about 20 minutes or more for someone to come and see if I needed any help as I stood by my car in the bay. They do great work but the timeliness of getting you taken care of could use some serious help.

Best place to get a new Toyota very Polite staff and willing to show you any car without badgering you of hovering around you. They give you not only the pros but the cons if there are any. David (salesman) took his time with me worked hard to find not only the right car but we went through a few trims too just so I can make sure I was getting everything I was looking for.
If you're gonna take anything from this review, make sure you come to the dealership in person you save thousands because there are marked down prices but only if you come to the store to purchase. If you just purchase online you won't get the savings.

Went in with a specific budget for a used car. Told the salesperson upfront what our budget was as we cannot afford more. We had a good down payment and wanted to keep with a specific range for a monthly car payment. They said they could work with us and wanted to get cars off of the lot. When they ran the numbers the monthly amount was about $70-100 ABOVE budget. When I reminded the gentleman about what we wanted to pay monthly he rolled his eyes and said I mean that's a cell phone payment. His manager then came over and was trying to pressure us into this payment. Saying this is the best deal you will be able to get and we will need to get them TODAY.Very rude. We will NOT return to look/ purchase again. Lots of dealerships in Georgia. Not a way to get business.

Came to fix some problems with the car with an appointment at 12:30. Waited for a while to at least get a time estimate. At 2:00 I had enough waiting as I hadn t heard from anyone and tried to get to the bottom of the situation. Turns out nobody had even started working on the car. How did this happen? Somehow it was nobody s fault. Interesting. Wish the workers would take some responsibility and work efficiently or at least fess up to slacking. It took another hour for me to get out of there. At least they started working on it after I complained, but that shouldn t be necessary.
Not to mention that I had come the day earlier and there was the biggest line of cars. My appointment meant nothing since systems were down . It took me half an hour to find out that people with 9 AM appointments were still there (it was noon) so of course I left. There should be a supervisor making sure people are working. Not sure how this can happen

I have had nothing but exceptional service from Mihn and Cris at World Toyota. They are reliable in their recommendations and are warm and professional. Mihn on my first service corrected a problem that would have been very expensive unchecked for no charge and Cris was informative and offered me solutions to add coupons to lower the price. They were both very fast and reliable. Thank you World Toyota for excellent service!

Quickly got service appt; even though we got stuck in terrible traffic on the way and were a bit late the service desk accommodated us; Andrew Li was our service person and was very cordial and helpful. Everything I had brought my car in to be done was done within the time frame promised; a shuttle was provided to take us to a local bakery where we waited and shopped during while the Car was serviced. I am very satisfied with not only the service provided but especially the respectful way in which I was treated.

Worst experience ever. This guy named Andrew, was the rudest service employee that I ve ever faced. He wanted to charge me a lot, and he didn t even guaranteed to get it fix. He only talked about problems instead of bringing a solution, and he was really unprofessional. This used to be my Toyota of preference ever since before this awful experience. I m not going back to that place. Please teach him how to properly treat employees.

The worse service and run around I have every experienced. Unfortunately they lost a customer. I went through about 4 different people and none of them even came close to showing me the car I drove from the Vinings to see. I can't type the entire encounter hear, just take heed and ask question before you go, if you are looking for a used car.

After searching for cars online, we decided to walk into World Toyota without looking at their website. Jarrel, our sales consultant walked us through the purchasing process and after test driving used cars Jarrel made us realize that a used car would turn out to be more expensive than a new car. He really did put in effort to give us the best deal and he really did give us the best deal that no other dealership could beat. I left with a new 2017 Toyota Corolla and extremely satisfied with this dealership.

If you're shopping for a car this is the place to go. More specifically, ask for Terrell Lee. The entire staff is cool but I got 2 cars here but both times I dealt with Terrell. I felt comfortable during both experiences because Terrell made it more about what works for me and not just about getting a sale. And even after my buy was complete Terrell was still always one call away if I had any questions. But like I said, the entire staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It wasn't like the angry mob feel that you get at most dealerships. Where they try to just throw you in something just to get a sale. At World Toyota I felt more like family instead of just another customer. If I could, I'd give the entire dealership 10 Stars. From the receptionist to sales to finance to detail even the service dept.

Shane was the best service manager I have had the pleasure of working with. I arrived 30 minutes early and he took my car right in. I had expected to wait at least 2 hours, but my car was ready in one hour, to my surprise. So I highly recommend Shane and World Toyota!

I drive 1hour and 18 mins even if there's traffic just for the great service. One of the workers named Shane is amazing. He was on it very patient and a great listener. I recommend this location for everybody.

I thought about whether or not to write a review. I have had service performed a few times under the Toyota Care plan and picked this dealership because it was convenient to my office. The service department has always been adequate, never stellar. The last time the (assistant manager?) was clearly extremely stressed and couldn't hide it. I had an appointment to drop off my Tacoma and while doing the intake he kept telling me how busy they were. I did not think this was very professional but everyone has a bad day sometimes. If the staff this department has can not handle the volume then it would make sense to just make fewer appointments for the day. In the past someone from the service department has run the vehicle through the car wash after the service appointment as a courtesy. I noticed this time these guys didn't bother. It's not a big deal, but little inconsistencies like that add up to the total experience. My fiancee has a separate unresolved problem with this dealership. She bought a vehicle in early April and still does not have her permanent tag (in June!). The State of Georgia told her it was an issue with the dealership's paperwork/title application. She's made 3 phone calls to the dealership and so far, has not received a response. This is an unacceptable business practice. Either this dealership is poorly managed or disinterested in providing a good customer experience (both?). Needless to say, we'll be doing business at a different dealership from now on. I am giving two stars because the service department employees are nice and we liked the salesman who sold my fiancee her vehicle. I otherwise do not recommend doing business here.

Don t even waste your time here! I went on a Thursday morning to look at a new Rav4. Once we went inside to talk number, the manager ended up coming out. I walked out after he started belittling and degrading me. I m sorry but if they want anyone to buy from them, that surely isn t the way to do it!! A little later that same day I went to Jim Ellis in McDonough. They ended up being nice and giving me the deal I wanted.

There was a hiccup with most of my service visits. For example... Once they failed to tell me when my car was finished being serviced and I ve unnecessarily waited an extra hour (my service technician disappeared and nobody could find him). When I came in with tire pressure control light on, they pumped more air into my tires instead of diagnosing punctured tire with nail. When I got service on Sunday, i couldn t pay with cash because they had no cashier scheduled and supposedly couldn t give me change back.

Edit: After posting my review, I received a call from the service manager offering to ship me the key for no charge and a free oil change the next time I brought my car in. I wish this could have been resolved prior to that, but I'll give them credit for making things right. I will take my car there again to give them the opportunity to earn back my business.

Original review: I ve been taking my car to World Toyota for service for the last three or four years, but I won t be back.

For the most part, the service is about what you would expect from most car dealerships, but last August I bought a new key for my car to replace one that was stolen. The key is an smart key fob with a key blade. The service advisor quoted me a price and I asked if that included the fob as well as the key blade, and I was told it did. When the work was done I got the new key fob, but it didn t have the key blade. The service advisor said they would have to order it and he would call me when it came in.

A week or so went by with no call so I called back. I couldn t get a straight answer from anyone, so I reached out to the manager. He told me that the price quoted was for the fob alone, but that was not what I was told when I d originally purchased it, but he did nothing.

I took my car in this weekend, and I thought I d give it one more shot to get the key I had been promised, but still no luck. I ll take my business somewhere that honors the word of their employees.

I have been to this dealership many times for maintenance to my CH-R. If you request Ryan Napier you will get the best service there. I don't have complaints, except long wait time but that's in any dealer when you go for service. Thanks Ryan for making my trip to Toyota less dreadful

Everyone was wonderful, but I would like to add that Lisa Edwards, our representative went well beyond. Not only did she take time for us about a year ago when we thought we would be purchasing a car, but she welcomed us with open arms and a hug when we finally walked back in a year later to purchase.

He explained the reasons additional services were recommended. The final checklist presented to me was thorough and easy to understand. Eric also provided some further maintenance tips. It was our 1st time coming to dealership. Darrius helped us right way. He was very professional and help my son buy his 1st car. He made it a great experiment for us. He went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we were happy. My son drove off with a Tacoma trunk in no time. Will be recommending our family and friends to this dealership.
